Chapter 1124: Chapter 451: Can the Shattered Physician Be Saved?_2

The spell seed to activate the entire structure—

not rely summoning thunder, but leveraging the surrounding scene to draw down the celestial thunder!

One by one, the deep blue runes across the building lit up. Originally, they were supposed to alternate between glowing and dimming, like traffic lights… but now, they all ignited simultaneously, densely packed across the walls.

The azure runes continued to brighten, their radiance becoming dazzling and brilliant. Then, they turned into pure white.

In the next mont—

A deep blue lightning bolt once again struck the remnants of the Tower of Heaven, erupting with the full force of a world-ending thunderstorm!

Even Aiwass clearly felt a tingling sensation beneath his feet—countless white lightning strands, like serpentine rays, crackled along the runes, surging inward and then vanishing.

The previous lightning strike was uncertain, but this one undoubtedly carried the divine intent of the Great Sage!

The divine aura within perated the Amber Wall, leaving it scarred and battered. The weaker Demons disintegrated into dust under the baptism of the thunder’s light. Dark whirlpools arose, devouring the deceased Demons and pulling them into the Dream Realm, while those lighter-bodied Eye Demons were swept into the Dream Realm directly by the vortex.

Having beco Demons, they could never revert to mortals—they would simply be reborn in the Dream Realm or return to the Material Realm as Phantom Demon Eggs after dying there.

The devastating, earth-shattering thunderstorm rampaged for half a minute—not because it couldn’t continue, but because the Amber Wall had already been destroyed by the spell’s aftershock. To avoid harming their own forces, Sine halted the spell.

His hand clutching the magic wand had already been burned; on his right arm, bursts of electricity occasionally flickered, causing his muscles to spasm.

When he looked up, there were only fewer than twenty of the Demonic horde left, out of the initial six hundred and sixty.

The survivors were the elite of the elite, and all of them had reached the Fifth Power Level!

Even so, their condition seed far from optimal.

Their bodies bore conspicuous scorch marks, and their eyes radiated an even deeper malice and murderous intent.

But at that very mont—

Sine suddenly let out a blood-curdling scream—a bolt of lightning pierced through his body, and his head exploded violently!

The erupting head directly blasted away his upper torso. His lower body remained standing for a while before toppling over, spilling intact intestines out onto the ground.

Professor Bard, who had been quietly hidden at the back of the team, let out a terrified scream—it was his first sound since the battle began: “His! His head! It exploded!”

Even though Professor Bard knew it was best for non-combat personnel to avoid making noise and distracting the fighters… he couldn’t hold back his shock, not after witnessing such an aftermath.

It was impossible to suppress!

For a fleeting mont, Aiwass thought it might have been a backlash from Sine’s spell or a consequence of so taboo violation.

But Cardinal Galatea rely sighed, pointing at Sine’s fallen glasses and saying: “Mirror Demon.”

During the Amber Wall’s shattering, the Mirror Demon had silently leapt into Sine’s glasses!

Upon regaining her mories, there was a mont when she seed less inclined to continue aiding Aiwass and the others.

Yet for reasons unknown, she changed her mind at this point.

Perhaps she didn’t want to drag others into it… after all, Sine wasn’t the only one wearing glasses in the team.

As Cardinal Galatea pointed to the glasses, the spectacles abruptly shattered.

Accompanied by a piercingly sharp wail reminiscent of a banshee, an ethereal, smoke-like black-cloaked woman erged alongside Aiwass.

The Defiant Fla Butterfly’s eyes sharpened imdiately, and she flew forward without hesitation—a single turn of her lithe body caused the blade-like fiery butterfly wings to slice the figure cleanly in half!

She then focused her laser-like attack at one point—first striking down the Mirror Demon before whirling back to furiously cut through the other Fifth Power Level Demons!

“Zhu Tang!”

The Little Cat scread.

“Alright, alright!”

Zhu Tang finally finished setting up the magic array he had been tinkering with.

His blood-stained eyes opened, staring at the Demon horde as he recited aloud, calling out swiftly and urgently:

“Five elents converging, eight trigrams forming arrays; tal drives away fiends, wood locks their forms; water severs demonic essence, fire burns evil spirits; earth binds seals tight, yin and yang adjust the balance; with heaven and earth’s righteous energy, I command by will—

‘Taiching Holy Light, illuminate all directions; abominations be eradicated, never to revive; where the rune decree reaches, all evil returns to submission—Lord Lao Zi of the Great Monad, hasten and suppress!'”

Using his vision to confirm the ritual’s base points, Zhu Tang locked the Demons sequentially. The remote ceremony, symbolized by chess pieces-as-representations, instantly completed and took effect.

The Serpent Father’s primordial Power of Transcendence condensed into form, transforming into pure Force of Equilibrium under the ritual altar.

This force was capable of dispelling all Extraordinary Power and erged as a luminous yellow light Zhu Tang referred to as “Taiching Holy Light.” It descended vertically upon the Demon horde; though it appeared as a column of light, it felt like a fierce wind sweeping through.

As it descended, everyone—except Aiwass, Cardinal Galatea, and Insect Amber—felt a suffocating intensity, including Zhu Tang himself.

The azure runes on the surrounding structures were extinguished simultaneously, as if a sheet of candle flas had been snuffed out. It resembled a gust blowing across the dusty ground, scattering the ashes far and wide. The Ghostly Dream Monk’s golden spiritual body vanished like a flickering fla, awakening his slumbering physical form.

Even the Defiant Fla Butterfly, being a Phantom Demon, experienced severe discomfort, reverting to her traveling mode as a Fla Butterfly and landing on Aiwass’s shoulder. And this was rely the effect of the Light of Equilibrium’s radiation—those Demons directly struck were visibly fading away at a speed discernible to the naked eye. Even the Divine Arts and Blessings Aiwass bestowed upon Mu were dispelled by this radiant beam.
