Oh, my!

What is Talia Tully doing?!

Adrian Lancaster turned around, his gaze coldly fixed on Rachel Sherman, scaring her with just a glance.

Uneasily seated, she nervously t the man’s eyes, watching him step by step walk towards her, trying hard to gather her thoughts.

The entire café seed to chill, even the atmosphere felt frozen.

Since Adrian Lancaster chose to walk towards her, he was willing to accept this interview, Rachel surmised, secretly taking a deep breath.

Watching the man sit down opposite her, his presence exuded a powerful sense of oppression.

"Good day, Mr. Lancaster." At this mont, Rachel felt sowhat overwheld.

Sensing Rachel’s nervousness and fear, Adrian Lancaster’s expression softened a bit, "It’s not your fault. You just found out about this, right?"

"Yes, I just found out, but could you... not bla Faye?"

Rachel suddenly felt a heavy ntal burden!

She said, "Faye just wanted to help stabilize my job and quickly secure custody of June."

"Let’s begin." Adrian Lancaster gently interrupted, glancing at his watch, "I’ll give you half an hour. I’ll deal with matters between my wife and at ho, no need for you to plead on her behalf."

"..." Rachel knew her words held little weight, so she quickly entered her reporter’s mindset.

She nodded, glanced at the cara set up not far away, and pressed the Bluetooth remote in her hand to start recording.

"Focus on the story of Prestige Group, listen to the voice of the President. Today, we will et Adrian Lancaster, President of Prestige Group."

"I’m sure everyone is quite familiar with President Lancaster..." Then, Rachel briefly introduced the developnts and achievents of Prestige Group in recent years.

Next were so questions about the group, President Lancaster’s corporate thinking, future plans, what books he liked to read as a child, his self-requirents, and how he maintains discipline...

Adrian Lancaster ca unprepared, as this was not a regular interview. He didn’t know what Rachel would ask.

Yet, even with such impromptu responses, he remained confident, thodical, his thoughts clear.

Gradually, Rachel overca her inner nervousness, continuing to ask questions based on her prepared materials, until only two questions remained.

Two questions about feelings, which instantly made Rachel feel imnse pressure!

"Is there any more questions?" Adrian Lancaster didn’t want to pressure her, asking gently as he recalled the day she was hit by Dylan Shaw, still feeling a bit compassionate.

Rachel nodded, looking down at the materials in her hand, gathering the courage to ask him, "President Lancaster, is the ’One Mont Eternity’ jewelry series related to Mrs. Lancaster? Did you decide a lifeti together when you first t?"

A topic unrelated to company finance!

So unexpected, sothing flickered in Adrian Lancaster’s deep eyes, his expression showed displeasure.

The cara was still recording.

Rachel looked at him, feeling extrely nervous, "..." waiting for his answer.

There was a dead silence all around!

"No." Adrian Lancaster answered calmly, "It’s not related to Faye Turner, and today I don’t wish to answer any questions about relationships. I hope Reporter Sherman can understand." His voice was not loud, yet it carried great potency.

No?

Rachel’s heart thudded heavily! Inevitably, she started overthinking, then who is it related to? An ex-girlfriend?

"President Lancaster, the last question..."

"I won’t answer anything related to private affairs, Miss Sherman, think carefully before asking." Adrian Lancaster softly interrupted her before she could finish, and Rachel did not intend to insist. Seeing him today and interviewing him was already fortunate.

But what about the editor? How would she report back?
