Chapter 989: Chapter 989: The rmaid with a Silver Fish Tail
"Go, go where? If we leave today, we’ll just have to schedule another ti to take them."
Scarlett Yates was determined; she must finalize the wedding photos today.
She took a deep breath, twisted her slightly stiff neck, turned her head, and asked a nearby staff mber, "Do you have any chocolate? Give
a few pieces."
After drinking water, eating chocolate, and resting for more than ten minutes, Scarlett went back into the fitting room.
When she was trying on the ninth wedding dress, she chanically lifted the huge skirt and fanned it twice, asking Matthew Saxon weakly, "Does it look good?"
She thought she would see Matthew frown and shake his head again, but unexpectedly, his eyes lit up.
Those bright eyes were fixated on Scarlett.
Scarlett felt uneasy under his gaze.
She frowned and tried to keep her temper, "What’s wrong? Is this one okay? I think it looks pretty good."
The wedding dress she was wearing was an off-the-shoulder rmaid gown.
The skirt was large and long, tightly wrapped around her body from top to bottom, highlighting her beautiful curves with the perfect cut.
Though Scarlett was thin, she had the kind of figure that looked delicate but was actually quite shapely.
However, her usual attire was too plain and childish, concealing her great figure.
This wedding dress, however, accentuated her attractive figure to the fullest.
The off-shoulder neckline was slightly low, revealing her beautiful collarbones.
The dress was covered entirely in hand-sewn lace, and it took several months just to sew on all the lace piece by piece.
The rmaid design made the entire long skirt cling to her body, presenting a visual effect of perfect curves.
Scarlett’s skin was extrely fair, and this cream-colored wedding dress made her skin look even more like creamy jade, pristine and translucent.
Matthew Saxon’s gaze grew increasingly intense.
Even though she wasn’t wearing makeup or had her hair styled yet, just swapping into this wedding dress, he could already imagine how beautiful she would be on their wedding day.
He stood up, walked over to her, gently placed his hands on her soft shoulders, and looked at her with eyes full of admiration and amazent, before softly saying, "Scarlett, do you know how beautiful you are right now?"
In that rmaid wedding dress, she truly resembled a rmaid with a silver tail, his very own little rmaid, belonging only to Matthew Saxon.
He really wanted to keep her in his pocket so that no one else would discover her.
Scarlett froze, her face flushed, and she felt a bit uncomfortable, "Ahem... So you think this dress is not bad? I don’t need to change again?"
Actually, she thought this dress was beautiful too.
When she had just changed into it and looked in the mirror, she also felt quite satisfied. The staff helping her change even praised how stunning she looked in it, saying that Matthew Saxon would be pleased to see it.
Sure enough, even soone as picky as him finally gave a complint.
"Yes, it’s gorgeous. So beautiful that I don’t want anyone else to see you like this." Her hair was a bit ssy, with strands sticking to her ears from all the trying on and sweating.
Matthew tenderly tucked her sweaty hair behind her ears, pulled out a handkerchief to wipe the sweat from her face, then pinched her rosy cheek and smiled, saying, "Now, it’s your turn to rest. I’m going to change into my suit."
