"The anchor of the worldline anchor?"
Listening to the words of the Curse Incarnation, Richard felt his mind go completely blank.
Although the concept of the worldline wasn’t beyond his understanding, in his perception, such a notion was rely an unproven, almost fanciful theory.
This was true both in his previous life and in the Wizard Civilization.
Richard looked at the Curse Incarnation: "Could you explain?"
The Curse Incarnation smiled and waved his hand, causing a scene of the Destiny Dinsion simulated by Magic Power to appear in the air—the Thread Of Destiny.
"Indeed, it is hard to believe. When he encountered this truth, he was as bewildered as you are.
Listen to as I explain it to you slowly."
As he spoke, the Curse Incarnation pointed to the image in the air.
"This is the Destiny Dinsion that most people can see. The destiny of all of us is a line, and these lines intertwine. If nothing unexpected happens, these lines’ positions won’t move.
Thus, these Threads Of Destiny weave into a piece of cloth. Our interwoven destinies beco patterns on the fabric."
As he spoke, the Threads Of Destiny in the air began to tighten, eventually forming a plane, where a symbol of the Curse School appeared.
"However, this is rely a facade or the side we can touch. When he fought the Civilization Devourer, he saw a deeper picture of destiny.
In that mont, he saw countless such pieces of fabric.
Our destiny is just a tiny pattern on one piece of this countless fabric."
The Curse Incarnation spoke animatedly, and as he spoke, the images multiplied, with fabrics bearing the emblems of other schools appearing one after another.
But Richard felt perfectly calm inside.
Undoubtedly, this was a great mystery. For creatures exploring destiny, this secret was enticing enough for them to trade their lives for.
But Richard wasn’t interested in studying destiny.
Richard preferred tangible things.
Seeing no reaction from Richard, the Curse Incarnation shook his head and continued: "The patterns on these fabrics co from the choices each of us makes.
You should know about the chaos system; any tiny ripple we cause could end with a massive reaction.
These different pieces of fabric erge based on our choices, leading to different worldlines.
And your Thread Of Destiny is akin to a choice already made. Once this choice is made, the worldline anchors onto the path of the Civilization Devourer’s death."
Richard frowned and said, "So you’re saying the Civilization Devourer is already dead, and what we’re doing now is just burying him."
The Curse Incarnation shook his head: "If it were any ordinary creature, you could say that. But the Civilization Devourer is different.
His life level is too high; even if he’s been knocked down from a higher level, his foundation still surpasses the realm of an Eighth Level creature.
If he can kill you or return to his pri state, then this anchor is useless to him."
Richard nodded slightly, murmuring in thought: "So he chose to invade the Star Realm after devouring several Dominators to expedite his recovery."
The Curse Incarnation nodded, a wicked smile suddenly appearing on his face.
"His invasion indeed has a part of that reason, but more so because if he doesn’t do this, he’s dood.
The Curse and the dominators of those alien civilizations are not pushovers for him to swallow. They had their bodies, souls, and even a few of their dinsions devoured, but they left a seed, or perhaps a virus, within the Civilization Devourer.
If he doesn’t invade the Star Realm now, he can never recover before you grow strong, and he might even be ’possessed’ by that virus."
"Possessed?"
Richard was taken aback, and a terrifying thought flashed through his mind.
"What did the Crown Throne do to himself?"
The Curse Incarnation chuckled: "Nothing much, he just allied with several other Dominators and turned himself into a Curse . As long as the Civilization Devourer hasn’t returned to his pri, he can’t purge this Curse .
This Curse interferes with His decisions, and as long as He can’t purge it, His whereabouts can be easily found by the Dominators using Divination Witchcraft.
This is also why He must invade the Star Realm."
Richard showed a trace of astonishnt on his face, never expecting that the Curse Crown could do such a thing.
Transforming into a Curse sounds simple, but it is actually a technique that only exists in theoretical speculation.
And turning a Dominator into a Curse is the pinnacle of technology that even the Predecessor Civilization Alliance hadn’t envisioned.
Not only did the Curse Crown accomplish it, but he also did it quite thoroughly. According to the Curse Incarnation, the Curse Crown likely made his personality part of the . If the Civilization Devourer weakened, his personality could replace it and beco the new Civilization Devourer, or rather, the Curse Crown itself.
Although this possibility is very slim, since the Curse Crown successfully transford into a , succeeding in possession doesn’t seem so impossible either.
Richard sighed: "The Crown’s talent is truly beyond my reach."
Having sighed, Richard looked to the Curse Incarnation.
"Did the Crown leave any legacy behind? I’ve already achieved mastery of truth, and the Curse Dinsion seems rather unsuitable for now."
The Curse Incarnation picked up the book again, indifferently saying: "That’s up to you to decide. You know I’m not very attached to the School.
Were it not for maintaining the Dinsion, I would have discarded the School long ago."
Richard stood up: "Then let’s go with Curse Mark. There’s probably no one stronger in the Curse School than him."
