Soon, she appeared at the entrance of the living room and saw everyone was there, initially feeling slightly surprised and thinking it was unexpected!

There was no Lamborghini in the yard; actually, Mr. Kerr had driven it away due to so urgent business.

Everyone’s eyes fell on her, sowhat taken aback by her sudden arrival.

"Hello, Miss Lancaster." The servants regained their composure and greeted her as they usually did.

lanie Lancaster smiled, "Daddy! Brother, Sister-in-law!" She greeted them cheerfully.

Out of politeness, Adrian Lancaster and Faye Turner also greeted her, "Hello, Aunt." It was really just a formality, and if you listened closely, there was a faint hint of estrangent.

"Adrian, Faye." lanie looked over at them, happily calling out, seemingly more concerned about—

"Where’s Joy? Isn’t your little baby here?" As she spoke, she pulled out a large red envelope, waving it, as if she had co specifically to see the little one.

Faye Turner glanced at Adrian Lancaster, their eyes eting, her heart slightly tightening as a mother since this aunt wasn’t a good character.

Adrian Lancaster responded, "Asleep," and said nothing more.

No one answered where the little baby was at that mont.

And his tone didn’t surprise lanie Lancaster; openly and secretly, they weren’t on good terms.

She held the red envelope and stood in front of Faye Turner, speaking sweetly—

"Faye, co, co, this envelope has a card, the password is the last six digits. Take it, Aunt gave it as a greeting gift for little Joy!"

Faye Turner didn’t reach out to take it, yet she simply picked up Faye’s hand and, in front of everyone, forcibly stuffed the envelope into Faye’s hand!

Faye felt as though she’d received a hot potato but quickly said, "Thank you, Aunt, on Joy’s behalf."

"You still acknowledge as Aunt?" lanie smiled, her tone slightly peculiar—

"Why did you invite so many irrelevant people to the full moon banquet? I, a close relative with the sa surna, didn’t receive an invitation!" She asked with a smile, not in a reproachful tone.

Adrian Lancaster wrapped his arm around Faye’s shoulders, his sharp gaze directed at his aunt—

He explained patiently—

"You didn’t receive an invitation because I heard there were constant issues at the branch, and you signed several big contracts. You’ve been working late these days, and I didn’t want to trouble you with traveling back and forth."

lanie Lancaster sneered at such an explanation, decidedly unsatisfied!

Looking at this rebellious nephew reminded her of her son’s imprisonnt and extended sentence, and instant fury rose within her!

Just as lanie Lancaster was about to burst, the old man’s cold voice cut in—

"You weren’t invited because we all prefer not to see you. We are all adults; do we need to make it any clearer?"

Awkward!!

Big-ti awkward!

lanie Lancaster heard this, glanced at her father, her face alternating between pale and flushed.

Especially in front of Adrian Lancaster and Faye Turner, as the elder aunt, her reputation was hard to maintain!

No, how could her father speak so bluntly?!

But she couldn’t really stand up to him; they were all on the sa side!

They were all bewildered by Faye Turner!

lanie Lancaster maintained her composure and smiled with angry amusent!

Then, she quickly moved past the issue, turning to Caleb Lancaster, "Brother, you can stand now?" Her words were full of concern.

"You just noticed?" Caleb Lancaster replied calmly.

Those words nearly made her choke!

How did her newly awakened brother also get brainwashed by them??

"Brother..." she whined, wrapping her arms around Caleb’s elbow, "Where have you been all these years? I’ve missed you! No word of news at all!"

Eliza Vance was slightly worried; would she cause trouble by exposing Victor Peterson’s affairs...?

While lanie Lancaster showed concern for her brother, her gaze frequently drifted to her sister-in-law beside him.
