Zhao Yao drove towards Xiao Shiyu’s district in his Panara. However, he knew sothing was amiss when he saw plenty of police cars zooming past him.
"Why are there so many police cars today?"
"I hope a fugitive did not just escape from prison."
Zhao Yao entered the district after parking his car.
"That cat seed like a stray cat from this place," Zhao Yao thought as he patrolled the area. He found a few stray cats resting underneath cars but could not find the one in the picture Xiao Shiyu sent him.
"This is not a good sign. This district is quite big. I will need quite so ti to find that cat." Zhao Yao and Elizabeth walked a few rounds around the area but to no avail.
Elizabeth reminded Zhao Yao, "Most stray cats are quite shy and afraid of strangers. It must have gone into hiding when it saw you. Doesn’t Xiao Shiyu stay here? It would be more efficient if we got her to help us in our search."
Zhao Yao’s eyes lighted up as he heard Elizabeth’s suggestion, "That’s true. I should just give her a call."
Xiao Shiyu was slightly shocked when Zhao Yao called her; she thought, "Why is he calling at this hour?" However, she still picked up the phone despite her initial reservations, "Hi, is this Zhao Yao? What’s up?"
Zhao Yao explained that he required her help to find the cat. However, she could not understand why he chose this timing to find the cat. Still, she decided to co down and help.
Zhao Yao waited for her at the lobby. Before long, she ca down with a tank top, joggers and her hair in a ss. It seed like she was just getting ready for bed.
She was holding on to so cat food and asked Zhao Yao curiously, "Why are you interested in finding this cat?"
"It is so pitiful. I want to adopt it and take care of it," Zhao Yao continued, "It is very dangerous for stray cats to live in the city. I want to bring it back ho as soon as possible."
Xiao Shiyu reluctantly accepted his explanation and began helping him in his search.
"ow, ow!"
"ow, ow!"
In just a few minutes, many stray cats in the district have gathered around Xiao Shiyu. They were hungry for the cat food in her hand. However, the cat that Zhao Yao was looking for was still nowhere to be found.
Xiao Shiyu responded dejectedly, "I just fed it a while ago; it must have gone sowhere to rest."
However, Zhao Yao was anxious to find the cat and said, "It’s okay. Let’s just try for ten more minutes. If we really can’t find it, we will resu our search tomorrow."

On the other hand, Lin Chen was speeding along the streets in pursuit of a killer cat. He was so fast that it seed like his shadows could not catch up with him.
This was the power that Milk had given him – extre speed. Not only was his physical speed lightning-quick, his reflex and thought processing were far faster than ordinary humans. He could reach speed of up to 60 kiloters per hour when sprinting.
Currently, he was on the heels of a killer cat.
Inspector Ho was giving him instructions via his earpiece, "Turn left at the next junction. From there, head towards the north-east direction and you should reach Chang Feng Hotel. Do you see it?"
"Our satellites have located the killer cat. However, if it enters any buildings or shopping centers, it would be very troubleso."
"Catch it!"
Lin Chen leaped and landed on his right foot with a loud thud. For a mont, his body was stationary. Then based on the law of action-reaction, he turned direction and soared towards the sky and started sprinting towards Chang Feng Hotel.
With the help of Milk, Lin Chen had achieved a speed that ordinary humans cannot imagine. It was not rely an increase in muscular strength. To Lin Chen, he felt a change in ti flow which allowed him to move at such an astounding speed.
He was sprinting down the streets with his eyes fixed on the rooftop of Chang Feng Hotel. He could see a black figure leaping over Chang Feng Hotel, towards the north.
"This guy... its movent, is it really possible biologically?" Lin Chen thought as he recalled killer cat’s rampage in the building.
"Even if I cannot defeat this guy, I must at least restrain it. I cannot allow such a dangerous thing to be on the loose," Lin Chen sped up with this thought at the back of his head.

anwhile, the killer cat was jumping from one building to another at god-like speed. Every contraction and expansion of its muscles produced an imasurable explosiveness.
It was making a beeline towards Xiao Shiyu’s district.
"How dare it take back my power of regeneration?"
"The only logical explanation is that the cat saw Xiao Shiyu and managed to see through my disguise," Killer cat said so with an aura so vicious that it sent chills down your spine. It squinted its eyes and continued, "Did that kitten’s intelligence mature so quickly in such a short span of ti?"
"It seems like it would be a smart move to get rid of that nosy woman."
With its Mystique-like ability to mutate and transford its body into anything it desires, the killer cat was endowed with incredible strength and the power of self-healing.
After its transformation, it was able to transcend the boundary between cat and humans. It was able to borrow power from other supercats.
When it combined its innate superpower with rapid regeneration, the end product was an exponential growth in strength as proven by the previous fights.
Even Inspector Ho and Lin Chen were shocked by the massacre that they witnessed. Killer cat’s desire to possess the power of regeneration only grew after experiencing the potential it had.
Finally, it had reached one of the flats in Xiao Shiyu’s district. It used its large paws to break a window. This dexterity was not sothing one would expect from such a massive and towering monster. Its movent resembled more like a cat than what it looked like at that point.
When it reappeared, it had already transford into an old lady wearing a simple T-shirt and pants. It looked towards the district ahead while it ambled along.

Zhao Yao and Xiao Shiyu still could not locate the cat. Xiao Shiyu comnted, "When I was feeding it just now, it seed exceptionally happy and ate more than usual. I’m afraid it won’t be coming out tonight."
Zhao Yao frowned and replied, "Alright, I’ll try again tomorrow. Can you wait for before feeding them tomorrow?"
"I don’t know why you’re so anxious to find it," Xiao Shiyu said while looking at Zhao Yao, "Let’s split up and try one last ti. It might have been frightened when it saw the both of you coming along with ."
Zhao Yao turned his head towards Elizabeth who was lazing on his shoulder and agreed with what she said. He nodded his head and replied, "Yeah, let’s walk one more round. We will rest for the day if we can’t find it."
Simultaneously, Lin Chen had already reached the entrance to the district and heard the voice from his earpiece, "Killer cat disappeared from our system after it got here. It must have used its power to disguise as another person."
"Lin Chen, do not be rash and act alone. Just stay put and wait for our reinforcents. I have contacted the army. They are the only ones who can deal with this monster."
Seeing the district in front of him, Lin Chen retorted, "There is no ti to wait!"
Who knew how much destruction the killer cat could bring about in this district?
Lin Chen ignored the commands from Inspector Ho as he dashed into the district alone.
"Where?"
"Where could it be hiding at?"
