"Student Xeren... Student Xeren. Wake up, it's already day ti."

Cail opened his eyes when he felt soone poking his shoulder. What he first saw was an unfamiliar face very close to his, and he almost punched that face out of reflex.

Too close!

"Who are you?" Cail was still groggy from his sleep.

The man stood up, he had been crouching beside Cail's table before. He smiled, "Looks like you're sleeping like a baby the entire ti. You didn't even hear my introduction?"

"I'm your new teacher, Mr Thade." He looked very easygoing, but the way he was looking at Cail was sharp. "You must be student Cail Xeren? Your seatmate told that."

Cail looked to his side, the class monitor Mira still looked as cold as ever.

"I'm sorry, Sir, I'll pay attention next ti." Cail was too exhausted to do any confrontation. He just wanted the day to end so that he could rest.

Mr Thade knocked Cail's table. "I'll let you off this ti. But rember, I don't tolerate sleeping in my class."

Cail nodded.

Mr Thade went back to the lecture, and Cail's head kept bobbing up and down. It was already fortunate that Mr Thade did not comnt on Cail's sunglasses for so reason.

After the lecture finished, Cail was almost knocked down. Finally, two more classes to go.

Leaning on his chair, he looked at the class monitor Mira. Annoying. That was his opinion of her since the first day. Although this ti it isn't fully her fault, Cail still felt that she's an eyesore.

He glanced down under the table and saw that one of her school shoes was put aside. He rembered that she seed to be injured on her left foot.

Hmmm...

Out of boredom and a sense of revenge, he stretched his foot kicked Mira's shoe away.

Mira wasn't initially paying attention, but when she saw her shoe was kicked to the other side, she was startled. She looked at the culprit with anger, "What's wrong with you?!"

Cail shrugged, "Oh, I accidentally kicked it." I could have done worse, like stepping on your injured foot.

Mira was blushing, either from embarrassnt or anger. She pointed at her shoe, "No matter what, it's your fault! Now give it back!"

Of course, Cail wouldn't, "No, I won't. What are you gonna do with it?" Looking at her almost exploding expression was interesting, "Either you let that shoe be or you're going to take it."

"You're a bully!" She glared at him in anger.

"And you're nosy. How many tis have you ddled in my business? Let's just say that this ti was unintentional, but those other tis? Clearly, you are targeting . Why was that?" Cail had no rcy for soone this annoying.

Mira is the overachiever type. She's the type of person who would remind the teacher about the forgotten assignnt. Despite being a beauty, not many people in the class like her because of her rigid personality.

Mira almost choked from anger. Feeling that arguing with this guy isn't worth it, she finally got up and took her shoe by herself.

Cail looked at her coldly. Admittedly, he was much more restrained, gloomy, and irritable at school.

School felt like a shackle to him. He could never enjoy the life of being constrained to rules. He wants nothing more than to break free from such a suffocating system.

"Let's endure it." While he hated it, he doesn't think that it was unnecessary.

After finishing the last two classes, Cail finally breathed a sigh of relief. He checked his phone and saw a ssage from an unknown number.

Unknown: Sir? This is Neris from the park.

Unknown: If possible... Sir, maybe you could help us out?

Unknown: If this is against the rules, then it's fine. I was just wondering, do you know any dealers?

Unknown: We would like to buy an artifact, for any price!

Cail's mood cleared looking at the ssage; this was just right in ti. He already sold 1 artifact, now, he just needed to sell 4 to et the quota. But he did have so worry. Those guys, they haven't noticed that he wasn't their instructor? But either way, it's a business. Maybe he'll find a way to cautiously deliver this artifacts just like what he did to Deorc.

An: Where do you need it for?

An: I have so artifacts here. What kind are you looking for?

Unknown: We need a bind-class artifact. For the Grand Tournant.

An: I'll send you the pictures later. I'm busy now.

Unknown: Okay, sir. ( ╹▽╹ )

Grand Tournant?

"Online relationship?" Iven suddenly popped up. "What got you smiling like that?"

Cail turned off his phone and slipped it inside his bag. He looked at Iven, "Where's Oris? Why's he randomly going missing?"

Iven sat down at the arm chair, "I heard he's... joining? Making? But yeah, he's in a club. He wanted us to go with him."

Cail pulled him off, "You're gonna break my chair." Then he asked, "What club? I'm going ho."

Iven dragged him, "Ho, school, ho, school. Why don't we have so fun? It's not like it's sothing illegal. It's just a school club!"

Iven's impression of Cail was that he was a bit of a shut-in. A petty, gloomy, momma's boy that always abides by the rules. When others were sneaking to get so drinks, Cail didn't smoke or drink either. So Iven had thought that he was a bit of a goody two-shoes.

Cail had a stinky personality, but he was a bit timid in trying risky things.

If Cail knew what Iven was thinking, he'd probably be shocked. Who's that guy in your impression? Is that ?! Iven's guess of his personality couldn't be more wrong.

With Iven forcing him, Cail had no choice but to follow along. If this club didn't interest him, he'd beat this guy up.

With Cail in tow, Iven happily ran to the hallway, holding Cail's hand. Don't look at Iven's size, he's a fast runner. Jael was following behind them, panting.

Cail just let Iven drag him as his shoes slid on the shiny hallway floor. He was looking at the classrooms beside him.

Then all of a sudden, a silhouette caught his eyes.

"Stop!" Cail shouted.

Iven almost slipped but stopped. He looked at Cail in confusion, "What's wrong?"

Cail didn't answer, but he walked back to the previous classroom. It was 5:00 PM; although the sun wasn't as harsh as that noon, it was still dayti. Cail looked up and saw the classroom number, A-1. It was the pilot section's classroom.

He looked around. Although the lights were off, it was still very bright.

"There's nothing?" He looked very unsure.

Cail saw sothing tall standing on the window side. His eyesight was very blurry, so he couldn't make out what it was, but it seed to be a white marble statue of... A woman? It was so tall that it reached the ceiling.

Iven stopped beside him; he asked Cail in confusion, "What's going on?"

Cail didn't keep it a secret, "I think I saw sothing inside this classroom. It was like a tall statue of a woman."

Hearing the description, Iven's hair rose. He didn't ask any questions; well, he wanted to ask, but he didn't want to talk here.

He looked around cautiously and dragged Cail away.

Cail wanted to check the classroom thoroughly, but Iven pulled him hard.

Looking at the pale Iven, Cail sighed, "Okay, okay. Let's go."

Together, they left the classroom.

It was silent in classroom A-1. If Cail were to continue to look thoroughly, he would have seen that behind the classroom door was a marble statue of a tall woman.

Smiling...

..

Jaxar was sweating as he rummaged through his bag. All his stuff was scattered on the desk.

"Where was it?! Where?! I'm sure I just put it inside."

He couldn't find his 'lucky charm' anywhere.
