Capítulo 1410: Chapter 57: Congratulations!

They had already seen the wide road of the First Estate littered with a large number of corpses. So bore the marks of being torn by thunder, but most had been pierced through vital points with a sword, either the heart or a large part of the neck cut open. Without exception, the swordsmanship was precise, almost terrifying.

Stepping past the shoulders of nurous Jianghu experts, they moved forward.

With a flick of his finger, Wang Anfeng sent a longsword shooting out, leaving only a brilliant streak of light in the air.

Pu Jianmu clenched his right hand tightly and swung it violently forward. The Qi chanism was solid and domineering, colliding with the flying sword. Wang Anfeng used only a common weapon employed by First Estate disciples for practice, nothing special. With one punch, it was smashed and dropped to the ground.

The martial artists from the Western Regions, who previously couldn’t resist the Flying Sword Technique, regardless of how they escaped or resisted, would always be pierced by the sword through their hearts. Already panicked, seeing Pu Jianmu knocking the flying sword to the ground finally cald their hearts, freeing them from the previous fear.

The Western Region Royal Family mber looked at Wang Anfeng, inexplicably finding his face sowhat familiar, as if he had seen it sowhere before. A faint sense of unease rose in his heart, yet he couldn’t recall where. He rely stayed alert, not rushing to the front as he usually would to fight Pu Jianmu, but instead lagging half a step behind.

Pu Jianmu’s eyes were icy as he looked at Wang Anfeng. Over the past decade, driven by his desire to advance, his heart had gradually grown dark and twisted. Throughout his life, he despised two types of people the most.

One was the young, gifted disciples from the Central Plains’ Jianghu, and the other was the daughters of the great sect elders or sect masters. Upon encountering them, he would kill them. He once stripped a young female disciple of a prominent Central Plain family of her clothes, dragging her to death through the bustling streets of the Western Regions, leaving her eyes unable to close in peace.

At this mont, seeing Wang Anfeng, he also noticed Dongfang Ximing standing behind him, clearly of an extraordinary background.

A trace of madness and violence tainted his eyes. Clenching his fists tightly, he let out two low, sinister laughs. Launching an aggressive attack, Wang Anfeng flicked his fingers lightly, sending longsword after longsword shooting toward the man. Pu Jianmu neither dodged nor evaded, smashing the swords to pieces with his bare fists, reducing them to pieces no wider than a finger.

In an instant, dozens of finely tempered steel swords shattered.

Wang Anfeng raised his hand, gripping a longsword, stepped forward, turning his back to Li Wu and the others, and said:

“It seems there’s no way for to ascend this ti.”

“Uncle Li, take Xi Ming and Changxing up the mountain first. I will handle things here.”

After a brief pause, he continued:

“In today’s Jianghu, a battle nearing that of a great grandmaster is a rare spectacle indeed.”

Pu Jianmu, seeing Wang Anfeng speaking to him while still having the leisure to talk to others, was clearly disdainful of him, not taking him seriously at all. Rembering his past experiences in the Central Plains’ great sects, he beca fixated and his thoughts nearly went wild. Under the tearing strength of his fists, he grew increasingly fierce, continuously breaking through the Flying Sword Thunder Force blockade.

Li Wu decisively pulled Dongfang Ximing up the mountain without glancing at Li Changxing.

Li Changxing followed behind with a cheeky grin. Two mbers of the Suicide Squad, including the eunuch Ren Dong, followed closely. Zhou Shen of the One-Leaf Pavilion gave a long look at Wang Anfeng’s back before turning his head and following behind Li Changxing and the others, leading a dozen or so people straight up the mountain.

As Dongfang Ximing ascended the mountain, he looked back at Wang Anfeng. After a brief pause, he gazed toward the other side of the peak.

His delicate eyebrows furrowed slightly, then he was pulled up the mountain by the old man.

Wang Anfeng walked steadily down the mountain.

Pu Jianmu’s fist edge was ferocious, letting out a loud sinister laugh and saying loudly that he would kill him first and then strip the woman just now to throw her into the lowest brothels. Darting through the air repeatedly, he suddenly threw a punch that seed to gather the montum of Heaven and Earth, a tornado rising against the current, about to strike Wang Anfeng.

Wang Anfeng’s face was icy, fingering his sword and flicking lightly.

With Buddhism’s Zen, using the Heart Imprint Technique.

Buddhism’s Vajra Fearlessness Seal.

Pu Jianmu, unlike Xie Zhenghao before him, lacked the will of the White Tiger Hall Master. He had already embarked on the evil path, and his will was not as refined as those martial artists who climbed to this realm step-by-step with solid foundations. How could he compare to Zen Buddhism, which was built upon painstakingly ticulous foundations?

At this mont, it was as if three hundred and sixty-five bronze bells resonated simultaneously in his heart.

The scorn faced in his youth, the humiliation and compromises, the disgrace during pursuit and escape, entering the Western Regions, the humiliation under others—all suppressed by Martial Arts Intentions—resurfaced and brought those emotions back.

Pu Jianmu’s movents ca to an abrupt halt, his expression dazed and fierce.

Due to Pu Jianmu’s substantial realm, Wang Anfeng, using his own will and the Heart Imprint Technique, could only influence him for a few breaths of ti. However, in the life-and-death battle of martial artists, a few breaths were enough. The fragnts of shattered longswords hung in the air, glimring with purple thunder.

The sharp edges surrounded Pu Jianmu.

Wang Anfeng gripped his sword, stepping past this arrogant disciple abandoned by the Central Plains’ great sects, descending the mountain without sparing him a glance.

Purple lightning stained his eyes.

After walking past Pu Jianmu, the Thunder Vigor within, derived from the Grandmaster and Exotic Beast, went rampant.

Behind him, hundreds of fragnts twisted violently, transforming into a terrifying storm of Sword Qi, enveloping Pu Jianmu, with the sound of blades piercing flesh unceasing, followed by several thuds as bodies hit the ground, staining the steps red with blood.

He flicked his sword and stood, a vast imposing presence slowly rising, covering the mountain path.
