"Uncle Zhou, you can leave first. Just leave it to to handle," Wang Hai said indifferently. He had never had a good impression of Zhou Deming. When Zhou Deming had first co to acquire Sky Group, Wang Hai had taken an instant dislike to him, but given the influence of Liu Corporation in the city, he had not said anything.
However, now things were different. He had severed ties with Liu Corporation, which had now beco worthless as a pile of scrap paper. Zhou Deming no longer needed to care about Liu Zheng’s background. Moreover, Zhou Deming’s thods were particularly despicable. Wang Hai had no desire to collaborate with such scum.
After hearing this, Zhou Deming sneered and said, "Fine. Since young Master Wang insists on helping Liu Zheng, then there is nothing more to say. Take good care of my guests!"
"Uncle Zhou, rest assured, I will certainly take very good care of your guests," Wang Hai snorted coldly.
Liu Zheng had been beaten until his face was swollen and bruised, and he could barely open his eyes. He couldn’t make out who was around him, but from the figure’s build, it was definitely not Zhou Deming. There were also two other unfamiliar n.
As the n gazed upon Liu Zheng’s dismal state, their faces lit up with a perverse delight and they burst into laughter, "Young Master Liu, even you have days like today."
"Master Zhou, is this kid really the mayor’s son?" one man asked.
"Could it be false?" Zhou Deming sneered in response. "Would I not know if he is the mayor’s son? But he dared to reject my terms this ti. I’m going to break his legs and cripple him as a warning to others. Do you understand what I’m saying?"
"Understood," the man nodded in agreent.
"Then what are you waiting for, get on with it," Zhou Deming waved his hand commandingly.
Liu Zheng lay on the ground, watching helplessly as Zhou Deming’s n pinned him down and beat him rcilessly. His mind had plunged into chaos. He wanted to resist, but he was utterly powerless, unable to struggle, and could only let out piercing screams.
Mother Liu rushed over when she heard the news. She saw Liu Zheng lying on the ground, screaming in agony, and cried out, "Husband, what has happened to you, husband!"
Liu Zheng had already lost consciousness. Mother Liu, seeing the horrible state of Liu Zheng, felt a wrenching pain in her heart. She wanted to rush forward to help Liu Zheng, but Zhou Deming’s n were well-trained special forces, and she was just an ordinary rural woman. How could she confront such elite opponents? She didn’t even have the courage to get close to Liu Zheng.
Zhou Deming walked over to Mother Liu with a smile and said, "You must be Liu Zheng’s mother, right? I heard your son offended , so I want you to help teach him a lesson. You wouldn’t mind, would you?"
Mother Liu paused for a mont, then shook her head and said, "He’s my only son. Of course, I wouldn’t mind."
"Hehe," Zhou Deming sneered. "Good, if you don’t mind, then I’ll begin."
"What... What are you going to do?" Mother Liu asked in panic, tears streaming down her face uncontrollably. She was genuinely terrified that Zhou Deming would hurt her child, after all, Zhou Deming was a thoroughly wicked scoundrel.
"Don’t worry, I’m just going to give him a beating. It won’t be life-threatening," Zhou Deming said with a smile.
Having said that, he turned to his group of n and commanded, "Beat him, as cruelly as possible, until Liu Zheng kneels down and begs for rcy!"
"Yes, Uncle Zhou!" The group of n responded in unison.
Heard that response, a chill went down Liu Zheng’s spine. He had already anticipated the outco. He would probably never be able to stand again in his life, but even so, Liu Zheng still refused to submit. He roared, "You mustn’t hit my mother!"
The n didn’t stop beating Liu Zheng; instead, they beca even more ferocious. Liu Zheng let out screams like a butchered pig, barely clinging to life, knowing he wouldn’t be able to keep his arm.
"Smack, smack, smack, smack, smack..."
Zhou Deming’s n kept hitting Liu Zheng repeatedly, and he howled in pain ti after ti. He truly found it hard to bear such days.
