Heath raised his eyebrows and teased, “Why? Is it my ability to help you grow taller now?”
Eric said, “It was you who taught the Knight training.”
Heath thought for a mont and then rembered that there was such a thing. Before he left Golden Harbor Town, he had taught Eric so basic Knight training thods. It included basic swordsmanship skills, stance training posture, and so on.

Knight training was very helpful in promoting the growth of the body’s cells, especially for young children. Children who received Knight training were generally stronger than ordinary children.
