The director finally turned around, but his expression in the darkness revealed slight conflict and hesitation.

Ye Zhixia was at Mu Yunchu’s side at this mont and spoke in a voice only the two could hear, "Boss, do you feel any yin energy around here?"

"Yes."

Mu Yunchu looked at him.

Ye Zhixia pressed his lips and nodded heavily several tis, "I can feel it too, and... quite a lot."

During the day, there wasn’t this feeling, but now it genuinely gave him a sense of déjà vu as if he were in ’Ghost Town’.

After all, Ye Zhixia hadn’t been a ghost for long; in terms of power and knowledge, he couldn’t compare to Li Shang, so it’s normal to have such reactions now.

"It’s okay, if anything happens, you should hide first."

Being ghosts, they shouldn’t have too much trouble.

Ye Zhixia didn’t respond, instead, he nervously checked his phone and found the ssage notification interface completely blank before turning the phone over again.

Mu Yunchu, busy watching ahead, didn’t notice his subtle action.

The director called a staff mber familiar with the terrain here, a man in his forties, who walked at the front, wearing a vest and shrinking his neck, timidly.

"Haven’t we reached the place yet?"

As each task has its designated task point.

He only knew he started losing contact with those people after conducting tasks in teams, so he could only follow these subtle clues to find them.

Walking deep into the town, he inexplicably felt anxious, continually asking the staff when they would arrive.

Just as the latter wanted to say they were there, suddenly another scream was heard.

The two imdiately beca flustered, clasping their hands in front of their chest, posing as if facing a huge threat.

"What’s happening? Who? Who’s there?"

"Co out!"

Vaguely, two figures could be seen in the distance. As they slowly approached, the staff unexpectedly relaxed quite a bit.

Squinting, he observed them for a while and said, "Seems like it’s Teacher Qin and them..."

However, Mu Yunchu noticed that even after hearing this, the director didn’t seem to relax at all, still on guard.

Until the light in their hands was bright enough to illuminate the faces before them.

"Why, why are you here?"

Qin Long, seemingly encountering sothing, had ssy hair, a face as pale as paper, and couldn’t even articulate a complete sentence when seeing the director.

After much effort, the opening was a spine-chilling sentence.

"Ghost, ghost, there’s a ghost!"

Imdiately, the recently relaxed mood beca tense again.

"Where? Where?"

Sweeping ceaselessly around with flashlights, afraid of sothing stealthily approaching them unseen, yet even more afraid of actually seeing it.

For a mont, emotions within were exceedingly conflicted.

But it’s better than ’waiting to die’ in the dark, hence the flashlights stayed up for long.

Yet Qin Long stated they didn’t see it.

"Then why say there’s a ghost?" The director was sowhat angry.

"We heard sounds." The female artist interjected, her face still carrying the recent fear, "And it’s not entirely unseen, we did see the ghostly shadow."

Upon hearing the opera song, they held onto so optimism, thinking it might be an effect fabricated by the crew, for the photographer is still here, and the director can see footage from within at any ti, preventing issues from arising.

Taking two steps forward towards the sound, they saw the legendary stage.

Not a soul was upon it, yet the sound was truly emanating from inside.

"Just as we were intending to leave, we vaguely saw a shadow reflecting on the wall, hovering in mid-air..."

And then they fled frantically.

Director: "..."

He didn’t speak, but his expression clearly wasn’t good.

The staff, seeming unable to comprehend, comnted, "That’s odd, we didn’t arrange for anyone to scare you there."

Given it’s not human, what they saw already spoke volus.

After a few seconds of silence, the director added, "Let’s first search for others; gathering together might boost safety."

Clearly, the female artist dreaded proceeding further, but since others didn’t object, not tagging along required returning alone.

That was definitely impossible.

So, she gritted her teeth and followed.

Keeping closely behind the two gentlen seed the only way to garner so security.

After a while, she noticed Mu Yunchu’s presence and seed displeased, "How co an outsider followed too?"

"Director, since when did the crew beco so lax?"

Perhaps due to the increased number of people and no further odd events, her fear subsided sowhat.

Already disliking Mu Yunchu, spotting her here altogether fueled her displeasure.

Her utterance was critical.

Yet, unfortunately, under current circumstances, none paid any attention to her.

And the targeted party, while passing that stage, glanced at it several tis.

Frowning slightly, a trace of doubt flickered in the eyes.

But said nothing, rely trailing at the back.

Seeing her seeming leisurely as if strolling in her own backyard, the female artist grew disgruntled.

"I tell you, better stick tightly to the group, else if separated, no one will care!"

Then she muttered, "Really no idea why Jiang Ci likes soone who looks ready to collapse with a breeze."

She intended to continue speaking, but wasn’t given the chance.

For the only three n ahead, seed suddenly spotting sothing, dashed forward uncaringly.

"Where are you going?"

She ran forward a step and, observing Mu Yunchu still behind unhurried, said indignantly, "Why standing around, quickly catch up!"

"I certainly don’t want to be alone with you lot!"

Once she caught up, realization dawned that the trio was bending over, reaching arms, seemingly striving to pull sothing.

Upon a closer look, there was a person in the river!

From the distance, erged sounds of them planning to exert force simultaneously, whilst she stood rooted.

When Mu Yunchu approached, her murmuring was audible.

"It’s appeared, that legendary water ghost erged..."

No rational person would just fall into the water like this, isn’t it water ghost mischief?

When others managed rescuing the individual, it’s as though they were aware things were veering off course.

"Wait, where’s Jiang Ci and the others? Did anyone see them?"

Everyone shook their heads.

Embracing silence.

That female artist, however, seed to recall sothing, "Could it be, they’re in the house with the ancient well?"
