Immortal Qi is unlike Spiritual Qi, which is drawn from cultivators through Qi refining. Instead, it is the power directly produced by Immortal status.

Different Immortal statuses produce Immortal Qi that vary in traits and quality.

Moreover, the strength of Immortal Qi depends on the level of Immortal status and what it represents.

There are six levels of Immortal status.

From low to high, they are the Human Immortal, Earthly Immortal, Heavenly Immortal, Golden Immortal, Great Luo Golden Immortal, and Immortal Monarch.

The level attained by Xiaoyao Zi is the fifth, the Great Luo Golden Immortal.

It can be considered the peak of the Immortal status.

In fact,

The existence of the Immortal Monarch is still a matter of debate as Xiaoyao Zi, who has lived through endless ages and experienced several historical disruptions, has never seen anyone attain this status.

In conclusion,

The Great Luo Golden Immortal is the highest known level of Immortal status to Xiaoyao Zi.

Holding the status of the Great Luo Golden Immortal ans that the Immortal Qi within Xiaoyao Zi is unmatched by ordinary Immortals.

The high-quality Immortal Qi inside him, even if given away to assist others in attaining Immortal status, wouldn’t be easily refined by others and it never severs its connection with him.

Because of this, he had warned Li Jing repeatedly beforehand.

But now,

Xiaoyao Zi was a little stunned.

The Immortal Qi had just left his hands and fused into Li Jing’s body before it severed its connection with him.

What’s more absurd is...

He now couldn’t sense any Immortal Qi in Li Jing’s body.

His strand of Immortal Qi had completely disappeared without a trace, like a stone sinking into the ocean.

It was clear that Li Jing did not easily refine the Immortal Qi; instead, it was as if it had been swallowed up by sothing.

Looking blankly at Li Jing, cold sweat trickled down Xiaoyao Zi’s forehead.

Li Jing held many secrets, many of which were extrely taboo.

He knew this clearly.

Having nearly died from backlash when he impulsively attempted to forecast Li Jing’s Fate Pattern, Xiaoyao Zi can attest to this.

If there weren’t any major taboos involved, would he have nearly capsized in the gutter?

Admittedly,

When he first t Li Jing, his condition was very, very poor. Being trapped in the rule-deficient Immortal Realm for years had reduced his strength to less than one tenth of what it had been.

But even then, he was still a Great Luo Golden Immortal...

As long as one has the status of an Immortal, even if one’s cultivation level is lost for whatever reason, he/she would remain an Immortal, albeit a weakened one.

For Xiaoyao Zi to have almost t his end due to Li Jing’s secrets ans that they must be significant.

For a long ti in the past.

Xiaoyao Zi believed that the secrets Li Jing held were purely due to his close connection with the Heavenly Tao of the Universe.

Looking at it now, things aren’t quite that simple.

While it’s true that being implicated with Heavenly Tao of the Universe would impact Li Jing’s Fate Pattern, it shouldn’t have affected his ability to refine Immortal Qi!

At most, anyone who tries to calculate his future would die...

As Xiaoyao Zi was dumbfounded,

Li Jing looked at his hand and smiled.

After the Immortal Qi entered his body, it inexplicably disappeared.

He was familiar with this "plot".

His status bar was lighting up and heating up again.

He had expected this situation.

Immortal Qi is sothing he desperately needs.

However, refining it on his own would be incredibly difficult.

His status bar, which has always been fond of providing him with cheats in various forms, wouldn’t let him go through such "hardship", would it?

Having provided cheats all this ti, why stop now?

The reappearance of this familiar "plot" confird Li Jing’s hypothesis without leaving any room for doubt.

Without thinking too much, Li Jing spoke up.

"That little bit of Immortal Qi seems to be insufficient, give more."

"..."

Xiaoyao Zi.

As for giving Immortal Qi to others, he didn’t really mind.

Unless his Immortal status collapsed for so reason, the Immortal Qi derived from said status should be inexhaustible, which is where an Immortal’s strength lies.

To a certain extent,

Once one becos an Immortal, the cultivation level isn’t that important anymore.

Of course,

There are many issues involved.

For instance, how well one controls an Immortal status and the level of compatibility one has with that status.

But these are not problems for Xiaoyao Zi.

Having lived for so many years, he has already mastered his own Immortal status.

Li Jing asked for more Immortal Qi at this ti, and Xiaoyao Zi had no problem providing it.

The key issue is that he wasn’t quite sure about what was happening with Li Jing. He had concerns about whether the unknown thing that swallowed the Immortal Qi inside Li Jing would affect him.

Xiaoyao Zi was hesitating about whether or not he should ask when Li Jing voiced his impatience.

