"Sales departnt of the diamond film industry has submitted their…." Li Tao was giving his report when he got interrupted due to the ringing of the phone of Mu Yuehan.
Mu Yuehan looked at the screen, to see the caller and actioned Li Tao to stop his reporting. He then answered the call with a rare smile on his lips.
"Yifei."
"Gege, I hope I am not disturbing you." He heard the nervousness-filled voice of his little sister from the other side of the phone.
"Not at all." He spoke in a soft voice, trying to shoo away the nervousness of his sister. He still did not know why his sister acted nervous and timid in front of him.
,m "I have sothing to ask from you." There was hesitation in the voice of Mu Yifei.
"Go on."
"There was a music competition at our college and I won the first prize." Mu Yuehan smiled with pride when he heard her. "So today, mom is throwing a small party for , for my success. It will also act as my advance birthday party. I want you to be there at my party."
"I will be there." Mu Yuehan agreed without a hitch and signalled to Li Tao. He nodded his head in understanding.
"I know gege, you are busy but can you please, please, please attend my party…." Mu Yifei pleaded hard before the words of Mu Yuehan registered in her head. "Oh my god, did you just agree without my pleadings?"
Mu Yuehan chuckled, hearing the excitent in her voice. "I did. Send the ti and venue of the party. I will be there for sure. Never in the world would I miss my sister's birthday party. Now tell , what gift do you want?"
"I don't want any gift. Your presence will be enough."
Mu Yifei did not waste much ti with Mu Yuehan and ended the call. She rushed inside her house to tell the good news to her mother.

"I have already rescheduled all your etings for the evening, but unfortunately, I can't postpone your video conference with the London branch." Li Tao reported.
Mu Yuehan nodded his head in understanding. The video conference with the London branch was very important. Tomorrow, they were going to et Zhou corporation and before that he wished to give them a heads up.
A month back, the governnt of the country released a tender for the developnt of a new city, lake city, near Shanghai. He had overconfident in his team. Therefore, he thought, his company would get the tender without any hitch.
So, he did not give much attention to the said project and the result was that Zhou corporation, which was still new in the Shanghai market was able to compete with Mu corporation. The tender was awarded to both Zhou and Mu corporation in partnership.
They were to work in partnership otherwise the governnt could take the project away from them. It was a huge project which could bring huge profits to Mu corporation and that was why Mu Yuehan agreed to the partnership.
Besides, he wanted to get to know the company which gave such stiff competition to his company and for him, it was first!
Now, he wanted to keep a keen eye on this project, to get to know who his enemy was. He did not want any further mistakes or negligence in this project.
"Postpone it by an hour." Li Tao nodded his head and left the office.

Later in the evening, Mu Yuehan arrived at the Mu mansion. He took a deep breath before stepping inside the house. It had been seven months since he last visited here.
"Gege, you are here." Mu Yifei grinned and rushed toward him.
"Happy birthday, baby sister." Mu Yuehan wrapped his arm around his sister and gave her a fatherly hug.
"I am so happy that you are here."
"How can I not be here? It's my sister's twenty-second birthday party after all." Mu Yifei bead at him and broke the hug.
Her brother made her day by showing his presence. She took him as her fatherly figure and she was happy that he was here.
Soon enough, friends of Mu Yifei noticed the presence of a handso man beside Mu Yifei. Feeling attracted to the handsoness of Mu Yuehan, they walked toward them, trying to get close to him.
"Gege, they are my friends." Mu Yifei looked at him with nervousness when she saw her friends surrounding Mu Yuehan like so bees. She knew, her brother did not like the attention of a girl, forget about many girls.
On top of that, he hated when girls flirted with him or tried to expose their bodies to get his attention, and that was what, her friends were doing at that mont. She felt embarrassed because of them.
Mu Yuehan smiled at her friends to look polite. He did not wish to spoil the day of his sister by getting angry. He then looked down at Mu Yifei. "You enjoy your party. I will go and stand with Mu TianYu."
He patted her head and walked toward his brother. Mu TianYu was standing at the corner, sipping wine while eyeing the friends of Mu Yifei.
"Stop eyeing them. They are friends of Yifei." Mu Yuehan scolded him.
"What's the problem with that? There is no problem if any one of them wants to sleep with ."
Mu TianYu was the younger brother of Mu Yuehan. He was a typical heartbreaker. This habit irked Mu Yuehan but he did not comnt on it. He knew his brother had his life and he did not want to interface with it.
He was satisfied until his brother was giving a satisfying performance when it ca to working. Mu TianYu was handling so of the international businesses of Mu corporation and he knew how to crack the deals with his wicked brain and sharp tongue.
