Even though it was just 200 experience points, Zhao Yao refused to give it up. Moreover, with Matcha’s ability to stop ti and Elizabeth’s mind control powers, Zhao Yao had confidence that he would be able to protect them from any harm.
Zhao Yao looked at Bai Quan and asked, "Do you know where the Brotherhood is?"
"What are you planning?" Bai Quan replied with a puzzled expression on his face.
"I find the Brotherhood rather interesting. Do you think they would accept ?"
Bai Quan squinted his eyes and looked suspiciously at Zhao Yao, "You want to join them???"
Zhao Yao stated confidently, "Of course. If they are able to give superhuman abilities, I don’t see why I shouldn’t join them." Bai Quan couldn’t decipher his true intentions but Zhao Yao’s abilities far surpassed his own and he definitely wasn’t soone he would want to fight against. However, it was a good thing that Zhao Yao was interested in joining the brotherhood.
If Zhao Yao beca aggressive towards them, the divine beings and he himself would be his opponents. But if he really did wish to join them, the Brotherhood will benefit greatly.
Upon reaching this conclusion, Bai Quan nodded his head in agreent to lead him to the brotherhood.
"If you truly wish to join the brotherhood, this is naturally an extrely good thing. Powerful individuals like you are not destined to be ordinary. When you join us, you will find that your power will progress much more.
In this world, the weak are destined to be trampled upon by the strong."
Zhao Yao just looked at Bai Quan and smiled without saying a word.
He then looked for so armor that would protect him sharp objects and equipped himself with two folding knives and a bundle of rope.
"Oh yes wait, I still need to find a mask to wear least the sa thing happens again and soone photographs my face"
Zhao Yao then finds a mask and stuffs it into his pocket. He looks at Matcha and Elizabeth, thinking whether to bring both cats along with him.
"I don’t even know what kind of supercats the brotherhood has and they are even able to bestow regular people with superhuman powers. I think I should just bring both of them along."
As he thought, he began searching for his cat bag which he had used long ago in order to carry his cats.
The cat bag which he was using was a yellow hard-shelled cat bag, which was similar to a school backpack. It could be carried on the back, and it also had a special plastic cover, which acted like a transparent cover allowing the cats inside to see what was happening on the outside.
"Elizabeth, follow ."
Seeing Elizabeth being taken out, Matcha laughed happily and said, "Bye guys, I still have the qualifying matches to fight..."
However, before Matcha even finished his sentence, Zhao Yao caught Matcha in a single swift swoop and forced it into the cat bag.
Both cats had a combined weight of more than 10 kilograms and as Zhao Yao put the backpack on, he felt his entire body almost sink into the ground. "These two rascals are way too heavy, I guess recently they have been eating too much. From tomorrow onwards, I will feed them less. Else I will be too tired every ti I carry them." Thought Zhao Yao to himself.

At an old residential building in the suburbs of Jianghai City, Bai Quan pointed up towards the building and explained "This is where the Brotherhood resides, we have rented several floors here.
About 40 to 50 people live here and we gather to pray every day. The divine beings live on the highest floors of the building."
After saying that he looked over at Zhao Yao, who was carrying his cat bag, pulled his mouth and asked him "why did you want to bring cats?"
From this, Zhao Yao confird that Bai Quan knew nothing about cats having super abilities and deduced that he had always thought that superpowers ca from humans. However, Zhao Yao kept this fact to himself and did not explain it to Bai Quan.
Zhao Yao examined the place and based on the appearance of the run-down building, he thought to himself "This place is so remote and the buildings aren’t very well maintained. It seems to that the powers that the people gained from the brotherhood wouldn’t amount to much."
As Zhao Yao followed Bai Quan, he ca into the living room of one of the apartnts and saw 40 to 50 n and won kneeling on the floor and praying to a middle-aged man in the middle.
The middle-aged man was frail with a thin built and his skin was pale almost white.
His eyes were closed, head tilted towards the sky as his mouth muttered words as though he was receiving a ssage from the heavens.
Upon seeing this, Bai Quan said, "God is starting the prayer. Quickly knee down and receive his blessings!"
When he said that he was already almost kneeling on the ground and pulled Zhao Yao down to pray, but Zhao Yao instead sat down and begun to observe the scene in front of him.
"What do you feel? There doesn’t seem to have any sll of cats."
Inside the cat bag, Matcha and Elizabeth put their heads together, looked around and said, "There are too many people, it is difficult to say for sure."
At that mont, the man in the center flickers and shouts "God, thank you! Praise you!"
Imdiately after, everyone saw a string of beads appear above his head.
The sudden appearance of the string of beads seed as though it was from the heavens, dropping into the hand of the divine individual. He lifted it up and shouted, "Look this is God’s gift, to lead us through the fog towards the beacon of heaven."
Everyone around beca fanatic with their eyes gleaming with excitent as they stared intently at the string of beads in the hands of the man in the middle.
Zhao Yao squinted his eyes, with the blessing of the cat, his vision was enhanced which enabled him to look closely at the beads the mont they appeared and found that the beads moved upwards when they appeared.
"If the beads really ca from God, why would it move upwards when it first appeared? It should have been a vertical fall. Unless, it was thrown up by that man... Unless it was an increased stealth ability?"
It seed like this ability can not only be used on one’s self but also on objects?
It was even more powerful compared to Bai Yuan’s stealth ability and there didn’t seem to be any side effects."
To Zhao Yao’s knowledge, Bai Quan wasn’t able to do it.
"Could it really be that person’s ability?" Zhao Yao turned his head looking for the presence of any supercats.
Just then, the prophet turned his head and looked directly towards Zhao Yao, "In addition to God’s gift, today we also usher in a new brother? Are you our brother?"
Seeing as the prophet was looking at him, all the others began to turn and look in the sa direction. Zhao Yao was surprised "I see, he had already noticed "
This was unavoidable as his appearance stood out from the crowd. Furthermore, it was hard not to attract attention carrying a yellow cat bag.
The prophet began to walk towards Zhao Yao and as he did, the crowd parted like the tides of the sea.
Zhao Yao squinted his eyes and realized that the prophet seed to have pulled up sothing from his waist and as he made his way towards Zhao Yao, he saw traces of sothing which followed.
Using his observations and the movents of the prophet, Zhao Yao imdiately responded thinking "is it a knife? Or a sword? What is he holding in his hand? It’s invisible!"
All around, the followers of the Brotherhood began to exclaim, "Holy mark! It’s the holy mark!"
