Lin Fan didn’t say anything at all as he looked at the crocodile that was on the ground.
It had been knocked unconscious, so he wasn’t actually getting any notification about this thing.
At the sa ti, he wasn’t able to see through it with his Appraisal Eyes because it was at a higher level of cultivation than him.
So there was nothing that he could do to this thing right now.
However, this crocodile was one of the ten bosses that Hayase ntioned earlier.
These ten were the strongest spirit beasts that were in this forest and they were all spirit beasts in the Soul Formation Realm.
These were also the spirit beasts that Lin Fan wanted to ta.
Once he confird that this was one of the ’Ten Kings’ as the spirit beasts of this place called them, Lin Fan just said, "Wake it up."
The Mimic Sli didn’t hesitate to slap the crocodile on the head and its eyes opened when that happened. Though it seed to panic a bit when it looked at the Mimic Sli that was standing over it.
Then while looking around, it panicked once more when it saw Lin Fan standing there.
With the way that it did this, it was almost as if it said, "There are two of them?"
Though it didn’t take long for the crocodile to calm down since it could sense that Lin Fan wasn’t the sa as the Mimic Sli. It was able to sense the aura coming from Lin Fan unlike the Mimic Sli where it couldn’t sense anything at all.
However, Lin Fan did see an affection increase notification because of this mont of panic.
"Make it suffer a bit."
"Yes, young master." The Mimic Sli had no hesitation when it heard this as it started beating up the crocodile.
There was an aggrieved look that appeared in the crocodile’s eyes when this happened, but there was nothing that it could do as the Mimic Sli was stronger than it. The only thing that it could do was lay there and take this beating.
With the way that the Mimic Sli beat it, it actually demonstrated the specialty of this crocodile. The way that the crocodile’s scales reacted to the blows that the Mimic Sli used showed that they were as hard as tal.
But it wasn’t because these scales were made from so kind of special material, it was because of the power of the crocodile itself.
It seed like there was tal elental energy flowing through this crocodile which it used to strengthen its scales. However, there was only so much resistance that these scales could give.
With the power behind the Mimic Sli’s strikes, it wasn’t able to resist all of that force.
As such, the crocodile was suffering under the attacks of the Mimic Slis.
The Mimic Sli made sure to control it enough that it wouldn’t leave any lasting damage, but the crocodile certainly suffered because of it. And it seed like because of so other things that the Mimic Sli did, it wasn’t able to break free of the Mimic Sli’s grasps.
The only thing that it could do was look to Lin Fan for help since it had seen the way that the Mimic Sli followed Lin Fan’s orders.
It was just that Lin Fan wasn’t in a rush to help the crocodile.
Only when he received the final notification from the system did he finally say, "Alright, you can stop beating it up."
There was a satisfied look on the Mimic Sli’s face when it stopped. It seed like it had vented quite a few emotions from beating on the crocodile like this.
Lin Fan couldn’t help giving a secret bitter laugh seeing this since he knew that he was most likely the source of those emotions, but he chose not to say anything.
After the taming was done, he had the Mimic Sli release the crocodile.
The crocodile didn’t try to break free either and just went over to Lin Fan’s side before showing its submission.
The effects of the Love Gauge Taming really were so powerful that it made the crocodile submit this easily.
Once that was done, Lin Fan said, "Can you show where the others that are just as strong as you are?"
The crocodile only hesitated for a second before nodding in agreent.
After all, there really wasn’t anything to worry about if the Mimic Sli was coming with them.
The crocodile was the weakest among the Ten Kings, but that didn’t an that it was so weak that it wouldn’t be able to put up a fight against the other mbers of the Ten Kings.
If the Mimic Sli could easily subdue the crocodile, then it would also be able to subdue the other Ten Kings.
In fact, the crocodile was even looking forward to seeing the other mbers of the Ten Kings suffer at the hands of the Mimic Sli. It started revealing this evil look that seed to be filled with schadenfreude.
"Spirit beasts really are different, it seems like they don’t work together at all." Lin Fan couldn’t help thinking when he saw this expression.
With the expression that the crocodile had shown, it wasn’t hard for him to guess what it was thinking. But that didn’t matter since it just ant that the crocodile was motivated to follow orders.
With the crocodile leading the way, they headed deeper into the forest.

The spirit beasts that had been following Lin Fan couldn’t help revealing wry smiles when they heard this. After all, they were also being insulted by Lin Fan saying this.

When they were facing the fists of the Mimic Sli, there wasn’t anything that they could do to stop it. All they could do was take the rain of fists that ca their way and endure the blows.
After all, they knew that these fists weren’t ant to take their lives.
They could tell that these fists were just used to subdue them, so they went limp and followed along to see what would happen to them.
All of the mbers of the Ten Kings had proven to be around the sa quality. Even if one of them was in a higher minor realm, it wasn’t as if they were much stronger.
That made sense since there was the balance that had been established in this forest to begin with. If there was one mber of the Ten Kings that was stronger than the rest, then they wouldn’t have shared control over this forest in the first place.
That was unless that one mber wasn’t interested in taking control of the whole forest.
Before Lin Fan could finish taming this sixth mber of the Ten Kings, there was a voice that rang out.
It wasn’t the voice that Lin Fan had been expecting, rather it was a familiar voice.
"So you’re the ones taking them!"
Lin Fan turned around to see Xiao Mu and Ye Qing Huan walking over.
As they walked over, Xiao Mu was looking at the crane that was currently receiving a beating. But instead of being beaten by a human figure, it was currently being beaten by a crocodile that was pressing down on it.
The Mimic Sli had already received instructions to change form when these two approached, which was why it changed the mont that it sensed them. It didn’t even wait for another order from Lin Fan since it had already received one.
The crane had an aggrieved look from being suddenly pressed down like this, but it also gave the final notification that Lin Fan was waiting for.
With a thought, he chose to accept the taming and it was over.
After coming over, Xiao Mu looked at the other five spirit beasts that were also there before saying, "You took all of the targets that I had been searching for. I knew that there was sothing strange when they all started moving away from their previous locations."
Ye Qing Huan only raised a brow when she saw these spirit beasts, but it didn’t seem like she was surprised that Lin Fan was able to ta them all.
Lin Fan just shook his head before saying, "Well, I was just lucky that I found them."
Xiao Mu didn’t seem like it believed what he was saying, but there was nothing that it could say since it wasn’t as if the spirit beasts were just for it to ta. In the first place, it had treated this as a competition, so it was only normal that Lin Fan would be able to do sothing like this.
Only it didn’t seem like Xiao Mu was happy since this was clearly Xiao Mu’s loss.
With a thought, the spirit beasts ca forward as if they were presenting themselves to Xiao Mu and Ye Qing Huan.
Xiao Mu took out a few treats and started offering them to the spirit beasts, almost as if it was trying to poach these mbers of the Ten Kings from Lin Fan.
However, Ye Qing Huan was looking at the crocodile that the Mimic Sli had transford into. It was clear by the way that Ye Qing Huan looked at the Mimic Sli that she could feel the aura that was coming from it.
She could sense the cultivation that this Mimic Sli possessed.
But in the end, she just looked at Lin Fan with one raised brow to show her curiosity before dropping this matter.
