Anna was not pleased.

Because this group of people had ruined her good ti.

Ashu felt the sa way.

He had waited for them the entire evening and they hadn’t shown up. But just when night fell and he was about to get down to business, they suddenly appeared.

"Ashu, there are ninety-nine of them. The highest-level one is an Archmage—just a bit weaker than the guy from this afternoon. There are twenty cultivators; the rest are all mortals."

With her Tier Twelve spiritual perception, Anna was like an all-seeing eye. Every movent fell squarely within her field of view.

Ashu wasn’t alard when he heard this. In fact, he calmly reached from behind and placed both hands on Anna’s breasts.

Anna let out a soft moan from her throat but didn’t stop him. She rely said, "Should we hand this over to the Kyle family?"

The Kyle family controlled both the city guards and the law enforcers, but they lacked wide-range sensory capabilities.

A single notification would be enough for them to respond as a matter of duty.

But Ashu opted to ramp up the intensity.

He was no longer satisfied with touching through her clothes; his hands slipped inside them.

"Sa rules as always, Anna. You help aim."

"But this ti there are ninety-nine of them."

"Then let’s try all ninety-nine."

As he spoke,

Ashu used his foot to push open the attic window, and a gust of cool wind blew in.

Then, as he began to channel Thundering Surge, he leaned in to kiss Anna from behind.

Thundering Surge harnessed the power of natural lightning. In the church’s main hall below, the confined space had limited it to flashes on the do.

But here, the lightning would streak openly across the sky!

BOOOOM-CRACK—

Dark clouds shrouded the starlight. Bolts of lightning flashed and howled within the clouds.

A natural phenonon like this wouldn’t typically draw special attention.

But with the second, third, and fourth thunderclaps—growing ever more frequent—the thunder and lightning sent the townsfolk scrambling to bolt their doors and windows.

Such a massive thunderstorm had never before appeared in the history of Riven Town.

Ashu kissed the nape of Anna’s neck. "You don’t have to hold back your voice anymore, Anna."

Hearing that, Anna completely let herself go. The thunder drowned out her cries of ecstasy. In fact, spurred on by the storm, she deliberately raised her voice.

Ashu felt a jolt run through him, and without hesitation, entered her from behind.

"Ashu... you... you’re incredible. Just one look at , and you’ve already grasped an even more powerful lightning Magic..."

Anna’s deep blue eyes were hazy with lust as she gazed out at the flickering lightning.

As a retired witch, she wasn’t the least bit frightened by a thunderstorm.

"Start aiming, Anna." Ashu smiled faintly as he initiated the "Magical Essence hand-over-hand targeting technique."

When Anna extended her Magical Essence guidance point, his Magical Essence climbed right onto it. Her Essence acted like a rocket booster, precisely guiding his toward its targets.

Originally, the enemy infiltration team had a hundred mbers. But Vikrant had chosen to flee at the last mont, leaving only ninety-nine behind.

And Ashu’s Thundering Surge, charged to its maximum, unleashed exactly ninety-nine Thunderbolts.

BOOOOOOMMMM—!

BOOOM!

The dense thunderclaps pounded like war drums, making babies in Riven Town wail in fright and shaking even the hearts of many grown n.

Ashu moved in rhythm with the thunder, quickly locking onto the ninety-nine targets in the dark.

They hadn’t even reached the front steps of the church.

Suddenly.

A flash of Thunderbolt tore through the veil of night, splitting into ninety-nine streaks, striking the ninety-nine who had co courting death—so fast, it was impossible to react.

"Shit! This isn’t weather—this is Magic!"

"Damn it, Vikrant lied to us!"

"This kind of Magic... it would take a Magister at least to cast, right?!"

As the lightning bore down, countless thoughts raced through their minds.

All the mortal soldiers were instantly struck down, smoke rising from their scorched bodies as they collapsed on the spot.

Even a dozen or so lower-level cultivators couldn’t withstand the force—they died imdiately.

Only a handful of lucky ones, and the highest-ranking cultivator among them, barely clung to life.

But even those who survived looked utterly wretched.

Their skin was covered in severe burns, streaked with jagged lightning scars across their bodies.

"Leia!" Ashu called out, turning toward the stairwell.

Leia, who had been secretly mimicking human behavior, imdiately straightened up. "Here! I’m here!"

"I know you’re here," Ashu sighed, exasperated. "Go tie those guys up and drag them into the basent. Use vines to pierce through their Achilles tendons. Make sure no one runs off."

Ashu had more than enough thods at his disposal.

Anna tensed up instantly and asked, "Why bring them back? Just leave them dead in the street—let the stray dogs clean up."

"Their legion still has strength left. These ones know the direction they were moving in," Ashu replied.

Only then did Anna understand—Ashu never planned to spare them. He intended to wipe them all out.

If it were her at full strength, she’d do the sa. The only reason Ashu hadn’t finished them off imdiately was because his power wasn’t fully restored yet.

From the attic window, the two looked down.