Just then, an indifferent voice ca, "Stop it!"
People turned their heads and saw Wang Hai approaching with several bodyguards.
When Zhou Deming saw Wang Hai, his heart sank. He didn’t know Wang Hai, but he knew his na, the second most important person in the Wang Corporation, the only son of the Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Committee, Wang Wenhua.
"Young Master Wang, this is the Zhou Family’s private territory. Please leave, strangers, or don’t bla us for being rude!" Zhou Deming barked coldly. Although he was very afraid of Wang Hai, he still spoke firmly.
"Zhou Deming, are you threatening ?" Wang Hai sneered.
"You’re taking it too seriously, Young Master Wang. I just hope that you can give so face and not make things difficult for my friends. Otherwise, I’m afraid this won’t end well," Zhou Deming said with a grim face.
"I think you’re asking for death!" A sharp light flickered in Wang Hai’s eyes, as he had already put up with Zhou Deming for too long.
"Mr. Zhou, you needn’t worry, I’ll take good care of Young Master Liu," said a man next to Wang Hai with a smile, excitent shining in his eyes. Finally, it was his turn to show off his skills.
"Hmph!" Zhou Deming snorted, knowing all too well that things were likely to go south for him this ti, but he had no regrets, for he wanted to take revenge on Liu Zheng and make him taste the suffering he once endured.
Zhou Deming’s n saw the four or five bodyguards next to Wang Hai and felt a chill in their hearts. It seed the kid had indeed co prepared this ti.
However, being professional fighters, they feared the four or five bodyguards with Wang Hai but were not intimidated. They were desperadoes who, for the right price, would stop at nothing, without caring who the other party was.
"Brothers, let’s do this!" Zhou Deming’s n charged forward, rushing at Wang Hai.
Wang Hai snorted coldly, his figure flashed, and he stood in front of Mother Liu, saying, "Ma’am, please step back."
Zhou Deming’s n were shocked by Wang Hai’s domineering presence, realizing that Wang Hai was even more formidable than Zhou Deming. Although Zhou was fierce, he was still wary and dared not offend Wang Hai, but Wang Hai was entirely different—he didn’t take them seriously at all.
Although Mother Liu was a bit worried, she trusted her son even more, so she nodded and said, "Xiao Zheng, you must hold on. Stay strong. Mom will go to your father right away to rescue you."
After Mother Liu spoke, she headed straight for Zhou Deming’s n. She couldn’t match Wang Hai’s speed but still charged forward fearlessly, eager to find her son as soon as possible.
"Out of the way!"
Liu Zheng’s n saw Mother Liu charging at them and attacked one after another, but their strength was far below Wang Hai’s, posing no threat, and they were rely floored by Wang Hai.
Wang Hai was much stronger than those who fought in the underworld. These n, the lowest of street thugs, lacked combat skills and were easily defeated by Wang Hai.
"Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang..."
Continuous dull thuds sounded as Liu Zheng’s enforcers were knocked down by Wang Hai, left with battered faces.
Seeing his enforcers unable to withstand even a single blow, Liu Zheng panicked, his soul nearly scattering. He had never seen soone as formidable as Wang Hai. His n were just a disorganized rabble, the weakest of an already weak bunch.
"No, no, no, it can’t be. How can I be so weak?" Liu Zheng muttered to himself as he backed away. The scene before his eyes completely shattered his beliefs, and his only thought now was to flee, to rush back ho and hide behind his parents as these fierce n overwheld Wang Hai on the ground.
But as Liu Zheng lifted his foot to run, it crashed back to the ground. He felt as if his legs no longer belonged to him, unable to move in the slightest.
Zhou Deming’s n had all been knocked down, lying on the ground, groaning in pain.
Wang Hai punched Liu Zheng, knocking him to the ground, then walked over to him and sneered, "Liu Zheng, you brought this upon yourself. Today, I will teach you a lesson on behalf of Liu Zheng’s old mother!"
