Capítulo 1027: Chapter 906: “Doesn’t the Master Bite Humans After Giving Orders?

With Luoqi’s agreent, Lidas and Anima naturally had no reason to oppose further.

They both knew that Shane was the most suitable person to take action at this mont, but they were a bit worried that acting rashly might fall into the traps of the newly ford Primordial Demon.

Evidently, the various setbacks over the past month had made Lidas and Anima beco more cautious and their thoughts more prudent.

They no longer wanted to underestimate the force of the newly ford Primordial Demon, otherwise they would be the ones to suffer.

Thus, after a discussion among the four of them, they decided that Shane would act in secret this ti, ensuring that no one else would know.

After all, no one knew if the enemy had the ans to discover the operations on their end.

Even if the newly ford Primordial Demon wasn’t planning to attack the Mitra Kingdom, not attacking doesn’t an they wouldn’t plant spies.

Now that humans, demons, and gods had been persuaded by the newly ford Primordial Demon to betray, no one could afford to trust those around them completely.

To sum it up, Shane’s departure from the Royal Capital to rescue the hostages was sothing the group intended to keep only between Luoqi, Lidas, and Anima.

Including Anxi and Liya, Luoqi also had no plans to inform them, to avoid any leaks.

Of course, Shane also didn’t plan to inform the Beizut Family about this.

Lidas had already promised Shane that she would use her Authority to help cover up, creating the illusion that Shane was still in the Royal Capital.

This might even intimidate the enemy into thinking Shane was still in the Royal Capital, preventing them from making a move.

Although Shane ntioned that the enemy showing up wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing, the Royal Capital had beco the only relatively intact human realm force apart from the Elf Country. If an accident occurred, the situation could beco dire.

Regardless, they needed to maintain a stronghold for themselves.

Otherwise, they would be like rootless driftwood, unsure of how to save the countless lives of this world.

Shane had no objections to this.

However, to be on the safe side, he was still prepared to inform a select few, including Lasha.

There’s no way around it; even with Lidas’ help in covering up with Authority, those who frequently interact with Shane would undoubtedly notice sothing amiss.

Especially Tielle and rica, two of Shane’s little wives with various intimate connections. If they intended to do sothing intimate with Shane, Shane didn’t believe that Lidas, the eternal maiden, could handle it smoothly.

Particularly the exceedingly proactive sister Tielle, who could perceive any issues instantly without hesitation.

Lasha was the sa, complaining every morning about her sore mouth, coupled with this maid’s various impressive operations, Shane had no confidence in hiding it from her.

Most importantly, if Lilith also sensed sothing was wrong and started causing trouble, it would undoubtedly be hard to manage.

While Lilith might not be the smartest, she had entrusted Shane with the True Seal, and given their mutual understanding and sensing, it would be easy for her to trace Shane’s whereabouts.

Thus, Shane needed Lasha, Tielle, and rica to cover for him and keep them inford.

With this in mind, Shane returned to the Beizut Family and first sought out Lasha.

Unexpectedly, before Shane could inform Lasha about his matter, Lasha told Shane sothing crucial.

“You say an unknown Evil God infiltrated our ho, interacted with you and Lilith, and attempted to lead you away?”

In the room, Shane, holding Lilith, listened to Lasha’s report, his brows deeply furrowed.

First, he glanced at Lasha and Lilith and even used the Power Sensing of Outer Destiny to ensure there were no issues with them before releasing his tightly furrowed brows.

“Are you two okay?”

Shane asked this tentatively.

“We’re fine.” Lasha shook her head, speaking in a tone like a sales representative dealing with an unlikable product: “With Miss Lilith present, although that Evil God exuded intense malice, it didn’t dare to make a move.”

Shane wasn’t surprised by this outco.

He naturally considered the possibility of his residence being infiltrated.

When his identity as a Hero was exposed, even the fearless Old Demon Clan Faction dared to attack here. Now in warti, with his unique status, it’s impossible for no ill-intentioned individual to target him or his family.

That’s why, when going out, Shane often wouldn’t take Lilith with him.

With Lilith here, unless Danass or that mysterious Great Spirit Body personally intervened, no one could stir up trouble here.

The only thing that surprised Shane was that the intruder was an Evil God similar to Lilith.

The adversary seed intent on taking Lilith, respecting her as a master, or wanting to exploit her power for personal gain, but ultimately failed.

