Looking at Richard, who had just delivered the final declaration, the Alchemy Crown remained silent, rely watching Richard intently.
"Shaping Energy... has lost as well."
His voice carried a chanical quiver, cold, yet tinged with a touch of desolation.
"After fighting for so many years, even joining forces couldn’t secure it. Destiny... what a damn thing."
Richard said nothing, quietly waiting for the Alchemy Crown’s answer.
If the Alchemy Crown’s response did not satisfy him, he wouldn’t mind letting the Alchemy Crown die.
Crack crack crack...
The complex sound of machinery echoed to Richard’s ears from all directions, as if those shattered tal fragnts were summoned by so force, suddenly plumting to the ground.
From the torn wounds of the steel earth, scarlet molten iron continuously surged out, and in the blink of an eye, those terrifyingly large wounds were filled by this molten iron.
Behind Richard, the Mayfly Spirit wished to act but was stopped by Richard’s raised hand.
"Let him recover," Richard said calmly, "I really want to see what the pinnacle of Wizard Alchemy is."
Although the Alchemy Crown’s current might was extrely intimidating, Richard did not feel the slightest fear in his heart; rather, a sense of expectation arose.
The Shaping Energy Crown had demonstrated for him the control of the microscopic world, and as the Alchemy Crown, an equal to the Shaping Energy Crown, his power and research could not be underestimated.
The molten iron nded the scars, and the fragnts returned to the earth.
In no ti at all, the entire chanical World returned to its original state.
But this was just the beginning.
Richard saw the Alchemy Crown’s lower half slowly fuse into the earth, becoming completely one with the steel earth.
"Is this how you defeated Shaping Energy?" the Alchemy Crown suddenly asked, "Just watching him use his most confident ans, then crushing his confidence."
Richard nodded slightly, "Yes."
"... Truly confident."
The Alchemy Crown’s voice was very gentle, but the energy within him surged like waves.
If the Shaping Energy Crown was a Divine spirit born from the world, representing the world’s will, achieving Unity of Heaven and Man, what the Alchemy Crown displayed now was another path—he dominated this world, not needing to conform to it; rather, the world conford to him, a triumph of man over nature.
Under the Alchemy Crown’s command, the whole world at that mont transford into his body.
Countless runes erged on the steel, countless Alchemy Puppets road within this enormous body. The Power of Dinsion and Illusion Rules ford the skeleton of this body, while energy and tal constituted its muscles and flesh.
"Oh ho, truly a surprising thing."
A hint of delight appeared on Richard’s face; the Alchemy Crown did not follow the path of Heavenly Destiny, but rather another form of Cell World.
He did not directly integrate into the Dinsion but made the Dinsion submit to his will, becoming his body.
If he could continue down this path, his potential would be no less than that of Heavenly Destiny or the orthodox Cell World.
"Let see to what extent you can achieve."
The Alchemy Crown said nothing, suddenly transitioning, taking Richard into the Endless Dinsion.
With that, the chanical World disintegrated, the steel earth and molten iron core, all transford into the body of the Alchemy Crown.
[Gravity Well Control System Activated.]
[Power of Mystery Guidance System Activated.]
[World Annihilation Cannon charging preparation, three, two, one, launch.]
Amidst the cold chanical voice ringing in the Alchemy Crown’s ears, a radiant energy stream, like the eruption of a supernova, burst forth from his chest, instantly engulfing Richard’s form.
In an instant, the void trembled, and just the residual effects of the release tore apart the Alchemy Crown’s external armor.
Inside him, billions of energy circuits overloaded and lted, all for the function of this one cannon.
Such a furious force would shake even a Breaking Limit Sovereign, let alone a Great World.
On the sidelines, whether the Mayfly Spirit or the attending Shaping Energy Crown had co to watch the battle, both now had grave expressions.
"To think you had such a move, Alchemy, you’ve hidden well," the Shaping Energy Crown murmured to himself.
This World Annihilation Cannon was a move he had never seen before; its principles revealed a shadow of the Dinsion Annihilation Cannon but were not entirely similar.
His gaze turned toward Richard’s position, a hint of regret flashing across his face.
"This move can even shake a Great World; how could you withstand it? Still too young, a bit too confident."
On the other side, the Mayfly Spirit’s eyes were fixed on Richard’s position, various observational ans continuously attempting to penetrate the rainbow light to ascertain Richard’s condition.
However, the rainbow light was not just an energy stream; it was a flood of Power of Dinsion. Any internal information would be dispersed by this flood, and all external detection thods would likewise be dispersed.
His reason told her the Miracle Wizard was already dead. However, the contract bindings on him inford him that Richard was not dead.
[Beep beep beep, energy circuit fully overloaded, annihilation cannon release complete.]
Accompanied by the machine’s warning sound, the World Annihilation Cannon finally ceased its release.
The Alchemy Crown looked toward Richard’s direction, watching as the flood gradually faded, seeing Richard’s figure erge from the light.
"I must say, though your strike wasn’t long-lasting, it was sowhat stronger compared to Shaping Energy’s attack."
