Mrs. Lancaster could not help but feel a tremor in her heart—

"Dad..."

She slowly released her hand from her face, frowned, and asked, "I’m doing this for your good. Don’t you believe in this? Since it was a miscalculation, let’s bring the right person over for you to et and see if you like them."

As she spoke, her eyes filled with tears of grievance, "We can’t keep making mistakes, fortunately, it hasn’t caused any disaster yet."

"I think the biggest disaster for the Lancaster Family is you!" The old man supported himself with a dragon-headed cane, trembling with anger, "Eliza Hayes!"

Pointing at her, the old man was so furious that the corners of his mouth twitched, "You went up the mountain to see the Daoist priest and used his 92-year-old mother as a threat. How despicable and shaless you are! You are simply inhuman!"

Crash!

Mrs. Lancaster widened her eyes, her body froze; she couldn’t believe her ears!

At this mont, the old man’s gaze seed to want to devour her!

"..." She was unable to explain, powerless to argue.

The old man was extrely angry, barely restraining himself!

He stared at her with rage, taking in every change in her expression, "Eliza Hayes, you just can’t tolerate Faye! What more do you have to say?!"

"Dad..." The woman wanted to redeem her image in the old man’s eyes and try to explain, but didn’t know how to start, "It’s not like what you said..."

"Don’t call dad!" The old man interrupted sharply, "It’s deplorable! The virtue of a woman is the foundation of a family, having you in the Lancaster Family, I see it as the greatest disaster!"

Hearing this, Eliza Hayes felt as if she had been struck by lightning, as if sentenced to death!

anwhile, outside the door, in the exquisitely furnished large living room, Adrian Lancaster and Faye Turner walked in. They were both surprised to see Sienna.

Adrian’s face turned dark imdiately, feeling displeased, while Faye hesitated slightly, her expression remaining very calm.

"Good day, sir, ma’am."

The butler and servants not far away, as usual, greeted them respectfully, feeling that sothing was off today, so they didn’t even dare to breathe too loudly.

Sienna looked at Adrian Lancaster holding Faye Turner’s shoulder, noticed Faye’s loose clothing, and the slight bulge in her abdon, feeling very jealous, yet unable to show it.

She slowly raised her eyes, her gaze landing on Adrian Lancaster’s impeccably handso face, with its stern brows, high nose, and clean, sharp facial lines.

Still so familiar, so captivating, handso enough to make her take a few more glances.

Thus, Sienna lightly smiled, calling out joyfully, "Adrian." It felt like a ’we et again’ mont.

Adrian Lancaster noticed the pair of earrings she was wearing, the ones he gave her in high school, causing him to furrow his brow slightly.

Following his gaze, Sienna knew he saw the earrings, feeling elated because she had deliberately tucked her hair behind her ear before he entered.

But for this little trick, Adrian Lancaster felt displeased, "What are you doing here?" His eyes seed to spit ice, his tone particularly unwelcoming.

Sienna didn’t mind, rather she looked a bit smugly at Faye before turning her affectionate gaze back to the man, smiling as she answered, "Your mother invited over to see Grandpa."

Faye was speechless, yet her surface remained calm.

Before Adrian Lancaster could send her away, the door not far away opened, and the old man ca out, leaning on his dragon-headed cane.

He caught the attention of Adrian Lancaster and Faye Turner, "Grandpa." The couple greeted the elder simultaneously.

Upon seeing his beloved grandson and granddaughter-in-law, the old man seed like a different person, his face lighting up with joy, "Adrian and Faye are back, huh? Have you had breakfast?"

"We just did, Grandpa, how about you?" Faye’s voice was gentle and pleasant, her whole being radiating maternal glow, her eyes full of goodwill.

After the old man ca over, he completely ignored Sienna, not even casting a sidelong glance at her.

He patted his beloved grandson’s shoulder, then his beloved granddaughter-in-law’s shoulder, "Co, co, good children, keep Grandpa company for another bite."

"Alright." The two agreed readily.
