Star Realm, the occupied zone of the Civilization Devourer.
In a gray building resembling a giant chimney, countless Furnace n moved like worker ants.
They moved in silence, and the entire building was devoid of even the sound of footsteps. Whether in rooms or corridors, the only audible sound was the faint vibration from chanical operation.
Suddenly, all the Furnace n in the building stopped at once. Or rather, the entire world’s creatures all halted.
Because a grand consciousness descended upon this world, taking control of everyone’s mind.
Richard’s consecutive performances exceeding expectations caught the Civilization Devourer by surprise.
Whether it was the Ghost God Mask or the current Energy Singularity, and even Richard’s ability to use Gravity Rules to manipulate gravity, all exceeded its expectations.
Constraining the singularity’s gravity isn’t sothing that can be done with just a simple mouth gesture.
To achieve this, it requires the Dominator to not only master Gravity Rules but to develop a thorough understanding of its mysteries. It also necessitates assistance from the Power of Dinsion.
And this assistance is an extrely profound application of the Power of Dinsion.
Even in previous civilizations, such application was only possible for the Civilization Leader and a handful of aged Dominators.
In contemporary civilization, the Civilization Devourer did not find a single Dominator with such knowledge.
This should have been impossible.
But now, it has happened against all odds.
Thankfully, it had a backup plan.
Since using the Dominator Puppet didn’t achieve the desired effect, exposing one secret card was necessary to accomplish the goal.
Under the Civilization Devourer’s manipulation, the entire world’s Furnace n and Titans began coordinating with the precision of chanical gears.
The Furnace n in the giant chimney building began to move, inspecting energy pipelines, activating energy valves, powering up reactors... everyone was busy with their tasks, yet no one’s activity interfered with another’s.
There were many such buildings scattered across this Miniature World.
As the machines within these buildings were activated, an unimaginable energy wave began resonating across the land.
Torrential energy flowed through the underground pipelines, eventually converging in a sky-piercing tower at the center of this world.
The foundational structure of this tower was forged from Pure Gold and Mithril, and among them, nurous machines crafted from Dinsional Treasures and Star Realm Materials were operating at full capacity under the Titans’ command.
If these machines were placed in the Wizard Alliance, even Dominators would be envious. But here, they were just among nurous machines.
Buzz!
Enormous Space Rifts appeared beside the tower, and an amorphous object wrapped in black chains descended into this world.
If a Dominator were present, they would recognize it as a Dinsion Fragnt, and a considerably large one at that.
If more fragnts of this size existed, they could directly elevate a Seventh-level Dominator to an Eighth-level Dominator, much like how the Furnace Man Dinsion infused Richard before.
The mont the fragnt descended into the world, several Titans erged from the tower, swiftly transporting the fragnts into it.
In the center of the tower, the fragnt was placed in a massive reactor. Under the stimulation of energy and the Power of Dinsion, the seals on the fragnt disintegrated instantly, along with the fragnt itself.
In an instant, an unimaginable force of dinsion surged from the reactor.
This force converged with energy from other buildings, continually transforming within the tower. Each layer of the tower it passed resulted in that layer becoming obsolete. Those invaluable machines turned to consumables at that mont.
Eventually, this force converged at the tower’s peak, and a Dinsion Rift resembling an eye appeared there as well.
On the other side of the rift, Cologne Peak was struggling amid the gravitational tide.
...
The instant Richard saw the rift appear, he was overwheld with a chilling fear.
To him, the danger behind the rift seed to materialize, erupting like a volcanic explosion.
Richard had but one thought in his mind.
Run!
Simultaneously, the tower’s last layer behind the rift shattered with a "boom," releasing a blinding energy torrent that stread into the rift at light speed, then shot towards Richard at an unimaginable velocity.
On its path, whether it was Cologne Peak, the Energy Singularity, or the surging Shan Hai trying to intercept the flash, all turned to nothingness.
In the face of this torrent, Richard once again felt a sense of powerlessness.
A powerlessness akin to mortals facing a cosmic disaster.
Shan Hai shield, shattered.
Energy Barrier, shattered.
Gravity Deflection, barely effective.
Energy Manipulation, barely effective.
Dinsion Expansion, Life and Death Cycle, Probability Manipulation...
At that instant, Richard used all his abilities, his body undergoing changes comparable to the evolution of a Heavenly Calculation Dominator.
Richard was a person of contradictions, having accepted his destiny, but he was never a puppet at the whims of fate.
In the face of cosmic disaster, human power may be weak, but it is far from useless!