"What are you waiting for? Hurry up!"

"..."

Xiaoyao Zi.

Seeing Xiaoyao Zi’s hesitating expression, Li Jing could guess what he was worried about and said,

"Don’t worry, I won’t harm you. My situation seems to be different from others. A strand of Immortal Qi is far from enough for , give so more and consider this as a favor I owe you."

Upon hearing this, Xiaoyao Zi’s eyes suddenly lit up.

Li Jing might be a cunning and wicked person,

But his character...

It’s undeniably good, Xiaoyao Zi had to give him that.

However, this isn’t the main point.

The point is,

Owing Zen Master Zealt a favor isn’t sothing anyone can easily deny afterward.

For ordinary people,

A favor is a random event.

However, for an existence like Xiaoyao Zi, a favor is a form of karma.

Now that Li Jing had taken the initiative to ask,

If Xiaoyao Zi helped him achieve the status of an Immortal, this karma will be enormous.

With such a favor,

His connection with Li Jing could be offset, partially or even completely, depending on Li Jing’s final Immortal status.

This deal,

Is totally worth it!

Secretly gritting his teeth, Xiaoyao Zi reached out and shook hands with Li Jing.

"Although I don’t know what secrets are hidden within you, since you’ve asked, I will do everything I can to help you this ti."

While speaking, he began to transfer his Immortal Qi to Li Jing, saying,

"Technically, the strand of Immortal Qi I gave you just now should be enough for you to refine and use; too much might not be good. I noticed earlier that when my Immortal Qi entered your body, it didn’t disappear imdiately. Be careful with this point and let know imdiately if you can’t handle it."

"There’s no problem, I’m quite sturdy, feel free to do your best,"

Li Jing smiled and introspected.

Xiaoyao Zi’s worries were not without basis.

His Immortal Qi did indeed linger in Li Jing’s body for a while.

With an endless stream of Immortal Qi being transferred from Xiaoyao Zi, it indeed put a significant burden on him.

Just in that short ti,

His mortal realm was already suppressed to the Sixteenth Realm.

But this didn’t create much more of an impact on Li Jing.

In fact,

Under the constant imrsion of Immortal Qi, every cell in his body was cheering.

His already extraordinary fleshly body was rapidly improving at an unimaginable speed, a pace so fast it was dumbfounding.

However, compared to the changes his flesh body underwent with the nourishnt of Immortal Qi, Li Jing was more concerned about when his status bar would be satiated.

...

In a blink of an eye.

Half an hour had passed.

The prompt was still yet to arrive.

There were no changes in the variables shown on the status bar.

While Li Jing was quite patient, Xiaoyao Zi’s face was growing increasingly unfavorable.

The Immortal Qi derived from the Immortal rank was inexhaustible , but that didn’t an he, as the "conduit for the Immortal Qi", wouldn’t feel tired!

In a blink of an eye, half an hour had flown by.

The other was like a bottomless pit, absorbing all the Immortal Qi he sent, and not a trace of it reerged afterwards, as if it had sunk into the vast ocean.

When would this end?

Xiaoyao Zi looked at Li Jing, who was once suppressed to the Twelfth Realm due to the continuous infusion of Immortal Qi but had now fully adapted to the influx and was even regaining his peak condition, and he spoke up.

"We should take a break, let rest a bit."

"Hold on for a while longer."

Li Jing replied.

"My intuition tells that victory will arrive soon."

"..."

Xiaoyao Zi.

There was nothing he could do.

He was just forced to keep supplying the Qi.

...

Unknown to them, another half hour had elapsed.

Li Jing had not yet received the anticipated prompt or seen any changes in the status bar, but suddenly, a sense of enlightennt dawned upon him.

With a flicker of sharpness in his eyes, he muttered softly.

"That’s enough."

These unexpected words sounded like music to Xiaoyao Zi’s ears.

If he were at his once full strength,

pitting against Li Jing for few days wouldn’t be an issue.

However, that was not the case.

Most importantly, he had several severe injuries that were difficult to heal, preventing him from recovering to his peak.

After supplying Li Jing with Immortal Qi for almost an hour, Xiaoyao Zi felt utterly drained.

Even though it was just an illusion, the discomfort was real...

Decisively cutting off the Immortal Qi transmission, Xiaoyao Zi wiped the fine sweat off his forehead and took a couple of deep breaths before raising his eyes.

"There seems to be no residual Immortal Qi in your body, are you sure that’s enough?"

"Yes, it’s enough."

Li Jing affird, he walked a few steps to an open area and sat cross-legged.

The next second.

