Capítulo 759: Chapter 67: Invasion!

And under the annihilation of countless tentacles, the idol beca increasingly powerful.

The energy obtained from the tentacles devouring and fighting each other was entirely transford into an offering, pouring into the idol.

Thus, the idol was no longer asleep, and slowly opened its pupil-less eyes, gazing at the world with an extrely bizarre posture.

Under this godless gaze, everyone lowered their heads in unison.

The Heavenly Voice Obedience had been activated, and the Prison Director had no ti to think about anything else as he said solemnly, “Begin.”

The na had to be offered.

He watched the leading Guardian stand under the Heavenly Voice Obedience, trying hard to open his arms as if to sacrifice himself.

“Please listen! Please judge! Please obliterate!”

He heard the Guardian shouting.

And the idol received this request, slowly opening its mouth.

The mouth opened wider and wider, and then a withered giant hand reached out from it.

Under that giant hand, a silent pressure surged into everyone’s hearts, wishing they could bury their heads into the ground.

Even the Prison Director could not help but lower his head.

No matter what Isaiah’s purpose was, at this point, everything was irreversible.

He thought this way.

Then, he heard the leading Guardian shout loudly.

“The target for your obliteration is…”

“Sinde!”

…Sinde?!

This familiar yet unfamiliar na made the Prison Director stunned for a mont.

This is… his na!

How could this be?!

The Prison Director suddenly raised his head, staring intently at the Guardian who had spoken his na.

Then he realized, that was not his leading Guardian, but another familiar face—Carter.

The Prison Director saw Carter smiling at him, with an extrely feminine allure in the smile.

…Diana?!!

How could it be Diana?!

The imnse shock hit the Prison Director’s heart, but he no longer had ti to figure it all out.

Because that withered giant hand had already pointed at him.

He opened his mouth but had no ti to say anything, as his soul and body turned to ashes, scattered by the wind.

He, the Abyss Prison Prison Director Sinde.

Was obliterated by the gods.

The Prison Director suddenly opened his eyes, the familiar ceiling in view.

“You’re awake, old buddy.” A familiar voice, familiar words.

The Prison Director turned his head and saw a familiar corpse smiling at him.

“Ruer, why are you…” he instinctively began, but the words were only half-spoken.

It seed like he had already said this sentence before.

“You’re the one who called here.” Ruer said with a smile, “Forgotten?”

The Prison Director was silent for a mont before slowly speaking, “It seems I had a nightmare.”

“A nightmare?” Ruer’s expression did not change, but the tone was surprised, “Can you still have nightmares now?”

“I can’t understand it either.”

“What dream did you have?”

“I… can’t rember.” The Prison Director said painfully, “I only know it wasn’t a good dream… you’re an expert in this, do you know what’s going on?”

“I can only assu there was a problem with the summoning.” Ruer said, “But theoretically, since you and I are already dead, it shouldn’t…”

Before Ruer finished speaking, urgent footsteps ca rushing from outside the room.

When the Prison Director looked up and saw the person coming, he felt a tugging feeling in his non-existent heart.

“Prison Director! The Abyss Prison has been invaded by the Star Relic! The Ice Curse Divine Stele has been broken!”

Carter shouted.

“Please imdiately activate the Heavenly Voice Obedience!”

Abyss Prison.

Diana watched the gradually setting sun, silently calculating the ti in her heart.

The ti was almost up.

It wouldn’t be long before her plan began.

Diana gently closed her eyes, clearly feeling her heart beating like a pounding battle drum.

She felt uneasy.

“How is it going on the Prison Director’s side?” Diana inquired in her mind.

“Reporting to my master, everything is normal.” Carter’s voice answered in her mind with neither humility nor arrogance, “The Prison Director has stayed in his quarters all along, never leaving.”

“Is he alone?”

“Yes, he is alone,” Carter said, “He only had a brief conversation with the Netherworld’s Envoy Ruer last night; other tis he was alone.”