Boom——
The vast energy torrent engulfed Richard’s body.
Subsequently, the void fell silent.
A Dominator Puppet not in the path of this strike arrived at Richard’s location and collected so information.
Subsequently, this information was transmitted back to the massive body of the Civilization Devourer.
[Dinsion Annihilation Cannon is effective]
...
In the Void, a drifting object like a teor passed across the sky.
In the Void of the Endless Dinsion, energy and matter are extrely scarce.
Under such conditions, if there is no external force intervention, an object at the light-speed level could fly for thousands of years without stopping.
However, this drifting object reached velocities of several ten thousand tis the speed of light.
By conventional logic, this drifting object could fly for several epochs without slowing down.
Bang
Suddenly, a Dinsion Rift appeared in the Void.
A World Master exploring the Endless Dinsion walked out from it and collided head-on with the drifting object.
In an instant, the body of this World Master was reduced to a mist of blood—an object at speeds of several ten thousand tis the speed of light is beyond what a World Master can withstand.
Suffering an unexpected attack in the Endless Dinsion, one could only say this World Master had run into so misfortune.
Passing through the World Master, the speed of the drifting object greatly diminished.
Stimulated by the blood and flesh of the World Master, the drifting object suddenly shuddered.
A vast, fragile consciousness awakened within the drifting object.
"Managed to survive... It seems that before the Civilization Devourer breaks free from fate, I’m unlikely to die."
The awakening will within the drifting object was naturally Richard, and this teor-like drifting object was Richard’s body evolved under the threat of the Dinsion Annihilation Cannon.
Under the Dinsion Annihilation Cannon, Richard’s grand true body of hundreds of thousands of ters was reduced to a body no bigger than the size of a normal human’s palm.
However, for Richard, this was not considered an issue.
As long as he returns to the Material World, he can easily restore his true body.
The real problem is that to protect this flesh akin to a seed, Richard’s entire soul was almost torn apart by the Dinsion Annihilation Cannon.
His current spiritual power level is almost the sa as that of a newly advanced First-Level being.
At this level of spiritual power, Richard cannot even expand dinsions, let alone open a Dinsion Rift to return to the Material World or use coordinates to precisely return to the Wizard World.
Dinsional traversal also requires a base of spiritual power.
"This is sowhat troubleso," Richard said with a bit of a headache.
He had now fallen into a predicant similar to what Ulysses once faced, his soul shattered to the extent that his recovery ability is nearly dysfunctional.
He now needs to enter the Material World, then use this bit of flesh to create a usable body and then scavenge for Soul Essence to activate his soul’s recovery ability.
Once he recovers to the World Master level, he can use the power of dinsions to open the Dinsion Gate.
From there, he rely needs to recover normally.
As the owner of the Miracle Furnace, even without the aid of civilization resources, he can recover to peak status in about a dozen years through other dinsions.
However, all this depends on him being able to return to the Material World.
If he cannot return to the Material World, all his plans would be re delusions.
"Forget it, I should stop first. Wandering aimlessly isn’t a solution either."
Realizing his circumstances, Richard quickly decided the first thing he needed to do—stop.
He was currently flying at several thousand tis the speed of light. If left unchecked, he would only get farther away.
If he flies out of the World Community’s range, he would truly be beyond saving.
With a thought, Richard’s teor-like body erupted with a gravitational force, which he then reversed to beco a resistance to his own body.
To Richard, the impact of the Dinsion Annihilation Cannon wasn’t entirely negative; under its pressure, Richard’s body successfully touched upon that barrier.
By conventional standards, this process should have lasted decades.
Now, he just needs to restore his true body to imdiately break the limit.
With the aid of gravity, Richard spent about three months to completely stop himself.
During this process, he continually gathered surrounding matter and energy through gravity to slightly enlarge this flesh seed.
"Whew, that wasn’t easy."
A crack appeared on Richard’s body, swallowing the surrounding material. Yet the gathered material couldn’t even fill the gaps of a fingernail.
For Richard’s current state, it’s nothing more than a drop in the bucket.
Richard felt sowhat hopeless.
If things continued this way, even if the Civilization Devourer swallowed the entire World Community, he estimated he wouldn’t even leave the Endless Dinsion.
The cost of this misfortune seems too great.
Yet before Richard could finish lanting, a figure appeared in front of him.
A strange creature resembling a large tree, but exuding a rich blood and flesh aura, ca nearby, uttering near curses to the Void.
"Damn it! That thing definitely flew in this direction! How could it not be here!"
