"Choose two out of three?"

The Tower Dominator was montarily stunned by this condition.

He glanced at the technology the Wizards wanted to exchange and found that they were all rather ordinary technologies. The highest was rely World Lord Level, while the lowest were essentially mortal technologies.

Yet, for these twenty-two technologies, he could exchange for two technologies? And he could choose any?

This group of Wizards... was indeed generous.

His expectation for this deal was rely to acquire one technology. Whether it was nanotechnology or soul programming, they were both highly beneficial to him.

As for the Small Dinsion Destruction Cannon, which the Wizards regarded as the most precious technology, it was rather average for the Tower Dominator—

He lacked nothing in terms of attack thods.

"Choose two out of three, very well."

The Tower Dominator’s voice remained calm, although he felt he got a good bargain, he also knew that the Wizards would definitely not be at a loss in this transaction.

The chanical Clan was not like flesh-and-blood life forms or semi-elental life forms which are common races.

Even when searching throughout the entire world community, you might not find a handful of chanical life forms.

Technology regarding the modification of the chanical Clan, for the Wizards, its greatest use was for exchange.

"I need nanotechnology and soul programming."

Upon hearing the Tower Dominator’s request, the Great Wizard of the Ethereal Crystal was montarily surprised, then replied, "No problem."

Saying that, the Great Wizard of the Ethereal Crystal took out a Destiny Contract. After modifying the contract’s content, he handed it to the Tower Dominator.

The Tower Dominator signed the contract, and the Great Wizard of the Ethereal Crystal imdiately returned to the Wizard Dinsion.

After seeing a group of researchers still arguing, he helplessly shook his head and promptly relayed the successful trade ssage to several institute directors.

"Oh, he chose nanotechnology and soul programming."

At the Tesla Research Institute, upon receiving the successful transaction notice, the Great Wizard of the Secret Silver Hand expressed a hint of surprise on his face.

In his view, the Small Dinsion Destruction Cannon should have been a must-have.

"However, this is also good, saves so trouble."

As he spoke, he took out a Crystal Ball. In the representation information of the Crystal Ball, there was now a pending technical transaction.

Since Richard and many Dominators were absent, any technology exchange must be approved by more than half of the institute directors.

Soon, the directors all chose to approve the exchange.

The two advanced technologies were then retrieved from the Previous Civilization Technology Library, now the Wizard Civilization Library, and transported directly through a dinsion to the Great Wizard of the Ethereal Crystal.

The Great Wizard of the Ethereal Crystal did not delay and directly completed the exchange with the Tower Dominator.

With the Tower Dominator’s twenty-two technologies entering the library, this technology exchange was completely finalized.

Along with this was the growth of a portion of the Wizard Dinsion within the Endless Dinsion.

Endless Dinsion.

Richard, who was clearing the battlefield, suddenly paused. Following that, a faint smile appeared on his face.

"Looks like the transaction is complete."

Beside him, the Physique Crown also noticed the dinsion’s growth. He looked at Richard and curiously asked, "Your handiwork?"

Richard nodded slightly, "I orchestrated a trade, but I didn’t expect it to happen so quickly."

"Trade?" The Physique Crown was a bit surprised, "What kind of trade causes a dinsion to grow directly."

The growth of a Civilization Dinsion stems from the developnt of civilization, and the most direct asure of this developnt is the strength of the civilization’s main race, how many people, how many World Lords, and how many Dominators there are.

Additionally, how large the civilization’s territory is, how many worlds it occupies, and whether these worlds are big or small, etc.

Finally, the developnt of civilization’s technology will also trigger dinsion growth.

This technology is not only limited to conventional technologies, but also systemic changes which can trigger dinsion growth.

However, the chanism behind this growth is very complex. Many tis, a seemingly inconspicuous technology will cause a dinsion to grow. And the transformation caused by this technology may actually follow the dinsion’s growth.

It’s as if the Civilization Dinsion can foresee the future.

"Technology exchange." Richard said lightly, "I went to the Curse Demon’s place last ti and signed a rcenary Agreent with a batch of Dominators."

"These Dominators all have civilizations behind them, so I had those little guys at the research institute make a trade with one Dominator."

"A batch?"

The Physique Crown noted Richard’s use of the term and was so shocked that he was almost speechless.

Richard waved his hand dismissively, "A fortuitous coincidence, not reproducible. Hurry and help out, the Civilization Devourer is coming on strong this ti. I suspect he’s hiding sothing."

The Physique Crown suppressed his emotions, but the shock within him did not dissipate.

"Is this the power of destiny?"

...

Wizard Dinsion, City of Eternal Truth.

"Everyone’s here, let’s start the eting."

By the round table in the Council Hall, the Shaping Energy Crown looked at the gathered Dominators and slowly spoke.