Leia snuck out of the side door of the church, looking every bit like a guilty thief. As she ran, countless vines extended from her arms.

The injured cultivators were in too much pain to defend themselves—far too distracted to even register the presence of a Forest Elf.

None of them could understand why a Forest Elf would be in a noisy, urban town like this one.

Only when the sharp vines pierced their tendons, wrapping around their legs and lifting them off the ground, did they realize how bad things really were.

Everyone still breathing was strung together and dragged in the sa direction—toward the church.

Only then did they realize how utterly detestable Vikrant truly was. Not only had he abandoned them mid-operation, he’d also hidden the real power of the Holy Cultivator Guild’s Riven branch.

It was obvious now.

That terrifying lightning Magic had co from the church—and so had the Forest Elf.

Vikrant hadn’t said a word about either of them.

"Damn it! Damn it, damn it! Vikrant must’ve set up Lord Shaan to die—he’s trying to seize power!"

"That bastard! I curse him—may every one of his sches be exposed!"

"Lord Shaan, I’m coming to find you!"

"Commander, to die on the road to saving you is the highest honor of my life!"

Dragged along the ground, several of them began leaving their last words, having fully accepted their imminent deaths.

But.

Leia didn’t give them the chance to take their own lives. She sealed off all their movents with an overwhelming number of vines—even stuffed their mouths full, just in case they tried to bite their tongues.

Working quickly, she dragged them all into the basent. They could only stare helplessly.

As they gazed up at the ceiling—crafted from the Gem of Deceit—they felt, for so strange reason, a fleeting sense of coming ho.

These were all local specialties from their holand.

Leia didn’t give them much ti to appreciate the view. She used vines to lift them up one by one, then bound them to the beams in the basent.

At that mont.

Up in the attic, at the top of the church.

Ashu didn’t stop the lightning; he rely reduced its scale.

Tonight, Anna was especially enthusiastic. Her body felt even more flexible, and the bishop’s long robe, which had been spread out on the floor, was completely soaked through.

After half an hour of Thunderbolts raging over Riven Town, Ashu finally reached his peak with the last thunderclap.

"Anna, let carry you back to rest."

The bishop had his own room, and naturally, Anna shared it.

"I... I want to stay here a little longer..."

"Well, the thunder over Riven Town will last all night then."

"I’ll keep it quiet."

"Alright. You rest for now, I’ll be right back."

Anna didn’t need a cooldown, but Ashu did. Even with skills that helped him recover stamina, fighting nonstop every day was starting to take its toll.

Ashu put on his clothes and quickly descended to the basent.

Leia was observing the captives. Those who had been struck by lightning were very different from the trees that had been hit.

Even without spiritual perception, Ashu could tell the strength of each individual just by the severity of their injuries.

The weak were severely wounded, while the strong had lighter injuries.

Soon enough,

he found the one Anna had ntioned—the strongest among them, an Archmage. Both of her Achilles tendons had been pierced, and her body was covered in dark green vines. Even the palms of her hands had been pierced by them.

"Loosen this a bit," Ashu pointed to Leia.

She blinked and retracted the vines slightly.

With that, Ashu could get a clearer view of the captives.

The combination of lightning strikes and vine punctures had shredded their clothes.

Ashu stared at the scars on the strongest invader’s body and was taken aback, realizing the most powerful of them was actually a woman.

It was a pity she wasn’t much to look at.

"You... are you Bishop?" she gritted her teeth, enduring the pain and stubbornly refusing to beg.

"I am... Bishop," Ashu responded with the sa cadence.

She imdiately sensed the mocking tone in his voice, and fury rose within her. "I won’t tell you anything! Co interrogate , co hurt !"

"Hehe."

Ashu chuckled without a word and reached out to pat her shoulder. With each touch, he activated 「Outburst of Lust」.

This was a gift from the Cidi God, granted when one’s CidiEvil Power reached a sufficient level.

He patted her four tis in succession, and the woman’s body instantly convulsed violently.

It wasn’t re pain—it was agony intertwined with ecstasy. No one could endure multiple Lustful Climaxes within seconds without their composure crumbling.

Her eyes rolled back, and she nearly collapsed from sudden shock.

Ashu withdrew his hand just in ti before asking, "Well?"

"Y-you... what did you do to !" the female soldier stamred, her voice trembling with humiliation and rage. "This... this isn’t a power you should possess! This is Evil Power!"

"Correct," Ashu replied coolly. "I am also a Bishop of the Cidi God. If you consider joining the Cidi Sect, I might spare you—and your comrades, of course."

At his words, a flicker of desperate hope lit in the eyes of her fellow soldiers.

But the woman snarled, "Kill !! I will never betray my honor!!"

"Very well."

Ashu abandoned restraint, placing his hand firmly on her shoulder and unleashing an unrelenting barrage of Lustful Climaxes.

At the sa ti...

He sensed it—his CidiEvil Power was gradually increasing in tandem.

So... this was how one could grind CidiEvil Power?
