The foundation of Curse Witchcraft is belief; as long as a creature believes in this theory, its spirituality can attract mystical power and perform those things that completely defy common sense.

Curse Witchcraft can turn a small cat into a Giant Dragon, completely transforming both its physical qualities and its mass.

Similarly, as long as the theory permits, the small cat can also transform into a Giant Dragon.

This is also the secret behind Curse Crown being able to beco the leader of the Curse School with the strength of soone who had just entered the Sixth Circle.

He created a perfect theory, almost allowing him to accomplish anything.

Of course, this "anything" is theoretical.

Any Curse Witchcraft has a success rate, which is inversely proportional to the extent that it twists reality and directly proportional to the Wizard’s strength, that is, the soul strength.

The stronger a Wizard’s soul, the more abundant his spirituality. The more abundant the spirituality, the more mystical power it attracts, and the lower the difficulty in twisting reality.

Theoretically speaking, once at the level of a Great Wizard, even a Wizard with very low spirituality can use so simple Curse Witchcraft.

However, Richard seems to have no spirituality at all, perhaps due to being a transmigrator. Shockingly, the Curse School appears not unfamiliar with Richard’s situation.

"Who can surpass religion in fictive theories?"

Richard looked at the Holy Light, and suddenly a feeling arose in his heart.

He felt that Curse Crown gave him the Curse Principle precisely to make him have such a thought.

In the Curse Principle, the Power of Faith occupies a large section. Curse Crown had long noticed this wondrous power and in his notes, he terd it a degraded mystical power.

The Power of Faith can also twist reality, but its range of distortion is not large.

However, after Curse Crown noticed the Net of Destiny and fatal destiny, he shifted his research focus onto destiny.

Research on the Power of Faith was thus shelved.

"But, I have no spirituality, Crown Throne."

Richard scratched the back of his head in so frustration. He is a spiritual insulator, as verified by the Curse Mark Great Wizard. Back then, Richard hadn’t learned Mysticism, and didn’t have much doubt about the theories of Curse Witchcraft.

Having no spirituality ans unable to attract mystical power, and Curse Witchcraft without mystical power is like the rural shaman’s ritual dance.

But soon Richard turned his gaze onto the Holy Light in his hand.

Since the Curse Crown called the Power of Faith a degraded mystical power, perhaps he could use the Curse Witchcraft theory to create a Curse Witchcraft based on the Power of Faith.

"Feels worth a try." Richard mused thoughtfully.

But now he needed to solve one issue: if he sealed his mories, he wouldn’t know the principle of Curse Witchcraft, hence unable to perform witchcraft creation.

If he rembered the witchcraft principles, then he couldn’t create a truly effective Curse Witchcraft.

A person cannot deceive themselves. Knowing the principles of Curse Witchcraft, Richard would never be able to create a Curse Witchcraft he could use—even if he possesses spirituality.

Perhaps this is why Curse Crown did not hand these notes to his students.

Not everyone has the resolute will of Curse Crown, a Great Wizard realizing the thing he studied for most of his life was actually a lie.

The re thought of it is enough to make one feel shattered.

"Do I really have to weave so false mories for myself?"

Pinching the bridge of his nose in so frustration, Richard thought that using false mories could be dangerous for a Wizard from the Soul School. Even a Great Wizard might find themselves suffering a ntal breakdown if careless.

After pondering for a mont, Richard decided there’s no need to take this risk.

He has a more reliable thod to achieve this.

Richard muttered to himself: "If I get Ulysses to collaborate with the Theological Research Institute on a new result, I should be able to believe it. Although it might be a bit troubleso, it’s at least safe."

Having decided, Richard then used his Power to contact Ulysses.

Concealing the principles of Curse Witchcraft, Richard revealed his thoughts and plans.

Even so, Ulysses’s emotions beca sowhat stirred.

"Huh? Are you researching so bizarre stuff over there? If using belief alone could conjure Divine Arts, then wouldn’t us Gods all have a handful of Divine Arts?" Ulysses exclaid with so agitation.

His reaction was not surprising; after all, anyone would beco a bit anxious upon hearing that their abilities are sothing that one could ponder into existence.

"Just conducting an experint for ," Richard replied, "Compose a seemingly comprehensive theory based on your experience, then hide so contents making it look like it hasn’t been fully explored.

This knowledge has significant origins and isn’t likely to be false."

"Huh, you... sigh, I get it."

Ulysses sighed helplessly; this task wasn’t too botherso, and if Richard insisted on the experint, lending a hand wouldn’t be a problem.

He thought about it and composed a seemingly reasonable but actually baseless theory using his understanding of the Power of Faith.

As this conclusion could not be proposed by Ulysses himself, he imdiately returned to the Immortal Country using its Teleportation Gate to return to the goblin world, where he found a group of priests from the Divine Arts Research Institute.

"Huh, you are about to undertake an absolutely secret task; all your mories of participating in the task will be erased. Are you willing?"

The priests, with their hands crossed over their chests, replied using the Church’s ritual: "We comply with the Oracle, facing death without retreat."

Soon, Richard heard Ulysses’s voice next to his ear.

"Huh, ready to go."

Hearing this, Richard imdiately followed the plan, sealing his mories and leaving a note to misguide his judgnt.

