Capítulo 1629: Chapter 312: The 7th Great Sin Beast (Part 2)

This is a very straightforward, yet sowhat troubleso Celestial Marshal. It’s simple because it doesn’t have any particularly complex chanisms, generally just “dodge what cos out, and attack what cos out”.

The trouble lies in its immunity to the vast majority of damage.

Every four attacks, the Geotric Celestial Marshal randomly changes color, only taking 44% of physical damage and damage of light and dark attributes, and it can only take double damage from elents it is weak to following the wind → earth → water → fire → wind weakness cycle. Except for the spells it is weak to, all other types of elental damage are immune to the Geotric Celestial Marshal, and attacks of the sa color and type are instead absorbed fourfold to heal it.

And its frenzy chanism is that if it absorbs enough of the sa type of elent, it will trigger a considerable threat of full-party damage—the thresholds are when it recovers 1/64, 1/32, 1/16, and 1/8 of its total health. The first three tis require significant damage reduction to survive, and the fourth ti forces a party wipe.

Therefore, the safest strategy is for the entire team to rely solely on physical attacks and light and dark attribute spell damage, slowly wearing it down with no elental spells at all, which basically makes it not difficult.

If you really play by the chanics, then one mont of distraction hitting the wrong target is truly hypertension-inducing.

—Although Aiwass doesn’t quite recall the plot, from its inability to absorb elents of light and dark attributes, that Geotric Celestial Marshal seems incomplete.

At the very least, it doesn’t have an aether attribute form. Otherwise, it should be able to switch to a dodecahedron form that absorbs light and dark attributes.

“…Is this the true regular dodecahedron?”

Aiwass pondered.

Regular dodecahedron… In Plato’s theory, it represents Aether.

“Ether elent” is actually a sowhat new theory, and spells born from this theory are called ether magic.

This world is composed of six major elents: wind, earth, water, fire, light, and dark.

However, whether it’s the Geotric Celestial Marshal or the “Endless Knot Ai Shiping” Aiwass encountered during the ascension ritual, the elents they can control are only the four major elents of wind, earth, water, and fire.

Light and dark elents cannot be explained by the four-elent theory. The four elents can transform and restrain each other, but light and dark transform and restrain each other without participating in the four-elent system.

From an alchemical perspective, light is just a part of fire. Thus, a new theory in the modern elental spell system was created—that both light and dark are forms of “Aether”.

Aether is a special spiritual particle that can transform between polar states; it can change into light and dark attributes, like a diode. When it cos into contact with other ether particles, it exchanges the energy it carries, imdiately shifting to another state. In a natural state, light and dark elents constantly exchange to achieve macroscopic equilibrium.

Thus, “filth evil” type of damage can corrupt the originally pure and holy existence, while “holy” type of damage can purify existences like undead and curses. Because these two elents negate and transform into each other.

This is the legacy left by Plato’s “Naless Tower”. That’s why elves are so adept at using ether magic. So of the ancient techniques used by elves are rune magic, and others belong to ether magic.

When Aiwass first learned advanced divine arts, he thought the elves planned to teach him this. The Primordial side referred to it as “Tai Chi Technique”, but the principle was the sa.

And those ancient machines of the elves are basically driven by ether magic—the ether elent that can change state instantly is the best kind of logic switch.

This is also why the Geotric Celestial Marshal scattered the four elents into the Material Realm while holding the “Ethereal Regular Dodecahedron”…

Essentially, the Geotric Celestial Marshal is a large computer, and its core driving logic cos from ether magic.

—If the Defiant Fla Butterfly cannot use this Celestial Marshal Shard, then why did Plato specifically leave this Shard to Aiwass?

At this mont, Aiwass suddenly realized—

Currently, the Knight Celestial Marshal and the Silver-Crowned Dragon in the Dream Realm are still fighting the Red Calamity.

Which ans, the Celestial Marshal of the War Path hasn’t fallen yet.

So, the Geotric Celestial Marshal and Grey Celestial Marshal, plus the Fallen Celestial Marshal, Blood Celestial Marshal, and Fla Celestial Marshal—that makes only five, why does the Hourglass claim six Celestial Marshals have already died?

Could it be that the Great Abyss is among them?

But Aiwass hadn’t heard a death announcent for the Abyssal Celestial Envoy… He was sure he hadn’t missed the Hourglass’s proclamation and hadn’t lost consciousness in between.

—Then there can only be one answer.

The energy of the Abyssal Celestial Envoy has been released to the Material Realm, impacting the Balance Curtain… but it hasn’t completely died!

Although Aiwass has transford the remnants of the Abyssal Celestial Envoy’s soul into a Sin Thorn, feeding it to his own soul as nourishnt; despite the Heavenly Power the Abyssal Celestial Envoy held has been released to the Material Realm, boosting the energy level of the Path of Dusk; even though the Abyssal Celestial Envoy’s whale head and tentacles have been completely shattered…

…It still has a breath!

The giant body Aiwass uses still holds life!

Or rather, this is to allow Aiwass to continue existing.

Aiwass’s sacrifice was too absolute; the Abyssal Celestial Envoy couldn’t successfully resurrect Aiwass. This giant body, a headless forbidden body, is rely a vessel “temporarily storing” Aiwass’s soul.

Aiwass still needs to use the power of the “Forbidden” to rebuild his body once more!

What material should be used?

The Geotric Celestial Marshal provided the answer.

“How could I forget…”

Aiwass sighed, understanding the critical point.

—This Celestial Marshal Shard is for Aiwass to reconstruct his body by the Geotric Celestial Marshal.

[Yin-Yang Harmony (Gold): When your Path is in a state of equilibrium, all your Mana Pools beco Colorless Magic Pools; the Colorless Magic Pool is the sum of all your paired and opposing color mana. When your Mana Pool is a Colorless Magic Pool, any action that consus mana can be enhanced with an additional cost of 1/2/3/4/5 tis for various gains.]

This was a Path trait Aiwass had obtained before.

It freed Aiwass from the constraints of mana pool attributes, while also binding him to maintain Path equilibrium, providing Aiwass with the simplest ans to raise priority… This was one of Aiwass’s most commonly used Path traits.

However, it also has a key point, which is its na.

It heralds that Aiwass’s soul has achieved equilibrium in Yin-Yang Harmony.

Therefore, rely relying on the power of the Taboo Path is insufficient to rebuild Aiwass’s body!

—Then, how should Aiwass be reborn from a state without a body?

Upon thinking of this.

In the giant’s hand appeared a Sigil Card that Aiwass had never used before:

The card depicted Aiwass in a white robe, holding an open Book of Law, with a blue Mystic Array hovering behind him.

When the card was activated and floated, rotating in the air, its attributes beca apparent to Aiwass, as the azure Mystic Array in the image turned crimson, with crimson electric currents beginning to flow, even blowing the hood of the white robe upwards—

[Great Sin: Moriarty (The Star)]

[True Position: Aiwass]

[Effect: Seal the weakened Phantom Demon into the Tarot Card and give a command]

[Chanting, Enchantnt, Summoning, Continuous Effect]

[Effect: Transform oneself into the Arrogant Beast Moriarty, Moriarty is considered a summoned creature; this effect can only be used when all six-attribute Great Sin Beasts are on cooldown]

This is a fact that even Aiwass had long forgotten—

—There are actually seven Great Sin Beasts.
