The deal was struck, and the contract signed, instantly drawing Richard and Wild Wind closer together.
In this world, family bonds can fade, friendships can be betrayed, but only pure interests provide reassurance.
After signing the contract, Wild Wind shared his intelligence on the location where the first Curse Demon Emperor vanished.
The dinsion where the first Curse Demon Emperor disappeared has been nad the Dinsion of Infinite Changes by the Curse Demons.
In this dinsion, everything becos incredibly active and is almost beyond control.
Ordinary mortals entering it will undergo instantaneous cellular mutation. Even a World Master, without the Power of Dinsion as protection, would transform into a monster within twelve hours.
Moreover, this transformation affects not just living beings but also objects, and even the soul itself.
Even the most stable anchor lead will undergo changes under the dinsion’s erosion, eventually transforming completely into another material.
As for the soul, which is inherently vulnerable to interference, it would shatter the mont it enters this dinsion without the Power of Dinsion as protection, subsequently turning into countless Souls of Change.
The place where the Curse Demon Emperor disappeared is even more significant.
According to Wild Wind, it is a maze based on space distortion. Due to the overlapping and twisting of space, its internal space is essentially infinite. Even Dominators venturing deeper could lose themselves within.
And given the influence of the Rules of Change, the space within this maze is continually shifting.
This ans finding a precise path is entirely unrealistic.
Richard scratched the back of his head with so frustration after hearing Wild Wind’s narrative.
"How about considering eliminating your brother? I think joining forces to eliminate your brother is more feasible than searching for that crown in that place."
Wild Wind lowered his eyelids in resignation upon hearing this.
"Miracle Wizard, Ye Yun is my brother. We grew up together and apprenticed under the sa teacher. I wouldn’t kill him unless I had no other choice."
"What if he finds the crown first?" Richard inquired.
"Then it ans destiny is on his side," Wild Wind slowly replied, "Our teacher gave us this test to let destiny decide who is superior.
Recently, he had an encounter with a Dominator from another group, and I thought destiny was on his side.
But now, you’ve arrived."
Wild Wind’s voice was exceedingly solemn.
"Our teacher calls you the fated one, the only weapon capable of killing that monster. I trust our teacher’s judgent, so I believe destiny will pave a clear path for you.
Now that we’ve made a contract, I believe destiny will lead us to the crown."
Richard said nothing; he wasn’t well-versed in destiny. The legacy he received had the least amount of information about the Supre.
But the Supre was precisely the entity who delved deepest into the study of destiny among the Predecessor Civilization Alliance.
"Then let’s pray that destiny favors us," Richard murmured softly.
...
After communicating the ssage, Wild Wind ceased his control over Tupat.
The unfortunate Curse Demon Lord, unaware, had served as a mouthpiece for the Emperor he was loyal to, all without realizing it.
"What just happened? Where is His Majesty the Emperor?"
Tupat looked around in confusion, wondering how the Emperor had vanished in the blink of an eye.
"No need to look, he’s already gone back."
Richard approached Tupat and casually handed him the Soul Essence and Mist Matrix he had extracted to prove he was the fated one.
These items were of no use to him. He lacked neither Mist Matrix nor Soul Essence.
"Little one, here’s your reward; your task is completed. Clean up your mory a bit before going back, at least until the Curse Demon Empire is restored, don’t co looking for it."
Tupat stared at the items Richard handed over, his mind blank.
Are Dominators always this generous?
The amount of Soul Essence alone was enough for him to advance to a Level 6 Creature with plenty to spare, and with that much Mist Matrix, who knows how much Divination Incense could be made.
The preciousness of Divination Incense lies in the scarcity of Mist Matrix; the Curse Demon Empire certainly doesn’t lack the ashes of Curse Demon Lords.
"Thank you, my lord! I promise to wipe my mory clean and not cause you or His Majesty any trouble!"
Richard waved his hand nonchalantly. Tupat erasing his mory ant nothing to him. The mory wipe ensured Tupat’s own safety.
Richard had seen through the Curse Demons’ thods; most of these spiritually adept creatures’ techniques are based on the Power of Mystery, also known as the wizard’s Curse Witchcraft.
However, compared to the wizard’s Curse Witchcraft system, the Curse Demons seem to have a more coherent application of the Power of Mystery.
These beings, naturally entwined with the Power of Mystery, have a deeper understanding of it than ordinary creatures.
"Truth is endless," Richard suddenly sighed, then opened the Dinsion Gate, taking Tupat to the Void outside the dinsion.
The two parted there, ending the surprising and terrifying yet rewarding experience for Tupat, while Richard headed towards the Curse Demons’ Mother World through the Endless Dinsion.
...
