The person who ca was Penny Carter, a colleague from the company. She was wearing pajamas, her hair casually tied, with a furious expression on her face, looking like a madwoman.
This area was crowded, and quite a few onlookers had already gathered.
Besides Penny Carter, there were a few n dressed like thugs, probably her called reinforcents.
Elara found it strange; Andrew Chambers and Penny Carter were not close in the company. She’d only seen Penny Carter co out of Andrew Chambers’s office with red eyes once, thinking she’d confessed and failed. But now, seeing Penny’s stance of catching an affair, could it be... their relationship has so hidden facets?
Andrew Chambers’s expression changed when he saw Penny Carter. He imdiately rushed over, grabbed her wrist, snatched the brick, and threw it aside, "What are you doing here causing trouble? I told you, I’m not interested in you. Can you stay away from !"
Penny Carter’s eyes were red, wiping away tears, she cried, "Andrew Chambers, you unfaithful scumbag, how could you treat like this? What did you say when you pursued ? You said you’d be good to for a lifeti! Now you fancy Elara Hale, and the things you said before don’t count, do they?"
Andrew Chambers wished he could cover her mouth, whispering angrily, "Can we talk about this another day? Go back for now!"

Did you ever think of today’s consequences when you tricked into bed? When you told to abort the baby, did you consider today? Elara, see this? Andrew Chambers hurriedly looked at Elara Hale, explaining, "Elara, listen to , it’s not what she said..."

Elara Hale didn’t know who else to ask for help, hesitated for a mont, and then called Zion Fitzwilliam, "Hello, Zion, could you co over? There’s a bit of trouble here..."
On the other end, Zion Fitzwilliam was already lying down but imdiately got out of bed upon hearing this, dressing quickly, "Okay, I’m coming over. What’s going on? Do I need to bring anyone?"
Elara Hale was just about to respond when suddenly soone unknown picked up a tal chair and harshly hit her back!
Elara Hale cried out in pain, "Ah!"
The phone in her hand also fell to the ground.
On the other end, Zion Fitzwilliam’s heart sank, urgently calling, "Elara? Elara? Are you okay? What’s going on? Elara?"
Receiving no response, his face fell, and he called Assistant Harris, "Bring a few bodyguards, co with sowhere."
On the other side, Elara Hale fell to the ground. Zara Dalton and Esther Carter heard the commotion and hurriedly ran over, no longer dealing with those guys, anxiously asking, "Elara, are you okay?"
Elara Hale, grimacing in pain, shook her head, "I’m fine..."
Andrew Chambers saw this and rushed at Penny Carter, his voice exceptionally severe, "Haven’t you had enough? Does soone have to die today for you to be happy?"
Penny Carter, yelled by him, started crying, biting her lip and harshly glaring at Elara Hale before leaving with her people.
Andrew Chambers hurriedly ca over, setting the table and chairs back up, first finding the boss to compensate for the losses, then ca to Elara Hale, saying remorsefully, "Elara, I’m sorry..."
Elara Hale, supported by Zara Dalton and Esther Carter, sat on a chair, her back burning with pain, she was unable to speak and just waved at Andrew Chambers, indicating for him to leave.
Yet, Andrew Chambers thought she was comforting him, ashad even more so, "It’s all my fault, Penny Carter has been pursuing for a long ti, and I never agreed to her. Out of resentnt, she said she would ruin . I didn’t expect her to be so drastic today, just because she saw the two of us having dinner together..."
Beside them, Esther Carter glanced at him.
This guy, is he trying to fool a three-year-old? Penny Carter is a girl, normally, unless she truly felt wronged, would she use sothing like abortion to fra a guy?
Actually, Elara Hale thought the sa way; what Penny Carter did today was certainly excessive, but Andrew Chambers was definitely not innocent.
So now, what Andrew Chambers said was like a joke to the three of them.
Yet, Andrew Chambers didn’t see it that way. He continued to play the pitiful man.
"Actually, I did like Penny Carter initially. At that ti, I admired her for her drive, but when she first joined the company, her standards were too high, she didn’t even consider . She said she was going to be a chairman’s wife soday... Heh, later she had ambiguous relationships with many n in the company, even once..."

Before he could speak, Esther Carter fired back repeatedly, "The girl liked you, she didn’t seem to say anything bad about you? Yet, you’re here spinning yellow rumors, slut-shaming her, what’s wrong, do people owe you anything? The first to self-cuckold in the new age, I’ve seen it all today!"
Andrew Chambers was dumbfounded by her scolding, instinctively looking at Elara Hale, "Elara..."
Elara Hale shook her head, straightforwardly saying, "Supervisor Chambers, I’m already married, and it’s my second marriage, I don’t like you, so don’t waste any effort in the future."
This statent was exceptionally blunt, Andrew Chambers first appeared shocked, then his expression turned sowhat unpleasant, yet he maintained his gentlemanly deanor, "I’ll be going, Elara, let’s talk tomorrow at the company."
After speaking, he stood and turned to leave, staggering slightly, appearing deeply affected.
Esther Carter spat towards his retreating figure, "What a joke! Under the eyebrows lie two balls, they only blink but can’t see! You think you’re worthy?"
Across the street, a rose-pink Panara quietly parked.
Haylie Somrs nudged Rosalind Jacobs’s arm, "Now do you believe it? That guy is really friends with Elara Hale."
