Chapter 609: 553 ‘What a clichéd plot.

Shane could naturally not know the fate between Sophie and Magie.

If it had been before, he might have developed so curiosity from their conversation and pursued the matter further.

But now, Shane was in no mood for that.

Now, he cared about only one thing.

“You step back.”

Shane thus spoke to Sophie.

Sophie suddenly turned her head and looked at Shane.

She wanted to say sothing, but swallowed it back.

The reason was simple; it was because Shane’s expression was still so indifferent.

This told Sophie that the alien male had not yet relented.

Therefore, Sophie unconsciously stepped back.

On the other hand, Shane, without knowing when, started moving and under everyone’s gaze, he slowly walked towards Magie.

Seeing such a Shane, the disdainful smile on Magie’s face slowly faded.

It couldn’t be helped—this was the only person who had made her concede defeat and even suffer a loss in thousands of years.

Even now, Magie was still sowhat unable to accept that she, who was previously unknown and had t him for no longer than ten hours, only having taunted and tricked him once without even having the chance to utilize her own thods to tornt this human male, could be defeated by him.

But Magie also knew that at this point, no matter how reluctant she was, it was futile.

“So, you’re finally going to kill , Count of Beizut?” Magie asked with feigned taunting, “Or do you want to have your fun with my body first before killing ? I can’t fight back now with my arms and legs broken, you know? Why not try?”

Such foul language made the elves present involuntarily spit in disgust.

Luoqi and Ai Yi also looked coldly on, even Lilith couldn’t help but frown, unapologetically extending her hand towards Magie and blasting out a mass of extrely dark evil energy.

The evil energy enveloped Magie and instantly infiltrated her from all directions on her body.

“Ah ah ah…!”

Magie instantly let out a blood-curdling scream, wailing in agony.

The invasion of the evil energy was transforming the very soul and being of this demon spirit.

A berserk instinct surged from the depths of her mind, rapidly overtaking her will, attempting to completely obliterate it.

This was not the evil energy that devoured the entire Taiger Forest, but rather a berserk fury personally imbued by Lilith using her authority.

Under the dominion of the strongest evil god’s authority, Magie couldn’t resist even in the slightest, and she was about to turn into an evil creature.

Thinking that she would beco an irrational, frenzied evil creature, Magie struggled desperately.

“Kill ! Kill !”

Magie scread through clenched teeth.

She did not fear death, but she wouldn’t allow herself to be toyed with.

Only she had the right to toy with others; how could others possibly toy with her?

If Shane had really taken her up on her taunt just now, she would have used all her strength in the last mont to bite through Shane’s throat and take him down with her.

That was the nature of a demon spirit, trampling over the lives of others.

Unfortunately, this thod was of no use against Shane.

“[Celestial Breathe].”

Not only did Shane not kill Magie, he even used the highest level of celestial magic and let the starlight fall upon her, healing her.

The celestial magic, comparable to the highest level of healing magic, visibly regenerated the injuries on Magie’s body. Even the shoulder that Milu had blown up with a touch quickly healed, and her broken arms and legs began to regrow, leaving the demon spirit completely restored to her original state free from any previous miserable appearance.

Consequently, Magie’s soul and existence, which were gradually being invaded, also beca completely well under the starlight’s healing, and her will beca clear.

“This…!?”

Looking at this inconceivable scene, everyone present, including Sophie, was shocked.

“He can still do this?”

Even Luoqi was stunned for a mont and pursed her lips.

Clearly, Shane’s recovery magic was powerfully surprising to everyone.

If it had been the previous Shane, he wouldn’t have been able to display such a miraculous healing magic.

But now, Shane’s magical prowess had transford drastically, and even the effect of [Celestial Breathe] had greatly increased. As long as the person was not yet dead, he could almost always pull them back from the brink of death.

This shocked Magie, and she imdiately snapped back to reality.

“Boom!”

The next second, an astonishing magic power surged within Magie.

“This is bad!”

“Be careful!”

Sophie, Leiya, and Nia’s expressions changed drastically.

The surrounding elves also cried out in alarm, hastily entering a defensive stance.

Only Ai Yi, Lide, and Milu remained indifferent.

“Huff—”

Ai Yi exhaled a breath of scorching dragon breath, like spitting out a ball of flas, instantly burning away the magic power on Magie’s body.

“Bang!”

Lide, too, did not know when he swung his sharp claws and with a dull explosion sound fiercely sent Magie flying, crashing her into a nearby stone pillar and shattering it.

