When the Wind is Sweet: The Fairy Tale of Mr. and Mrs. Lancaster Chapter 348: Sienna Dawson Arranges to Meet Faye Turner
As Adrian Lancaster stepped out with hands in his pockets, he hadn’t taken more than a few steps down the hallway when he ran into a girl coming towards him—Kylie Fletcher, who insisted on finding him.
Just monts ago, Adrian Lancaster had heard what she said to Dustin Shepherd through the big screen.
He halted his steps as the girl ran towards him with a contract in her hand!
She stopped less than two ters away, her dark eyes sparkling playfully, "Adrian Lancaster, we clearly have an engagent, so why did you turn around and marry another woman without telling ?"
The arranged marriage from back then was just a joke, one that even a grandfather eager for great-grandchildren didn’t take seriously.
Adrian Lancaster chuckled, his low voice asking, "When did you return to the country?"
"Take a guess!" the girl playfully responded. Before he could speak, she put her hands behind her back, stood on her tiptoes, and gleefully told him, "I just ca back for this endorsent!"
"Congratulations, you stood out from the rest." Adrian Lancaster was confident the selection was entirely fair this ti.
"Oh, well, since I can’t beco Mrs. Lancaster and have you support , I’ll have to be self-reliant!" the girl sighed with a bit of frustration, then smiled brightly, "I want to use this opportunity to enter the entertainnt industry, could you help ?"
"Does Miss Fletcher lack money?"
"Yes, very much! Extrely!" the girl said unabashedly, "In this world, I think you’re probably the only one who doesn’t lack money, President Lancaster."
Adrian Lancaster didn’t respond, keeping his hands in his pockets as he began walking forward.
Kylie Fletcher followed by his side, "I just want you to sign up, can’t you increase the price a little?"
"Not a lot, just a little bit more!"
"Adrian Lancaster, don’t act so aloof, if you keep silent, I’ll just quit! I stood out among over a hundred thousand people, if you miss out on , you’ll never find anyone better!"
Adrian Lancaster pressed the elevator button, "How much do you want?"
"How about three million?" As he entered the elevator, Kylie Fletcher followed, "It’s not that much!"
She wasn’t here to sabotage relationships or take people away; this Miss Fletcher only wanted money!
"I’ll think about it."
"No need to think! It’s just three million, I’ll sign imdiately!"
Adrian Lancaster was puzzled, "Would Mr. Fletcher let you enter the entertainnt industry?"
"We’ve broken off relations, and now I have no financial support, right? Let do an endorsent first and grab this three million!"
Adrian Lancaster took her to the company, and after carefully examining her details, he found that the three million she asked for wasn’t that much more.
It was within an acceptable range.
So Adrian Lancaster readily signed the contract with her, even Dustin Shepherd was dumbfounded.
That afternoon.
Faye Turner’s phone rang with an unfamiliar number.
She glanced at the caller ID, her fingers sliding over the answer button, "Hello."
"Is this Faye Turner?" A strange female voice ca through, "I’m Sienna Dawson. You may not know who I am, but I want to et you. You can decide the ti and place."
Sienna Dawson?
Those three words hit Faye Turner’s heart like a bomb. She knew she would appear, but didn’t expect Sienna to enter her life so soon.
Faye agreed.
Because eting Sienna Dawson was sothing she would have to face sooner or later.
About twenty minutes later, Faye arrived at the agreed location with Sienna Dawson, and the two girls sat across from each other in a café.
"Hello, Miss Turner. Let introduce myself, I’m Sienna Dawson, Adrian’s first love."
She kept a smiling expression, "You might not know of my existence, let alone imagined eting one day."
"What a pleasure, I’ve heard Adrian ntion you before." Faye’s smile was as brilliant as a sunflower, with no hint of surprise.
This left Sienna slightly taken aback, though she continued smiling, "Is that so?" she asked with interest, "What did he say about ?"
Faye astutely managed her thoughts, gently expressing, "Conversations between a husband and wife aren’t really ant for outsiders to hear."
This statent hit Sienna hard; was she really just an outsider?
