About ten minutes after the Secret Tower's fleet retreated, the Star Network's fleet appeared in the sky.
Leading the team this ti was Bai Fu's old acquaintance, Manu. Upon discovering that the Secret Tower's fleet had already fled, Manu didn't continue to pursue aggressively. He sent people to pick up Bai Fu, the surviving players, and mbers of the Blessing Sect onto the spaceship, and then imdiately organized the fleet to return.
The cosmic environnt around the Constant Star Graveyard was extrely complicated. A hard chase might accidentally fall into a Secret Tower's ambush. The power of the Star Network was already much weaker than the Secret Tower; if they encountered an ambush and this fleet was destroyed, the gap in power between the two sides would only grow larger.
"What did you guys do for the Secret Tower to even send a whole fleet to hunt you down?" Manu asked puzzledly.
Elon felt he couldn't conceal the real situation, therefore he said, "Because of the True Spirit Pillar."
Manu was stunned for a mont. "The True Spirit Pillar?"
"Yes!"
Bai Fu nodded, her face stern.
This was a good opportunity to pin the bla on the Secret Tower. How could she miss it?
"I accepted a commission from the Blessing Sect to help them find soone. After finding that person, we followed clues all the way here and unexpectedly discovered people from the Secret Tower here. After questioning the captives from the Secret Tower, we learned that the True Spirit Pillar, which disappeared a hundred years ago, ended up in the hands of the Secret Tower. We are still unsure what the Secret Tower is doing with the True Spirit Pillar, but they definitely don't an well!"