Unfortunately, Lilith didn’t seem to retain the intruder.

“Are you sure you killed that Evil God but still feel sothing is amiss, girl?”

Shane inquired of Lilith in his arms.

“Mmm mmm mmm!”

Lilith nodded repeatedly, then reached out her small hand to twirl the evil energy around twice, indicating that the feel was indeed not quite right.

“The other party also claid they would return.”

Lasha added.

Shane imdiately fell into thought.

“To survive an encounter with Lilith, it seems they are not just any ordinary individual.”

Before leaving the house, he hadn’t noticed anything, proving that at the very least, the other party had the ability to conceal their presence from him.

According to Lasha’s account, the malice on the other party was extrely intense, so logically speaking, Shane should have been able to sense sothing.

Yet Shane didn’t sense anything at all.

“It seems the newly ford ‘Primordial Demons’ are indeed continuously operating in the shadows.”

Shane clicked his tongue.

These guys weren’t targeting the kingdom, probably because they didn’t want to confront him with the Holy Sword without an absolute chance of victory. But given their style, laying so groundwork and preparations in secret, waiting for the right mont to strike and using these hidden asures to take him by surprise, ensuring a higher chance of success in a confrontation, was entirely plausible.

At least, if Shane were in their position, he would certainly do so.

No matter how you look at it, the newly erged ‘Primordial Demons’ only have two Transcend Level forces. Even without the support of the Demon Realm and the Three Goddesses of Ti and Space, they still have a total of seven Transcend Level forces when you count both himself and Luoqi.

Though both the Life Goddess and Nature Goddess are at the lowest tier of the Transcend Level, which is sowhat lacking, the Goddess of Fate, on the contrary, is the ultimate powerhouse who can even suppress the demons.

Adding Luoqi, who is on par with the Goddess of Fate in manipulating fate, and himself, who wields the Holy Sword and poses a lethal threat to them, Danass would be incredibly foolish, even more so given that he’s quite the intelligent fellow.

The advantage of the newly ford ‘Primordial Demons’ lies in their capability to remain hidden, making targeted preparations, and seizing control of the battlefield. They strike when they wish, retreat when they wish, sche when they wish, and execute any plan whenever they wish. This is how they’ve achieved brilliant results for a month now.

If they intend to make a move on him or even the Royal Capital, failing to set up undetectable traps and preparations would be suicidal.

If Danass and the others dared to co into the open, not only Shane but the Goddesses of the Divine Race would cheerfully et them head-on without a trace of fear.

They’ve been concealed in the shadows, constantly plotting unbeknownst, readying unpredictable ans, including Shane’s intuition that such Transcendent Level beings would feel apprehensive and wary.

To be frank, Shane is very concerned, wondering if those ‘Primordial Demons’ have any secret sches in motion.

Regrettably, he has no ans to know any of this, so he can only take decisive action wherever possible.

This operation targeting the Beastman Race is the first step of Shane’s counterattack.

Under the current conditions, remaining passive would be a dead end, and Shane must find a way to turn the tables, even if he has to do it alone.

Thinking about this, Shane felt it necessary to remind Luoqi and Lidas before leaving, urging them to be extrely vigilant and closely observe any unusual occurrences and suspicious individuals within the kingdom and the Royal Capital.

If they fall into the traps of the ‘Primordial Demons’ again, it would be best to surrender right away; no need to continue the fight and embarrass themselves further.

As for the household matters…

“Lilith, keep an eye on things at ho. If any more nasty intruders appear, try capturing them alive first. If you can’t, then crush them. Got it?”

Shane touched Lilith’s head gently, speaking in a warm tone with a brutal suggestion.

“Mm!”

Lilith showed no discomfort at all, nodding seriously to indicate she understood.

“Good girl.” Shane kissed the little girl on her head, and with her beaming smile, he turned to Lasha, saying, “Be careful too. Don’t go out unnecessarily, and if you must, take either You Lin or rica with you if not Lilith. Got it?”

“Understood.” Lasha nodded calmly in response.

Then, Lasha pushed her face up close to Shane’s with a blank expression.

“What is it?”

Shane was a bit baffled.

Lasha said seriously,

“Isn’t it true that after giving orders, Master usually gives a bite?”

By this, she implied that she was aware of his actions and was even offering herself to him.

“…”

Shane’s mouth twitched, leaving him speechless.
