"Your friend?" Faye Turner withdrew her gaze and curiously asked.

Dr. Aiken, while preparing dicine for her, replied, "An old friend, I suppose. For the past twenty years, she has co to get dicine from almost every quarter."

"She’s not drinking it herself, is she?" Judging by her walk and tone, she seed quite healthy.

"No," sighed Dr. Aiken, engaging in small talk, "her husband drinks it."

Taking dicine for twenty years, yet she remains by his side; such rare, genuine human affection.

Then, Faye Turner asked no more, after all, it’s soone else’s family affair, what does it have to do with her?

Soon, Dr. Aiken prepared several portions of dicine for her, because Faye had described Black Hawk’s situation in detail on her last visit, and Dr. Aiken rembered.

"Thank you," she said, reaching out to receive the dicine, taking out her phone to pay.

But Dr. Aiken told her, "You don’t need to pay."

"That won’t do," she said as she had already scanned the code, beep, paynt success.

She smiled, "Otherwise, I’d feel embarrassed to co next ti; you didn’t make take a number to line up, nor asked to co back tomorrow, you were very considerate."

Those words carried a hint of teasing, and Dr. Aiken exchanged a glance with her with a smile, "Ha ha."

"Goodbye," Faye Turner smiled.

"Take care," Dr. Aiken raised a hand and waved.

Faye Turner turned around and walked out of the clinic.

The car not far away had its door open.

Under the escort of bodyguards, she bent down and sat inside the car, and the two bodyguards entered as well.

Soon, the car door closed, and the car drove away.

From a corner not far away, a middle-aged woman watched from the mont Faye left the clinic until the car disappeared from view.

Holding her breath, she stood there for a long ti... holding a bag of dicine, she was lost in thought.

Faye left there and went to the police station, handing the dicine over to the police, where she also t Black Hawk.

Black Hawk was inwardly submissive, expressing his gratitude to her.

The next morning.

Adrian Lancaster and Faye Turner hadn’t gotten up yet, when a piece of news broke, the headlines were like this—

[Shocking! Adrian Lancaster is not of The Lancaster Family’s bloodline!]

[The man in the wheelchair is not Caleb Lancaster! Just a stand-in! The big secret of The Lancaster Family exposed!]

[The tangled bloodline of a wealthy family! Let’s see if President Lancaster responds!]

[The man in the wheelchair has been taken away by the police, when will the fog around The Lancaster Family be lifted?]

Morning, Prestige Group, in the president’s office.

When Dustin Shepherd saw the news, he was a bit overwheld because this was no ordinary scandal; it couldn’t simply be suppressed.

Suppressing it might backfire.

Who was daring enough to leak these tidbits after Elias Young was apprehended?

He didn’t order the news to be suppressed but waited for President Lancaster to arrive at the company to discuss handling it or hold a press conference for clarification.

But recently, President Lancaster’s schedule was packed, truly overwheld with work; Dustin Shepherd looked through the schedule.

Early morning, a Lamborghini headed for Prestige Group.

In the back seat, Adrian Lancaster’s cold gaze locked onto the laptop open on his knees, displaying all sorts of chaotic news.

The comnts section had many questioning his lineage, all with a spectator’s ntality, and countless dia outlets started following the trend for attention.

The car hadn’t yet stopped, it was just nearing the company’s entrance, when Mr. Kerr saw a crowd of reporters waiting in the distance, so he slowed down and turned to remind—

"President Lancaster, there are reporters."

Adrian Lancaster raised his gaze, looking at the company entrance, densely packed with people holding caras and microphones, a cold glint appeared in his dark eyes.

What he’s thinking now is that he will once again make his grandfather worry and feel sad.