“What about the Netherworld’s Envoy?”

“They have already left,” Carter replied. “Now in the camp, only the Guardians are present; all the Church delegations have already departed.”

Diana nodded slightly.

For now, everything indeed seed normal.

The Prison Director was like this when he was in the Abyss Prison, never socializing with people, locking himself alone in his residence most of the ti, sotis not showing up for over ten years unless under special circumstances, as if he were dead.

If it weren’t for this event, the Contractors throughout the ages would only have had two opportunities to et the Prison Director in their lifeti: once to receive the finger and beco a Contractor, and another ti to return the finger and cease to be a Contractor—after all, the Prison Director needed to know who the Contractors were throughout the ages.

So it was perfectly normal for the Prison Director to lock himself alone in his residence and not see anyone now.

But… why?

Diana still had a strong sense of unease in her heart.

She felt sothing was wrong, felt that things were unfolding too smoothly.

So smoothly, it seed eerie.

It was as if she was not the one arranging everything, but rather the one being arranged. Another invisible great hand was controlling everything, yet she couldn’t find a trace of evidence.

Why exactly was this?

Just then, a thunderous roar interrupted Diana’s thoughts.

Feeling the violent tremors underfoot, Diana’s first reaction was that the Servants had already started to move.

Hmm, indeed the ti had co.

Diana took a deep breath and made a suitable expression to face the Guardians who rushed out in full force due to the violent tremor below.

At this point, there was no turning back.

Diana thought as much.

But she still felt… sothing wasn’t right.

Urgent footsteps sounded, and Diana saw the on-duty Guardian rushing towards her with panic written all over his face.

“Contractor! The Storm God Stele has been destroyed!”

Diana tily showed a surprised expression: “The Sleeping God Stele was… what?”

After a brief mont of stupor, her feigned surprise turned into genuine astonishnt.

“Which Stele did you say?!”

“The Storm God Stele!”

How could it be the Storm God Stele?!

… Was it Isaiah?! Was Isaiah really here?!

Before Diana could figure it out, another Guardian rushed in.

“Contractor! The Microsleep Divine Stele has also been destroyed!”

… Damn it! The timing was too coincidental; there was no ti to make them withdraw!

This ti, two Divine Steles were lost directly, this…

“Contractor!” Yet another Guardian, “The Golden God Stele has also been damaged!”

Diana was in utter shock.

The Golden God Stele!? The one made by Rhein?!

Why was this too?!

What gives Isaiah the power to destroy two Divine Steles in succession?!

Diana couldn’t make sense of the situation.

But it wasn’t over yet, for soon she saw the fourth summoning Guardian.

“Contractor, we’ve lost contact with the Microsleep Divine Stele.”

Diana no longer knew what expression to show; she was sowhat numb.

Ever since she acquired this ring finger, she had always been the one controlling and dominating others.

But now…

Another roar ca, descending from the heavens.

Diana lifted her head.

What was ant to be the evening sky was now as black as ink, with only the myriad stars visible.

Beneath those countless stars, Diana felt a profound sense of powerlessness.

“Contractor! We’ve lost contact with the Prison Director!”

This was the last report.

At this ti, Diana’s face was full of bitterness.

Was this Isaiah’s doing? Four Divine Steles destroyed simultaneously, the Abyss Prison shrouded into an isolated island by the Star Secret Technique.

This was the number one person under the divine.

Diana actually thought she was the hunter, but in comparison to Isaiah, she was rely a weak prey.

But… it wasn’t over yet.

Diana lightly touched her ring finger, a hint of coldness flashing in her eyes.

Your secret technique cannot isolate my Rule.

…..

Carter dashed into the Prison Director’s residence.

“Prison Director, the Abyss Prison has been invaded by a Star Relic! Four Divine Steles have been broken!”

He shouted towards the imnse silhouette in slumber.

“Please imdiately activate the Heavenly Sound Obedience.”

And thus, those abyss-like red eyes slowly opened.