Richard’s voice carried a touch of weakness, clearly, this strike did take a toll on him. However, it was just a bit of weakness, nothing more.
On Richard’s body, the seven gemstones on the black gold armor representing a super-sized Secret Realm had disappeared, and he appeared slimr than before.
As ntioned before, the transfer attack of the Cell Dinsion has its limits. If the attack strength exceeds the transfer limit of the Cell Dinsion, the attack directly impacts the Cell Dinsion itself.
This World Annihilation Cannon was an attack that exceeded that transfer limit.
Because of this, one percent of the Cell Dinsion on Richard’s body was annihilated with one strike.
Looking at the seemingly unhard Richard, whether it was the Alchemy Crown, the Shaping Energy Crown, or the Mayfly Spirit, they all fell silent for a mont.
They all perhaps had ways to withstand that strike, but definitely could not do it as nonchalantly as Richard.
"...You win," the Alchemy Crown slowly spoke, "From today, the Wizard Civilization will welco a leader."
Richard nodded slightly, then produced the Destiny Contract.
"Gentlen, please sign this contract."
The two Crowns approached the Destiny Contract, whose terms were extrely stringent. It required that before the end of the war against the Civilization Devourer, the Shaping Energy and Alchemy Crowns must obey all directives from Richard.
If not for the ti limit, this contract would be almost like a Slave Contract.
However, the two Crowns did not hesitate at all and signed imdiately.
Losers have no right to negotiate terms.
Watching the contract turn into flas, Richard imdiately sensed a subtle change.
His connection with the Wizard Dinsion beca closer when the two Crowns signed the contract.
"Is this the only change?" Richard scratched his head, feeling that the position of leader might not be as strong as he imagined.
Could it be that it is not the position of leader that is powerful, but only the strong can ascend to the leader’s position?
Shaking off the scattered thoughts from his mind, Richard imdiately conveyed the end of the battle to the other Crowns who were still fighting.
In the endless dinsions, several Dominators who were fighting received the ssage and imdiately stopped fighting.
"It turns out we lost, huh."
The Undead Crown received the ssage, with a hint of schadenfreude in his voice. For so many years, it was finally the Alchemy Crown’s turn to taste his own dicine.
Opposite him, the Swarm Dominator’s chirping also carried a hint of delight.
This ti, he had bet correctly.
With such great achievent, the Galaxy Mayfly’s status within the Wizard Civilization would definitely ascend significantly, and becoming an external Wizard was not impossible.
...
"Lost, huh?" The Physique Crown casually crushed a curse creature, his voice tinged with emotion, "The little wizard from back then has now beco a big figure."
The Second Generation Cursed Crown also stopped in ti, and after hearing the Physique Crown’s sigh, he said sowhat mockingly, "As if he wasn’t a big figure before."
...
The Soul Crown looked at the stopped Dominator Puppet, a trace of emotion flashing in his heart.
"After so many years of struggle, it was ultimately a young fellow who took the position. History repeats itself again."
During the past Wizard wars, the Curse School’s power was the weakest because Curse Wizards needed not only spiritual power but also enough spirituality.
But in the end, the war concluded at the hands of the Curse Crown.
Opening the Rune Gate, all the Dominators arrived in the City of Eternal Truth within the Wizard Dinsion.
Here, the Secret Keeper was already waiting for their arrival.
"Lord Richard, perhaps now I should address you as Your Excellency the Governor."
The Secret Keeper bowed slightly to Richard, a hint of joy in his voice.
The longstanding battles within the Truth Council seed harmless and unaffected the Wizard Civilization, but these battles had indeed slowed the developnt of the Wizard Civilization.
But now, the struggle was over.
"Governor? That’s a nice title." Richard smiled, "Does this position have any historical significance?"
"Of course," the Secret Keeper said softly. "The true birth of Wizard Civilization ca with the establishnt of the Seven Hills City. In that ancient era, Seven Hills City established a human country.
It was also the first force to actively cultivate Wizards.
Although Seven Hills City ultimately perished to the Dragon Breath of the Giant Dragon, the spark of Wizards spread from it, eventually igniting the throne of the Giant Dragon.
The leader of the Seven Hills City was referred to as Governor by the Wizards of the ti."
After speaking, the Secret Keeper paused for a mont and then continued, "Speaking of which, history truly seems to be a cycle. Seven Hills City initially had a council system, but it was eventually ended by the first Governor. And Wizard Civilization also started with the Truth Council, eventually being ended by a Governor."
A trace of surprise flashed across Richard’s face, then he chuckled and said, "Well, let’s hope no new Giant Dragon Breath destroys the City of Eternal Truth."
Saying this, he entered the Council Hall.
The round table in the Council Hall had transford into a long table, with eight Secret Silver Chairs placed on either side, and at the end of the long table, a throne made of Pure Gold and Mithril awaited its master.
Richard stepped forward and sat down, smiling at the many Dominators in front of him, "Please, take your seats accordingly."