Monts later, Richard frowned as he looked at the note in his hand.

[Mystical power erosion, mory as dium. Erosion not fully eradicated, avoid using the Eye of Truth recently.]

"Curse Witchcraft is such troubleso stuff, exactly what does Crown Throne want to do with this?"

Trusting himself, Richard did not question the authenticity of the note. Muttering to himself, he tossed it aside, pondering on what to do next.

At the sa ti, Ulysses’s voice appeared tily in Richard’s ear.

"Richard, the Divine Arts Research Institute has made so progress. Co and take a look."

"Oh? What’s been happening lately, a technological explosion?"

Richard raised his eyebrows slightly, a hint of surprise flashing across his face. Divine arts were one of his most important ans at this stage, and any breakthrough in its research was worth learning about.

"Open the door, I’m coming over."

...

At the Divine Arts Research Institute, the priests responsible for the demonstration gathered in the hall, quietly waiting for Richard’s arrival.

These priests had been hypnotized by Ulysses, deeply convinced that they had discovered a secret of divine arts, otherwise their pure lies would be seen through by Richard at a glance.

Soon, a staircase of holy light suddenly appeared in the void. Richard descended the steps, a friendly smile on his face.

The priests bowed respectfully to Richard. Richard glanced around the hall and said with a trace of confusion:

"Does the bishop not know about this news?"

"No, my Lord. The Crow God was present when we succeeded, so we didn’t pass the news through the bishop."

Richard nodded slightly, "I see, then there’s no need to bother them for now. Let see what you’ve discovered."

As the leader of the priests, the director of the Divine Arts Research Institute, Martin, walked up to Richard with a long box.

"My Lord, this is our achievent."

Richard lifted a finger, and the contents of the box pushed open the lid and flew out.

It was a seemingly ordinary divine art wand, with an unremarkable rune array on it, nothing special about it.

However, the mont Richard touched the wand, he sensed a cycle within that was different from Alchemy.

Richard instinctively wanted to use the Eye of Truth, but the warning on the slip of paper made him abandon that idea.

"What is this thing for?"

The priest respectfully said, "My Lord, why don’t you try it."

Richard’s face showed a hint of interest. He held the divine art wand and tried to guide the power within with his spiritual power. Then he waved the wand into the void, and a light cluster appeared at the wand’s tip. A scorching beam of light shot from the cluster, instantly lting a hole into the wall.

"Is this... the Sun’s Vision?"

Richard recognized what the beam was mimicking, the characteristics were too obvious.

"Yes, my Lord, this is what we created by mimicking your great acts," Martin stated in a nearly chanting tone.

"While researching divine arts, we accidentally discovered that your every movent holds special significance. As believers, when we imitate your actions, a special blessing occurs.

As we delved deeper, we found that the strength of these blessings varied greatly depending on the actions, and the effects were completely different.

And when we mimicked your great acts, these blessings reached their peak.

If the faith is devout enough, our spirits can even resonate with you, thus mimicking your past great feats."

"Hmm? Is that possible?"

Martin’s description left Richard stunned. He looked at Ulysses to the side, only to see Ulysses nodding seriously.

"You’re the Main God, your status is right there. Just a word from you can turn a machine into a holy object. It’s normal for devout believers to imitate your actions to release pseudo-divine magic."

"Pseudo-divine magic?"

"Caw, of course, did you think this was real divine arts?"

Ulysses’ endorsent erased the last bit of doubt Richard had about this seemingly absurd theory.

He muttered to himself, "The Path of Truth truly is endless, I didn’t expect such a thing to exist."

With that, he looked again at Ulysses.

"Is this thing useful to ?"

Ulysses held back a laugh and nodded sincerely, "Yes. You can use the Power of Faith to recreate great feats."

Richard nodded thoughtfully and then suddenly looked sharply at Ulysses.

"Why didn’t you ntion this thing before?"

Ulysses rolled his eyes at him, feigning innocence, "Caw, when it could be ntioned it wasn’t useful, and now that it’s useful I couldn’t ntion it."

Richard felt a vague sense of sothing being off, but couldn’t quite articulate it.

Ulysses noticed this and thought to himself how difficult this was, even mory sealing couldn’t deceive him.

Thinking of Richard’s plan, he continued, "But now that you’ve discovered it, there are so things I can tell you. Co with to the Secret Realm to try recreating a great feat."

"Recreating a great feat? How do I recreate it?"

"Just imitate your every move from that ti."

Entering the Secret Realm, Richard followed Ulysses’ instructions, reenacting his every move from when he slew the Abyss Lord.

Hovering in mid-air, nurous swirling Holy Light runes appeared around his body.

The Power of Faith flowed through these runes like magic power, and a fissure leading to the Fire Elent Territory suddenly appeared.

In the next mont, a Holy Light version of the Sun’s Vision flashed across the sky, turning a small mountain at the edge of the Secret Realm into magma.

"Whoa, this simulation is quite accurate."

Richard looked at the molten mountain, his tone filled with surprise. He turned to Ulysses, ready to hear Ulysses’ suggestions.

But when he looked at Ulysses, he saw the crow’s eyes wide, beak open, the whole bird in a petrified state.

Richard heard him muttering to himself.

"Divine Magic... no longer exists."
