Captain Sea Snake shook his head:
"Not at the mont, but if Black Hunter appears, it ans Flower Witch will have appeared as well. If we could catch them both, we'd be wealthy, the two of you. Your abilities in collecting information aren't weak, so I hope you can provide even the slightest clue!"
"Hmm."
Chen Qi leaned back.
"Understood."
lanie nodded.
After Captain Sea Snake finished speaking, he went to spread the Bounty Order to others.
And lanie waved goodbye, as she had unfinished research to study.
After they left, Chen Qi couldn't help but gaze out at the sea, his thoughts drifting with the undulating waves.
Too much fa is not always good.
The situation was more troubleso than he had imagined...
He and Flower Witch had been in a pretty dire situation on the high seas.
His situation was still manageable; as long as he didn't trigger Residual Fire Touch, it was hard for anyone to discover him.
The real trouble was Flower Witch; the small flowers growing on her head made her easy to spot.
Hopefully, the news of our ergence spreads slowly across the sea... Chen Qi packed his things and headed towards his ship.
...
...
The next day, noon.
To the east of Sea God Island, Forest Sea, Seal No.3 Mobile Dock.
Sea Seal Transport Company's gigantic dock was stationary atop the ocean, with nurous ships passing by.
These large docks are built near crack-dense regions, providing ship repair services to adventurers at sea.
So dining ships, dical ships, and provision store ships would also stay around the mobile dock, forming a moving fleet of rchant vessels.
"dicine for sale! Potent dicine! Cures for the whole body!"
A girl in a cloak stood on a small houseboat, calling out softly.
Unfortunately, despite her long call, no custors ca. Continue your adventure at My Virtual Library Empire
Ultimately, it was because her ship lacked an official flag; without a flag, no one dared trust her dicine.
Ga ga ga! Ga ga ga!
Suddenly, a large flock of pigeon-reporters burst through the sky, coming to a halt above the mobile dock.
The pigeons, bred by White Dove Newspaper's Beast Tars, were specifically for selling newspapers.
"Pigeon, one newspaper, please."
Seeing this, the girl quickly waved her hand, bought the latest newspaper from a pigeon and began to read.
"Shadow Tide Night seems to have appeared on Sea God Island, I hope nothing bad happens..."
The Shadow Tide Night of a Rank B crack had already created quite a buzz at sea.
Fen was especially worried and murmured to herself as she scrolled down anxiously.
"The first batch of supernovas confird! A new era!"
"A clash between Sea God and the navy! A legendary sea battle of two legends!"
Fen skipped many sections and finally found the additional report about Sea God Island.
"Black Hunter alive and well, just as expected of him..."
Learning that Chen Qi was still alive, Fen sighed in relief and a silly smile crossed her face.
"Black Hunter is still alive?"
Spoke a cold female voice.
"Yes! Very much alive!"
Fen said with a hint of pride.
But then, she blinked.
Wait, who was talking to her? When did they get close?
Fen pulled her hood closer to hide her face, then lifted her head.
In front of her was an extrely plain white steam-powered boat.
On the steamboat stood a girl in a white hunter's outfit, with fluffy mid-length hair that looked days unattended, and her clothing stained with blood. She hurtled forward on the steam power boat, her cold blue eyes from beneath the ssy hair, standing out the most.
Fen broke out in a cold sweat, even though the woman was smiling faintly, for so reason, she gave off a robotic chill.
And, for so reason, Fen felt like she had seen her sowhere before.
"Um, can I help you with sothing?"
Fen asked softly, pulling her hood down further.
The white-haired female spoke softly:
"I'm here to buy dicine."
"Alright, what kind of dicine?"
Fen lifted her head slightly, her gaze inadvertently eting the other's.
However, she was astonished to find that the woman's gaze was as sharp as a hawk's, fixed intently on her!
She wore a hunter's uniform, was a Bounty Hunter, and had the sll of human blood on her... Fen swallowed hard.
Her identity must not be discovered!
She must not be exposed... Fen tried her best to maintain the natural deanor of a wandering Pharmacist.
But the next second, the white-haired woman suddenly leaned forward, bringing her face within four fingers' distance from Fen's nose, those azure pupils as ravenous as a cheetah's!
She sniffed.
Drats! Fen's neck was covered in a cold sweat, her grip on the hood tightening:
"What is it? Custor?"
The white-haired woman gazed unwaveringly, her voice icy:
"You have a very nice scent on you, a familiar one."
"Miss, may I see your face?"
