"It is useless, Sir," The assistant said. "The White House is still being demolished."
"Not afraid of toxins?" Steve sneered. "Then, use a low temperature and freeze the White House down!"
One by the one, the apostles in protective clothing ran into the White House and the chilling air filled the entire building.
All the table lamps, chair, television, computer, and toilets were frozen by the chilly air. The temperature of the entire White House was decreasing below negative hundred degrees Celsius. There were no signs of life in the White House.
However, the situation did not change. The floor and the furniture were still disappearing from the White House.
"Did the observation team discover the target?" Steve raged. "What did he do?"
"No... no idea," The assistant said. "The infrared and sonar vision channels all couldn’t see him. The electromagnetic waves can’t detect him either, but he is there!"
"What about underground?" Steve shouted. "Doesn’t he know how to descend underground?"
Under the White House, a team of apostles reporting, "No, he isn’t here."
Steve grabbed onto his head and rubbed his hair. He looked at the half demolished White House and moaned, "What is happening?"
Star Cats had made all kinds of precautionary plans for the powers that Zhao Yao showcased.
They used apostles with Monster’s powers to fight against Zhao Yao’s strong physical qualities.
The exosketelon armor was to defend against illusions.
The prediction team and transfer team were to track his teleportation.
The digging team was to prevent him from going underground.
The psychokinesis team was to fight against his force field and to restrict his movent speed.
The toxins, low temperature, dical, hypnosis and a dozen other powers were mobile units.
However, they did not expect or prepare to et in such circumstances.
Steve said bitterly, "We can’t see him, can’t detect him, can’t attack him and can’t defend against him. We are defenseless against Zhao Yao now."
The assistant said, "Sir, there were words written on the President’s hands."
"What?" Steve asked, "What were they?"
He looked at the photo and read it. "Tomorrow morning? The Capitol?"
The Capitol was much more important than the White House. It was the heart of Arica. It was the place where all the inauguration of the President were held and where all the important laws were passed. This shows how scared the place was to Aricans.
It was like demolishing the Great Hall of the People and Tianann.
Steve could not imagine the consequences of demolishing the Capitol so violently. His scalp turned numb.
In the screen behind Steve, Anthony said, "He can write on the President’s palm, which ans he can kill you guys anyti."
On the other screen, the supercat with prediction powers, rlin said, "It would not be wise to continue to fight him. Maybe we can sit down and have a talk. After all Doomsday is our common enemy."
"We can tell him about Doomsday and let’s not rush into dealing with him before figuring out his powers."
"However..." Steve said helplessly. "He did not give us any contact details. We cannot leak the news out or everyone will know that we have succumbed to him and we don’t know if China can contact him."
"The next target is the Capitol. We have to contact him or stop him before sothing happens to the Capitol."
Then, the satellite phone rang and Steve answered the phone. His eyes lit up.
"Everyone, I think we can negotiate with him now."

anwhile, as the last wall disappeared, the entire White House disappeared in front of everyone.
The building that had hundreds of years of history and seen centuries of Arica’s presidents had completely disappeared.
Outside the White House, the crowd, dia, and live strears turned from excited, shocked and nervous to silent. They fell more and more silent. When the entire White House disappeared, the crowd was completely silenced.
Everyone looked at the empty land feeling depressed and fearful.
Although White House was just a building it symbolized countless Aricans’ spirit, confidence and faith.
Now, in front of countless Aricans it was demolished such that they were helpless against it. It crushed the confidence of the entire nation.
Originally the Aricans could announce to the world with the greatest confidence and pride that their President, the highest authority of their nation, lived there. They were not afraid to let everyone know that they were confident that they had the capabilities to keep their President safe.
But now, with a warning, with the latest developed weapons and witnessed by countless people, the White House was destroyed in an unexplainable way.
If the White House could be destroyed like this, then what about other places? Was there anywhere safe on this earth?
In front of their TVs and computers, countless Aricans covered their mouths in shock and watched the White House disappear in disbelief. So were angered, so were upset, so were afraid and so were worried...
It was like the internet was bombed with a nuclear bomb. News swept across the world like a tornado and it spread to billions of people.
"... On 21 August, at 12.26am, the Arica White House was under attack for unidentified reasons..."
"... The entire White House has disappeared... cause unknown... no casualties..."
"... Currently the Arican President is still healthy... he displayed strong condemnation and has promised that... the attacker will be caught..."
"... No organizations have claid responsibility for this..."

In the Cat Wonderland office, Matcha sat at Zhao Yao’s desk and there was a foreign phone number. Then, he heard crappy Chinese.
"Hi, this is the Arican President’s office. May I ask if Zhao Yao..."
Matcha slamd down the phone. "Stupid! The liars are everywhere. How can Aricans speak Chinese?"
Matcha was still very concerned about his stomach and was unaware of the big news in Arica.