The Curse Demons’ Mother World was near the edge of the World Community. It took Richard a whole month to reach this place.
In the Star Realm, Richard looked at the colossal world wrapped in a mysterious force before him, and once again, thoughts of the infinite truth arose in his mind.
If he’s not mistaken, this world should be an experintal world of the Predecessor Civilization Alliance.
This world itself is a large artificial world created by the Shepherd Star Titan, with a dium-sized world at its core, supplented by multiple small and miniature worlds patched together.
However, due to technical issues, the internal rules of this artificial large world change extrely frequently, with various recurring rule-based disasters causing even the Titans to abandon this world.
Later, the Predecessor Civilization Alliance was founded, and this world was used as their experintal ground, where countless horrifying weapons have been tested.
Yet, in such a world, a civilization was born.
The Star Realm truly is a place of infinite possibilities.
Sensing Richard’s arrival, Wild Wind imdiately opened a door leading directly into the world’s interior for him.
Upon entering the world, the first thing Richard saw was the boundless mysterious force.
The Curse Demons are pure soul entities intertwined with the mysterious force; they are naturally inclined to attract it. And when a vast number of Curse Demons gather, the mysterious force they attract becos an ocean.
"Don’t you feel oppressed?"
Richard asked Wild Wind next to him, observing the omnipresent mysterious force.
"Would you feel frightened without the mysterious force around you?" Wild Wind calmly retorted.
Richard laughed heartily, "You have a point. So when are we going to that dinsion?"
"Just wait a mont," Wild Wind gazed into the distance, "My brothers and I are in a duel. Once this round is decided, we will head to the Dinsion of Infinite Changes.
Before that, you can take a stroll around this world.
Although we are at war, this level of conflict shouldn’t concern you much."
"Take a stroll?" Richard raised an eyebrow, "Aren’t you afraid I’ll disrupt your duel?"
"The duel is of little consequence," Wild Wind responded calmly, "I just don’t want to be the first to give up. If you can disrupt this round, it would actually save us ti.
Besides, the outsider he found is also wandering in this world; perhaps you might et.
That outsider Dominator is not bad, if subdued, he would make an excellent war slave."
"Subdue," a trace of surprise crossed Richard’s face, followed by admiration, "You Curse Demons really dare to dream."
"It’s not like we haven’t subdued Dominators before," Wild Wind’s voice carried a hint of pride, "Dominator is not much nobler than other creatures; with the right thod, they too can be subdued and enslaved."
Richard had no response, only to acknowledge that the race born from the experintal grounds had quite the audacity and capability.
Leaving the Pyramid, Richard soon saw the Curse Demons engaged in a civil war.
The Curse Demons’ civil war looked very peculiar, for nothing of the Curse Demons could be seen on the battlefield. All were within those mobile pyramid fortresses, controlling slaves through mind control to battle.
Moreover, this group of Curse Demons perford sacrifices using the dead slaves, then drove Curse Creatures to fight or directly used curses as weapons.
On the battlefield, one might occasionally see a pyramid suddenly disappear or unexpectedly gush out a massive amount of blood.
"This capability is not bad, definitely useful as a curse-proof legion and command center in the future."
Retracting his gaze, Richard then distanced himself from this ocean of mysterious forces.
This world is a testing ground of a previous civilization, and the remnants of experints have over millions of years evolved into this world’s unique environnt.
For instance, the desert where Richard currently stood.
"What a dense radiation of decay."
Richard grasped a handful of black sand from the ground; around him was a Black Desert spanning over a thousand kiloters in diater.
In this desert, the dense radiation of decay is enough to instantly kill a World Master. Yet, such concentrated decay radiation showed no signs of leaking out.
Beyond this desert, there wasn’t a hint of decay radiation.
Richard looked around; in his eyes, although the radiation of decay collided chaotically in space, if observed closely, these radiations actually ford a huge energy cycle.
Delving deeper, Richard also discovered that the rules of this desert were completely out of sync with the world beyond.
In other words, this desert is equivalent to an Inner World.
Such peculiar phenona are even rarer than inner and outer worlds; only this world, being patched together with frequent rule-based disasters, could lead to the creation of an Inner World.
If this desert could be extracted from the world, it would be a natural embryo for a Truth Magic Armor.
"What a treasure."
Richard considered the desert, contemplating discussing with Wild Wind about selling it to him.
Such a treasure is too wasted to rely serve as a natural spectacle in this world.
However, just as Richard was about to leave, he suddenly sensed a tremor.
The desert beneath him... seed to be moving!
"What a treasure."
On the other side of the desert, a bizarre creature with azure skin, lion-headed human body, six arms, and a crimson fla wheel on its back loudly praised.
"This thing ca into my view, seems it’s destined for ."
