The World Fortress, the Predecessor Civilization Alliance’s most manic war machine, none other than this.
Each World Fortress is built upon a small world, equipped with specialized weapons against the master weapons group. If this fortress of the Civilization Devourers is authentic, then it would also be presided over by a Dominator Level World Tree within.
