Chapter 451 Test Results
Isabella greeted Richard with a gentle hug as soon as she opened the door to his office. A slight seriousness appeared on Maxwell's face as he began speaking with Richard about Isaac.
After that, Isaac, Marvin, and Luna entered.
Richard's eyes almost bulged as he saw Isaac, "Isaac?!"
"Good morning." Isaac smiled and was imdiately seated on a chair. A series of tests were conducted by Richard, still asking what had happened.
Isaac circled around bushes, saying he didn't know, and everyone except Luna seed to believe him.
Luna already knew what had happened inside Isaac. She heard about God Illness from Morpheus and was shocked that her boyfriend also had an illness as serious as hers. That made her feel closer to him because both had deadly illnesses.
After half an hour, Richard had the test results and went through them all. His facial expressions went from shock to awe and finally disbelief.
"Is everything alright?" Isabella asked while holding Isaac's hand.
Richard turned around in his chair and locked his fingers, "His muscle density is at least five tis higher than before. His vitality is also frighteningly high. His cells behave strangely within him, so it was hard to tell without more testing."
"The explosive rise of 10 cm was also sowhat puzzling. An x-ray may explain it better, but I did not take one. Perhaps, Isaac should visit the hospital next week.''
"For now, I am certain he is healthier than ever before."
"What caused this?" Isabella asked worriedly.
"I honestly have no idea." Richard shook his head, and since he started his dical profession, he had never encountered an incident like this.
"Is it dangerous?"
"As far as I can see, Isaac is healthy, very healthy. His vitality is at a crazy level, and looking at the test results—I don't think he would even get a fever."
Isabella sighed in relief.
"Can you check mine?" Luna then spoke next to Isaac. She still felt slightly nervous, but now was the best ti to check whether her illness was truly gone.
Isabella and Maxwell looked sadly at her and knew about her terrifying illness.
"Alright." Richard nodded and did the sa tests.
After half an hour of waiting, Richard sprung to his feet with clear shock.
"I-It's not possible…"
"What is it?" Isabella asked in a hurry. She thought that sothing bad had happened.
Luna's fingers clenched tightly as she stared nervously ahead.
Isaac rapped his finger against his thigh.
"Luna's… Winter Illness is gone!" Richard held his face with disbelief. He had tried to find ways to cure the illness for years but failed. With a far-fetched theory, he tried to find a cure from White Online and had close to finding out where Fountain of Life was.
Isabella, Maxwell, and Marvin looked shocked. They asked questions and couldn't believe it!
Since the dawn of ti, no one had survived the deadly Winter Illness!
Luna smiled softly and held her chest, feeling the pounding heart.
"First Isaac, then Luna…" Maxwell murmured.
Richard re-checked the tests while Isabella stood next to him. Then, he concluded and chuckled.
"The illness is truly gone like it was never there. Luna also has levels of vitality equal to Isaac. She might even survive a car crash with a few minor scratches… This is insane."
"But, is everything alright?" Isabella asked.
"Yes, everything is perfect." Richard spun around and handed several papers to Luna, "Show these to your parents. It will show the test results."
"Thanks." Luna accepted the papers with a smile. She turned to look at Isaac with a bright smile.
Isaac nodded at her, and they left the hospital room with beating hearts.
Isabella, Marvin, and Maxwell still stayed behind. They checked Isaac's test results and couldn't believe their eyes.
After Isaac and Luna returned to the King Suite, they packed their things and t up with others in the hallway.
Isabella was still unsure whether Isaac should leave. He woke up from a coma only yesterday. However, Isaac managed to convince her that he was in perfect health.
Isaac didn't want to stay Christmas Eve in the hospital.
They left the hospital and entered Maxwell's car. Soon, the engine roared, and they began driving on the smooth roads.
Isabella turned her head halfway over and asked, "Luna, do you want us to take you to your ho?"
"No thanks. I plan to spend Christmas Eve with Isaac." Luna replied with a smile while holding Isaac's hand. She curiously looked out of the window at the Christmas decorations.
Soon, the car reached the neighborhood, and Maxwell carefully turned the steering wheel as they entered the yard of Whitelock Residence.
Once the engine died, they left the car and entered the mansion.
Instantly, Alice, Sophia, and Mark ca from the living room. They were shocked that Isaac had left the hospital so early and was even more shocked to see him in the flesh!
"What?!" Alice and Sophia shouted in unison. Their bright eyes showed a reflection of tall Isaac.
Mark's mouth was wide open, "T-Tall…"
"What happened?" Alice asked her mother.
Isabella shrugged her shoulders and shook her head. She also wanted to know, but it was almost impossible to know.
"Alright, the questions can wait for tonight." Maxwell managed to end the questions and cleared up the room. Everyone went to the living room or kitchen. There was a scent of Christmas food wafting across the mansion.
Isaac and Luna went straight toward his room.
"Ah…" Isaac plopped down on the bed with an exhausted look. He dropped the bag to the ground and enjoyed the soft bed underneath him.
Luna smiled and looked around the room with a curious gaze. It was her first ti visiting his room, and she was surprised by how luxurious it was.
"Want to take a shower?" Suddenly, Isaac raised his head and asked.
Luna's cheeks imdiately changed colors to pink, "W-W-What…"
"The clothes feel quite unpleasant because of all that… Sweating, so I thought of taking a shower. Want to co?" Isaac took off his shirt and walked toward the bathroom. After opening the door, he turned to look at Luna.
Luna shyly bit her lip and nodded. She walked past Isaac, gave a quick peck on his cheek, and entered the bathroom amid a giggle.
Isaac took off his clothes and entered the shower.
For the next half an hour, there was the sound of water pouring against the tiled floor, and as the door opened, Isaac, and Luna left the room with towels hugging their bodies, and cheeks dyed pink.