"That fool, Curse Mark?" The Curse Incarnation sighed, "Curse Mark it is. He’s been managing the School for for so many years; it’s about ti he got so compensation."
Richard nodded, and in front of him, a Rune Gate appeared.
Stepping forward, he arrived at the Wizard Dinsion.
In the dinsion, apart from the Shaping Power and Alchemy Crown Thrones, the avatars of the other Crown Thrones were present.
Seeing Richard appear, the Soul Crown first asked, "Is the Curse... truly dead?"
"From the perspective of Soul Study, yes."
The Soul Crown was stunned for a mont, then understood, "So does that an a personality still exists?"
The technology of personality overwrite was sothing he had taught to the Curse Crown. Hearing Richard say this, he naturally figured it out imdiately.
The Soul Fire in the eye sockets of the nearby Undead Crown flickered at these words.
"It’s unexpected, the Curse died so quickly. I guess the Civilization Devourer’s invasion should be related to him."
Richard nodded, sharing the news he had learned.
"I see, this indeed fits the style of the Curse," the Soul Crown sighed slightly, "But with him doing this, our troubles have increased imnsely.
Shaping Power and Alchemy, it seems, have encountered problems. If those stubborn Dominators of the Mayfly Dinsion persist, we will be in danger."
The Mayfly Dinsion being eroded ans the Dominator Dinsion connected to it certainly won’t be spared.
If they can sever the connection in ti, it would be fine. If not, with the dinsion eroded, even the Breaking Limit Sovereign would have a hard ti resolving it.
If they stubbornly resist the erosion and fight against the Shaping Power and Alchemy Crown Thrones, the only beneficiary would be the Civilization Devourer.
"It’s too late to say anything now." Richard said calmly, "We only need to do what we can. Soul, you will need to focus more on internal propaganda."
The Soul Crown sighed helplessly upon hearing this.
"Ah, the war just goes on and on. Fortunately, we’ve been victorious step by step these two years, and the Subhuman Wizards have erged. Otherwise, the propaganda would be really difficult."
The Undead Crown also spoke, "I will also prepare for the developnt of Guiding Envoys. The souls on the battlefield aren’t matching up, the Civilization Devourer has stealthily consud a portion of the souls of deceased wizards."
Richard nodded, then looked at the silent Physique Crown on one side.
"Principal, do you have any clues about the Evolution Potion?"
In the heritage Richard received, the standard Furnace Man Army’s most basic soldiers are at the Third Level, and a Fourth Level World Master can only be a Legion Commander.
This ans the quality of the Wizard’s legion must be improved.
And the Soul Darkness resulting from Spiritual Evolution makes quick evolution relying on Soul Essence unfeasible, so the quality of soldiers can only be improved through Physique Evolution.
"Oh." The Physique Crown seed to be awakened from deep thought, "I already have so ideas, but compressing the costs is very difficult.
So materials can be cultivated on a large scale, but supplying a civilization’s legion is still a bit strained."
Richard nodded slightly, speaking earnestly, "If there’s anything I can help with, I can offer so technical support."
"Good."
Each of the Crown Thrones had their own responsibilities, and naturally, Richard could not be idle.
After leaving the Wizard Dinsion, Richard entered the Miracle Dinsion. In this realm belonging to him, Talal Peak was communicating with the soul that hadn’t responded to Richard’s inquiry.
Seeing Richard return, Talal Peak imdiately approached.
"Lord Richard, how are things outside?"
"Still within manageable limits for now."
As he spoke, Richard looked at the soul that had not responded earlier,
"Elder, can you communicate with him?"
Talal Peak shook his head, "No, his soul is nearly obliterated, and his personality has almost vanished. I was attempting to reconstruct his personality."
Richard sighed softly.
Indeed, not every being can be saved.
Even a weak Dominator is like this; for those World Masters who were devoured, or even weaker beings, they were likely completely consud and mocked by the Civilization Devourer the mont they entered its belly.
"Lord, why sigh?" Talal Peak smiled, "His soul is not yet obliterated, if his personality is gone, we can just reconstruct one.
With so many beings devoured, being able to save even one is a great fortune."
Richard smiled slightly, then gravely inford Talal Peak of the events of recent years.
The sacrifice of the Titan Race, the fall of the Civilization Alliance, the birth of the Abyss Titan, all of it he laid bare.
Except for the existence of the King of Titans, which he kept hidden.
The fewer who know of the King of Titans’ existence, the better.
After learning all of this, Talal Peak’s eyes were sowhat bewildered.
"So much has happened. I never imagined the King would use himself and the Titans to severely wound those Evil Demons."
After speaking, he looked at Richard, solemnly bowing.
"Since you are the Abyss Titan, then you are the new King of the Titan Race.
Talal Peak pays respects to the King of Titans."
Richard helped him up, asking, "May I know what position you held in the past, Elder?"
Talal Peak stood upright, replying, "I don’t have much expertise, only in combat am I sowhat competent.
In the past, I was the chief instructor of the Titan Legion. If you wish to reorganize the Titan Legion, I am willing to serve you."
