Why do I keep looking at that little child's hand with these muscleless arms?

The more I talk the more tears fall from my eyes, I feel my heart broken in two.

The brothers show different reactions, even though the sister questioned I could see a glimr of hope in her eyes, while the brother was looking at his sister as if he was waiting for her decision.

The sister looks at her brother who nods at her, she looks confused, after a few minutes she looks at with a strong twinkle in her eyes, I could see a great determination, will, and hope in those eyes for the first ti since I saw her. , as I look at your brother all I see is a small smile and eyes full of bravery and determination.