“Hey!”

Milu, like a ghostly figure, darted towards Magie, raising her small hand and causing a bloody ghost hand to suddenly rise from the ground, grasping Magie and the stone pillar together and squeezing them in its grip.

Lastly, Lilith once again released evil energy, enveloping Magie with it.

“Ugh… ah ah ah…!”

Magie felt as if her entire body was about to shatter from the intense pain, and her will was again being invaded by the evil energy, suffering imnsely.

The agonized wails and painful cries changed the expressions of the surrounding elves, seemingly sowhat unable to bear it.

This scene was excessively unsettling for the naturally kind-hearted elves.

Even Sophie, who had been hard and persecuted by Magie, furrowed her brows and eventually sighed.

“Please release her, Lord Beizut.”

Sophie made her plea to Shane.

However, Shane remained unmoved.

He did not take pleasure in tornting others.

But he was by no ans a good person.

Initially, when Shane dealt with Beddo, many had witnessed him stuffing all sorts of junk into that mber of the Old Demon Clan, making his insides a ss.

When dealing with Killian too, Shane had repeatedly pounded him personally and tornted him until he broke.

He did not have the inclination to abuse others, yet he would never let those who intended to target him, or even those around him, have an easy ti.

He was even less willing to be like those clichéd novel protagonists of his previous life, who would show rcy to attractive opponents, later trying to appease, subdue, and even conquer them.

He needed no obedient subordinates.

Isn’t having a dragon as a mount enough?

Isn’t a compliant and well-behaved Evil God like Lilith desirable?

He had a beautiful Princess, a Dragon Demon Lord who indulged him, an adorable elf girl blessed by the Nature Goddess, and even a proactive and straightforward Tielle. Was he still lacking in beauties?

Sorry, his heart really wasn’t that big.

However, it was indeed ti to end this.

“Lilith.”

Shane called out calmly.

Lilith imdiately looked toward Shane, understood sothing, and withdrew her hand.

Instantly, the evil energy enveloping Magie disappeared.

“Milu.”

Ai Yi seed to understand what Shane intended to do and called out to Milu.

“Hm?”

Milu didn’t seem to understand at first, but after a mont, she had an epiphany, waved her hand, and the ghostly hand clutching Magie loosened, retracting back into the ground.

Magie then fell from the pillar, tumbling toward the ground.

But just as this demon spirit was about to hit the ground, she suddenly lifted her head.

“Whoosh!”

Without any warning, Magie transford into a shadow and darted toward Shane.

“————!”

Everyone present reacted in succession.

But Magie had already reached Shane with alarming speed.

A maniacal smile hung on her face.

Her eyes flickered with hysterical emotions.

She knew she could not possibly escape.

In that case…

“Let take you with !”

Magie suddenly embraced Shane tightly.

“[Celestial Collapse]!”

Magie ignited all the magic power in her body, burning even her life force, unleashing the most powerful magic she had ever perford.

“Boom!”

Violent gravity descended from the sky, instantly spiraling out of control, shredding the space around Shane and Magie, causing the space to collapse and the air to moan.

A massive black hole ford in an instant.

“Rumble…”

The uncontrollable gravity continued to shred everything around it, causing the pillars, the plaza, and the earth itself to fracture and be sucked into the collapsing space.

“Magie!”

Sophie shouted loudly.

“Her Majesty!”

“Her Majesty!”

Leiya and Nia had already shielded Sophie, taking her away from the scene.

“Back off!”

Carol shouted loudly, commanding the pale-faced elves to keep retreating, moving out of the uncontrolled gravity field.

As for Luoqi, Lilith, Ai Yi, Lide, and Milu, they remained unexpectedly calm, rely retreating from the area, giving up the field.

The plaza before the Nature Goddess Temple thus beca a collapsing battlefield, where the black hole demonstrated unmatched power, grinding and devouring everything.

Magie still clung tightly to Shane, laughing out loud.

“Co! Co with !”

“As long as you die, many people will feel pain!”

“The pain of others is my pleasure!”

“Lastly! Let us joyfully watch the pain and despair of those you love! Let’s go to hell together!”

Magie had already gone berserk.

And Shane?

From beginning to end, his expression hadn’t changed at all.

After a mont, Shane’s voice reached Magie’s ears.

“I knew soone as psychologically twisted as you would do this in the end.”

Shane’s voice was full of mockery.

“What a cliched plot.”

As he spoke, a terrifying power surged from Shane.

The heavens and the earth trembled in an instant.