Compared to the last eting, there were quite a few more mbers around the table this ti. The addition of six Curse Demon Dominators and four Dominators from the Natural Federation made the expansive round table appear sowhat cramped.

Aside from this, the nineteen rcenary Dominators invited by Richard had not yet arrived.

If they were present, the table would certainly need to be expanded.

"The Civilization Devourer’s assault this ti was extrely fierce. Clearly, he has completed the first stage of his power recovery. If not for the Miracle tily bringing in nineteen Dominators for assistance, we would have suffered heavy losses."

The voice of the Shaping Energy Crown was calm and steady. Though it was a great success to have smashed the enemy’s attack, his tone revealed no trace of joy.

After speaking, he led the applause. Sparse claps soon followed in the eting room.

Richard casually waved his hand, "We don’t have much ti, let’s get to the main topic."

With that, he straightened his posture, and his expression appeared very serious.

"The Civilization Devourer’s recovery speed exceeded our expectations. As his power recovers, his recovery rate will only accelerate.

This is a very serious problem for us.

Though it might sound harsh, facing a fully restored Civilization Devourer with our current strength is suicidal.

We must find a way to curb his recovery."

"How to curb it?" The Eternal God King spoke, "I currently see no way to hinder his recovery.

Our attack was so fierce, yet he still regained his strength. Now that he’s even stronger than before, it’s already fortunate that we can hold our line."

As one of the main battlefields, the Gods Civilization suffered significant losses during this ti. Although they’ve reclaid lost territory and even advanced further, the worlds occupied by the Civilization Devourer were almost useless.

After being purified by the Miracle Fire, these worlds require a long ti to restore to a habitable condition.

During this recovery period, these worlds yield no benefits.

Bluntly speaking, the Gods Civilization is now akin to having an artery severed, continuously bleeding outwards.

"Continue attacking," Richard said calmly, "Our offense cannot cease. Of course, in addition to attacking, I think we should also focus on developing top-tier combat strength.

For example, the developnt of leaders."

Upon hearing these words, a glint flashed across the eyes of both the Shaping Energy Crown and the Alchemy Crown.

In their view, Richard’s words clearly seed to be preparing for his ascension to the throne of the Wizard Civilization.

"Leaders? It’s not easy being a leader," Beelzebub suddenly spoke, "Civilization Treasures and Double Limit Break, neither of these are easy to achieve.

As for Civilization Treasures, I’d say each of your civilizations has so embryo for it. But Double Limit Break is not sothing you can achieve just because you want to."

After years of developnt, embryos for Civilization Treasures exist in almost every Civilization Dinsion. In unique civilizations like the Curse Demon, they’ve already nurtured their treasures to completion.

However, while Civilization Treasures are easy, achieving a Double Limit Break is a difficult task.

Breaking limits requires luck. If unlucky, a Dominator might never break through in their lifeti, which is normal.

"Double Limit Break is solvable," Richard glanced around the table, his tone carrying a hint of confidence.

"When I negotiated with the Curse Demon Empire, I discovered a Dinsion. Inside this Dinsion exists a type of Dinsional Treasure that can promote a Dominator’s Physique Evolution.

Even at the limit, this treasure can push a Dominator into a Critical State."

"Hmm?" "This!" "Is there really such a thing?!"

Upon hearing Richard’s remarks, even the present Dominators were sowhat taken aback.

The reason being what Richard described was astonishing. It can aid in a Dominator’s Physique Evolution and push them into a Critical State.

Isn’t this Dinsion practically a natural training ground for Dominators?

Without elaborating, Richard simply pulled a blob of Critical Evolution Liquid sealed by the Power of Dinsion from his pocket.

The Dominators each took a share and, after experiencing the power within, the eting hall fell instantly silent.

They confird Richard’s claim, but also realized sothing else.

Richard’s fixed Thread Of Destiny was not a secret, even the newly joined Curse Demon Empire was aware.

Thus, they all knew that destiny would push them towards defeating the Civilization Devourer.

However, the current push from destiny seed a bit too forceful.

Both the nineteen rcenary Dominators and this Critical Evolution Liquid are things that cause a qualitative change in the Wizard Alliance’s strength.

And now, these two things have appeared simultaneously.

This not only ans destiny is favoring them, but also implies that their enemy — the Civilization Devourer, is incredibly formidable.

All gifts of destiny co with a hidden price tag.

The apparent advantage is rely due to their shortsightedness, unable to see the long-term cost.

"Physique, Beelzebub, World Tree, dicine King, I think we can have a discussion."

After a brief silence, the Alchemy Crown suddenly spoke.

"I believe this kind of treasure has great potential, perhaps its potential is not just limited to Physique Evolution."
