Hearing Zhao Yao’s question, Nasha and her companions looked at each other in surprise as they did not hear any voices.
Zhao Yao frowned. He heard soft muttering voices beside his ears as though soone was whispering him to him. When he listened intently, he could not make out the words.
Zhao Yao recalled Olivia’s figure. Before she died, she said she could hear voices by her ears.
Zhao Yao’s eyes widened as the voice beca clearer.
"Zhao Yao... Zhao Yao..."
"Zhao Yao! Zhao Yao!"
Zhao Yao turned his head and saw Matcha sprawled on his shoulders. Matcha said pitifully, "Zhao Yao, you have to avenge ! Caesar’s bullying daily because his wife and daughter are powerful!"
Zhao Yao slapped Matcha’s head and it exploded in mid-air. Zhao Yao listened intently but could not hear any voices.
Nasha and her companions were terrified by what they saw. "He’s that vicious towards his own cat? That’s admirable!"
Though they were Cat Revolution Society mbers, they were used to being treated badly by the supercats. When they saw Zhao Yao being vicious towards the supercat, they were in awe of him.
Matcha ran over to him after being revived in Closers World. He hugged Zhao Yao’s thigh and cried, "Zhao Yao! Zhao Yao! I was beaten because of you!"
"Didn’t you say that I could beat up anyone during Ti Freeze?"
"I beat up Caesar to reduce the cooling down period! He asked Elizabeth and Diana to beat up!"
"I awoke to find my carpet being urinated on!"
"I found cat litter in my als!"
"My wifi is shut off when I play gas!"
Zhao Yao caressed Matcha’s head as he thought and said, "Enough, I understand. Hmm... follow ."
Zhao Yao left Closers World with Matcha and they returned to the material realm.
Half an hour later, in the Wechat group, Matcha added everyone and uploaded a photograph.
"See my latest toy."
Elizabeth was the first one to poke fun at Matcha. "That cat stick is broken! The fur’s shedding."
Diana teased him and said, "Silly Matcha, still playing with a cat stick at your age?"
Fish Ball could not resist saying, "A broken cat stick and you’re adding everyone?"
Matcha said, "This is not a cat stick. Take a careful look."
All the cats saw an enlarged photograph that showed the words "Empowered with Zhao Yao’s authority" engraved on the cat stick.
Matcha said, "This is a gift from Zhao Yao. With the Cat Beating Stick in hand, I can beat evil cats and whip bad dogs. During Ti Freeze, whoever’s being beaten by this Cat Beating Stick, it’s as if Zhao Yao was beating the cat personally. Who dares retaliate against ? @Caesar."
Old Cat said, "Let’s see who dares to retaliate!"
The entire cat nation went into fear mode and small groups of chatter manifested.
Elizabeth said, "Zhao Yao’s old and foolish. He’s an incompetent ruler!"
Dust Ball said, "Exactly, if we see Matcha preying on innocent cats, do we just stand by?"
Lightning said, "Roly Poly, what do you say? Our Pallas cat nation will support you if you deal with Matcha."
Cannon said, "There are only a few Pallas cats on the plain as all the rest have gone into the cities to work. There’s no more Pallas cat nation! Roly Poly, do whatever you need to do. We support you."
Roly Poly said, "Hehe, all of you have flattered . I’m not Matcha’s match."
Project X looked at Roly Poly typing the words and he said, "Roly Poly..."
"Call Roly God." Roly Poly squeezed his paw and said, "I feel that I’ve gotten stronger these past two days and the speed of my invisibility has beco faster too..."
Project X asked doubtfully, "Really?"
Roly Poly said, "You don’t understand. After drinking Zhao Yao’s blood, our superpowers go through a shocking improvent. I can feel it in my stomach. I’m getting stronger every second..."
Roly Roly quivered his ears and said, "Take a look. I discovered I could make an ear stand up while the other drops. This proves that I can control my body better..."
Project X said, "Roly Poly, I feel that..."
Roly Poly said, "Call Roly God!"
Project X said, "Hmm... Roly Poly... His ego’s inflating again..."
Matcha looked pleased at the negative reaction in the Wechat group. He took up the Cat Beating Stick and swung it around. He felt good about himself.
Latte stood by the side and looked enviously at the Cat Beating Stick as he said, "Father, could I touch the Cat Beating Stick?"
"No." Matcha rejected his request and said, "This Cat Beating Stick can be used to beat both cats and dogs and it had accumulated quite a bit of grievances from the victims. Due to its mystical nature, not everyone can touch it."
Seeing the disappointed expression of Latte, Matcha pointed to a bowl and said, "See, that’s the canned salmon from the Norwegian cat. It’s delicious and I’m giving it to you."
Latte was disappointed but he went for the canned salmon. After a bite, he was surprised and shouted as he ate, "Where did the canned salmon co from? It’s delicious!"
Matcha laughed and said, "Silly kid, that’s not salmon. That’s canned cat at."
Latte was dumbstruck.
Latte opened his eyes widely and he started tearing up. He ate and cried, "Waaah... Why is cat at so delicious? Waaaaah..." Latte beca sadder as he ate and the sadder he beca, the more he ate.
Milk Tea could not help saying, "Don’t cry Latte, Brother Matcha was fooling you. That’s salmon, not cat at. Read the English words. Didn’t I teach you yesterday?"
Latte perked up and ate faster. "It’s delicious! Thank goodness it’s not cat at! Dad, why did you lie to ?"
Matcha swung his Cat Beating Stick. "Humph, if you could understand why easily, would I be still be Matcha?"
Milk Tea looked at the arrogant Matcha swinging his stick and said, "About this stick, I’m... no, Brother Matcha, you weren’t diplomatic in the WeChat group. Everyone’s offended..."
"Humph! What’s there to be afraid of? The Cat Beating Stick is in my hands! I’ll beat whoever opposes !" Matcha looked at Milk Tea and said, "Milk Tea, hehe, you’re the school’s captain. Do you think you’re qualified to lecture ?"
Milk Tea said helplessly, "Brother Matcha, I told you I’m running this sester. I’ll support you for the post next sester."
