Seven days had passed.
The jade fragnt that once shone with the size of a chicken egg had now shrunk dramatically. What remained was barely the size of a single grain.
During these seven days, Lin Xiaotian had not left his cultivation chamber. Instead, he quietly observed the two children as the inheritance slowly rged with their bodies.
Occasionally, he would extend his divine sense across the sect to check on the other disciples.
Most of them had already stabilized their cultivations. The Celestial Ichor they had previously consud still contained lingering spiritual power within their bodies. With careful ditation, many of them had successfully refined that remaining energy and even broken through into the next minor realm.
Lin Xiaotian nodded in satisfaction when he sensed this. The foundation of the sect was beginning to grow stronger.
However, his attention quickly returned to the two figures before him. The changes occurring in them were astonishing.
Miao-Miao sat quietly in ditation, surrounded by faint silver spiritual mist. Compared to seven days ago, her appearance had clearly changed.
She had grown noticeably taller. Her body had beco more slender, yet her cheeks still retained the slight chubbiness typical of a thirteen or fourteen-year-old girl.
However, the most striking change was her hair.
Her once dark black hair had gradually turned snow white, the black fading away strand by strand until only faint gray tints remained near the tips.
At the center of her forehead, faint ancient runes slowly glowed.
Those runes were not random. They intertwined with one another like living symbols, eventually forming the outline of a celestial wolf emblem.
Each ti the runes flickered, a gentle wave of spiritual energy rippled outward.
Lin Xiaotian observed carefully. "This is a Lunar Wolf Bloodline awakening," he murmured.
The legacy fragnt had clearly awakened sothing hidden deep within Miao-Miao’s bloodline. The wolf emblem symbolized instinct, speed, and spiritual perception.
Once she fully mastered this awakening, her senses would far surpass ordinary cultivators, and her agility in battle would beco terrifying.
Despite the transformation, Miao-Miao’s aura remained gentle and stable. Her awakening was harmonious and pure, like moonlight quietly illuminating the night.
Tianhe’s transformation, however... Was far more dramatic.
A faint pressure filled the cultivation chamber. Lin Xiaotian narrowed his eyes as he looked at the boy.
Tianhe’s body had grown taller and leaner, his fra becoming naturally muscular as if forged through years of combat.
But the most noticeable feature was above his head. Two small black dragon horns had grown from his temples.
They curved slightly backward, their surface covered in faint ridges like ancient bone. His eyes had also changed completely.
The whites of his eyes had vanished, replaced by pure pitch-black darkness, like two deep abysses staring back at the world.
And that wasn’t all. Within a five-ter radius around Tianhe, sothing strange was happening.
The space around Tianhe felt strangely distorted. Even Lin Xiaotian, who possessed absolute invincibility within the sect, felt a strange resistance when he tried to step closer, as if Tianhe didn’t fully exist in this space.
Frowning slightly, Lin Xiaotian asked the system about it, but the system simply ignored the question.
Seeing no response, Lin Xiaotian’s expression darkened. This world is deeper than I thought.
Shaking his head slightly, he sighed inwardly. Still, there was nothing he could do for now other than wait.
It wasn’t a barrier it was as if Tianhe’s existence itself was fading from reality.
Lin Xiaotian quickly understood one thing though "Interesting... a spatial bloodline."
Thin dragon scales had begun forming across parts of Tianhe’s arms and collarbone. They were dark, almost obsidian in color, faintly reflecting the surrounding light.
Each scale contained traces of ancient draconic power. If Miao-Miao’s awakening was gentle and harmonious: - Tianhe’s was wild and overwhelming. This was clearly the awakening of a Void Dragon Bloodline. A terrifying lineage that controlled space, shadow, and destruction.
Looking at Tianhe’s transformation, Lin Xiaotian raised an eyebrow. Then he crossed his arms and chuckled. "Well... that’s flashy."
His gaze shifted briefly toward Miao-Miao. "The younger sibling’s awakening is much cleaner."
Then he looked back at Tianhe. "If you can’t control that transformation properly..."
A faint smile appeared on his face. "...I won’t allow you to leave the sect."
His tone sounded casual, but his words were absolute.
After all, a half-awakened Void Dragon bloodline roaming outside the sect would cause chaos wherever it appeared. Especially when it was no common.
For now, Tianhe would have to remain here Until he learned to control the power sleeping within his blood.
As Lin Xiaotian was thinking this, the final particles of the jade inheritance slowly vanished.
At that mont, the auras around Tianhe and Miao-Miao began to rapidly converge.
In the next instant, a celestial wolf avatar appeared behind Miao-Miao and let out a majestic howl that echoed like a heavenly chorus.
Miao-Miao’s eyes snapped open. She looked down at herself for a mont before turning toward Lin Xiaotian with bright eyes.
"Thank you, Master! Because of you, Miao-Miao has beco stronger. I have awakened ancestral mories and my bloodline as well."
She puffed out her small chest proudly. "From now on, Miao-Miao will always protect Master and big brother!"
Lin Xiaotian chuckled softly. "Yes, yes... Miao-Miao is the best."
However, as he sensed her cultivation level, his mood suddenly soured internally.
Now even a ten-year-old girl is ahead of ...
Should I just smash my face into a cake and die?
He quickly shook that thought away.
No, no... I am the Sect Master.
But that is exactly the problem.
I really need to cultivate faster.
While he was internally rambling, his outward expression remained calm and proud as he looked at Miao-Miao.
But suddenly His expression changed as a terrifying surge of spiritual fluctuations erupted from Tianhe.
The strange domain around Tianhe began rapidly contracting and expanding, like a breathing void.
He directly teleported himself and Miao-Miao outside and just as they vanished everything within a ten-ter radius instantly turned into dust.
In the next mont, the domain collapsed inward and rged completely into Tianhe’s body.
Then BOOM!
The roof of the cultivation chamber suddenly split apart. Tianhe shot into the sky like a black cot, roaring toward the heavens.
The skies darkened instantly and within a ten-thousand-mile radius, the clouds turned pitch black.
Crimson lightning began circulating through the sky like furious dragons.
The Heavens roared as if to consu everything.