The Golden Lotus in his brow suddenly blood and shone, above his head a giant flower bud with hundreds of ters in diater erged and started to slowly unfold.

Xiaoyao Zi was taken aback when he saw this.

Gathering the Three Flowers was the first step to attain the Immortal rank.

The next step was to make the Three Flowers blossom, resonating with an elusive vacant Immortal position, eventually resulting in one’s Immortality.

Li Jing was now taking the second step.

Now it depended on which grade of Immortal rank resonated with him.

Xiaoyao Zi was experienced in all this.

He understood all these naturally.

However, the image of the Three Flowers above Li Jing’s head was a bit puzzling.

F*ck...

Is this flower bud supposed to be this big?

Normally, the Three Flowers above a person’s head would be at most fist-sized. Only a few monsters had flowers the size of washbasins.

Xiaoyao Zi himself was a monster in the past.

But at this mont, he felt like a joke in comparison.

A monster?

Don’t even ntion it.

The diater of his flower bud was hundreds of ters!

After it fully blossoms, the Three Flowers would probably reach a thousand ters...

This was absurd!

The only consolation for Xiaoyao Zi was that the size of the flower bud did not necessarily determine the grade of the Immortal rank.

It does have an impact.

But limited.

As the phantom bud image above Li Jing’s head gradually blossod, the world gradually dimd.

This was it!

Xiaoyao Zi turned his head to the east.

At the sa ti.

A wisp of Purple Qi quietly appeared in the far east and slowly drifted over.

Purple Qi coming from the east.

This was the initial manifestation of Immortal rank resonance.

The Purple Qi gradually swayed, and it quickly grew from a single strand into a huge cloud.

srized by the sight, Xiaoyao Zi quickly glanced at Li Jing who was in deep ditation.

This kid was indeed extraordinary!

The Purple Qi hadn’t even really co close to the Scattering Blooming Three Flowers yet, but it had already reached such a level.

Looks like this kid was definitely going to beco a Great Luo Golden Immortal.

And not just an ordinary one either.

Among the six grades of the Immortal rank, even the sa grade could have significant differences, with different levels.

Take Xiaoyao Zi himself for example.

The Great Luo Golden Immortal rank he achieved was only on a dium-to-high level.

Not weak, but not too strong either.

The rare part was,

That his Immortal rank corresponded with the Dayan Heavenly Number, which was extrely suitable for his cultivation.

With the Immortal rank corresponding to the Dayan Heavenly Number, after obtaining the Immortal rank, his calculation ability reached a shocking 100% accuracy rate. He even had the ability to predict changes in the world based on the positions of the stars.

The ability to observe the stars was fundantal to his plan in the Universe Great World.

If not for this,

He would not have naively thought that he could "create" a being powerful enough to change the Eternal Divine Kingdom in just a few sches.

After all, that was the ultimate destination for all the powerful beings in all the realms.

In the Eternal Divine Kingdom, Xiaoyao Zi was indeed a figure, but far from being the top.

As it seed now.

Li Jing’s achievent would not be inferior to his.

Faced with such a situation, Xiaoyao Zi couldn’t help but feel a sense of sentint.

It is a pity that Li Jing was supported by the Universe’s Heavenly Taoist, otherwise, he could have cultivated him a bit, this would probably be more reliable than waiting for the "destined person" who didn’t know when they would appear.

When he thought of the "destined person", Xiaoyao Zi felt a pang of distress.

As the chosen one to face the calamities, Ye ngyao was actually the "destined person" he had been waiting for countless years.

But due to a slight mistake in his plan, he was forced to seek help from Li Jing.

In the end, not only did Ye ngyao not get the prophecy that belonged to her, but she was also sent to Chen Tang City to beco manager of a amusent park...

This was killing him! What to do?!

When would the next "destined person" appear?

Giving Li Jing’s cunning, he probably had already foreseen that in his upcoming sche, the "deceased" Cang Tian would be reused. His reincarnation would beco the first stepping stone for the growth of the "destined person" after appearing.

With a sigh of frustration, Xiaoyao Zi looked up again, his pupils involuntarily shrank.

In the blink of an eye.

The entire sky was completely obscured by Purple Qi...

This Purple Qi.

Not only had it far surpassed the him of the past, it was the most exaggerated Purple Qi he had ever seen in his life!

F*ck...

Was this kid going to achieve the legendary Immortal Monarch rank?!

Stunned, Xiaoyao Zi looked back and began to calculate quickly with both hands.

At the sa ti.

The Big Dipper quietly appeared in the sky, and Ziwei, who was at the core, shone with an incredibly dazzling light.

Xiaoyao Zi imdiately pushed out a burst of blood that was more than three ters high.
