Sebastian walked into a huge building as if it were his own house.
According to his sources, this was the Jianghai governnt’s supercats managent office.
He walked to the counter where the lady at the desk greeted him politely and asked, "Hi Sir, how can I help you?"
Awareness Distortion activated. Not long after, Sebastian arrived in front of a hidden elevator under the lady’s directions.
Security guards, police and office staff.
Sebastian controlled all the defense personnel and office staff he passed by, turning them on his side.
"The defense over here in China is too weak."
He went up to the highest level of the building as if he was walking around his own house. At this point, there were more than a hundred people following behind Sebastian.
Sebastian pushed open the doors to the office on the highest floor as his followers trailed behind him in a single file.
However, he saw that behind the office desk, the office chair slowly turned, revealing Zhao Yao before him. "Actually, you don’t have to try so hard to find . You could have just sent a ssage on Weibo."
Sebastian laughed, "I was wondering how I could co up so easily. Turns out you were waiting for here all along." As he said that, his face imdiately turned serious. He said to Zhao Yao, "Return all your supercats to and I will spare your life and let you live as a commoner."
"Ah?" Zhao Yao rubbed his head as he said, "You look like a decent kid. Why do you sound like a fool when you speak?"
Sebastian’s gaze imdiately turned murderous as he glared at Zhao Yao. "You asked for it." He imdiately activated his power of Awareness Distortion to completely control Zhao Yao.
Zhao Yao glanced at the Level 15 label on top of his head and easily deflected his attack. "Tell , where did your ability co from?"
"It’s useless? That’s impossible." Sebastian was slightly stunned by how Zhao Yao seed totally unaffected. The next mont, he decided to activate his powers at full force.
If it was a normal person, or even an average apostle, entering the other party’s Awareness and controlling it would be as easy as entering a room for him.
However, Zhao Yao was like a safe vault. He could not break in to his Awareness no matter how hard he tried.
"Looks like you still don’t really understand..."
Zhao Yao stroked his brow as he continued, "The gap between us..."
As he said that, the crowd that had followed behind Sebastian dispersed in an instance. They had completely broken out of his control.
"What?" Sebastian turned and saw what had just happened and was dumbfounded. "You broke through my ability? Sothing’s wrong..." He tried to control the crowd again but realized that they were being controlled by an even stronger force.
Sebastian turned and looked at Zhao Yao as he asked, "Your ability..."
"Ah, you an Awareness Distortion? Or Awareness alone? It’s the sa ability as yours, just that mine is of a higher level." Zhao Yao shrugged his shoulders and said, "It’s like the difference between monkeys and humans."
"Monkeys and humans?" Sebastian stared at Zhao Yao indignantly. Just as he was about to activate his powers again, his body froze as he imdiately succumbed to Zhao Yao’s control.
"He can even... control ."
He always thought he had awakened with the most unique ability in the world that could easily wipe out all the apostles he t. That was until he t Zhao Yao now, who easily broke through his ability and even beat him with a stronger and much more powerful ability.
Sebastian’s confidence was completely shattered at this mont. He stood on the spot like he had lost his soul and stopped answering Zhao Yao’s questions.
However, no matter how Zhao Yao controlled him, he could not get any information out of Sebastian as he simply knew nothing of the sort.
"Then there’s only one person left." Zhao Yao turned towards a governnt official who was slowly backing away. He glanced at the Level 18 label on top of his head and asked, "Are you planning to leave just like that?"
The officer looked at Zhao Yao blankly and asked, "What’s wrong, Mr Zhao Yao? I don’t understand what you an."
Zhao Yao pointed to his own head and said, "Stop acting. You stand out like a red na in my eyes. Sit down obediently. Don’t force to kill soone."
The next mont, the staff mber suddenly collapsed on the floor as he lost his Awareness. However, Zhao Yao could feel a surge of Awareness flying out of the man’s body.
"Trying to escape?"
With a wave of his hand, the dinsion portal swallowed Sebastian whole. Zhao Yao’s body disappeared in a flash as he chased after the Awareness that had fled.
When Zhao Yao returned to the physical world in pursuit of the fleeing Awareness, he realized he had arrived in a pet shop.
A muscular Russian man stood beside the table quietly as he stared at him. Zhao Yao stared at the Level 18 above his head and recognized the other party as the Awareness that had fled from him.
Next, he saw a young, average-looking Asian man sitting on a chair beside him. The young man’s long hair was all over his face but he did not seem to care, and focused on reading the book in his hand.
All around him, there were nurous normal cats that were lying down, flipping, walking and even running around. There was even a cat that was sleeping soundly in his arms.
"Did he lure here on purpose? Is he trying to ambush ? Doesn’t look like it..." Zhao Yao glanced at the book. The title of the book on the cover was "Three Forms". He glanced at the top of the Asian man’s head and thought to himself, "Level 59? If I strike first, I should be able to finish him off quickly."
His power of Awareness rippled out slowly as he started to activate Dinsion Seal.
The long-haired youth did not seem to notice anything. After reading the book for a while more, he looked up and said to Zhao Yao, "Zhao Yao, have you ever thought about a scenario where you would run into aliens?"
Zhao Yao paused for a mont and thought, "What is this guy trying to say?"
Seeing how Zhao Yao did not respond, the long-haired youth continued, "Think about this scenario."
"One day, a bunch of aliens suddenly ca to Earth."
"As the power of aliens far surpassed that of humans, they easily defeated the human armies and ruled over Earth."
"Humans beca like dogs, pigs, cows and sheep, and were treated just like any other animal by the aliens. From being at the pinnacle of society, humans were banished to the level of existence of pigs and sheep."
"You guys would be raised as pets, slaughtered, even eaten like beef or mutton. So would be played around with as if they were the cats and dogs now. So would be tortured like lab rats."
"Of course, so humans would be adored by aliens and pampered while they were locked up in their cages by their alien masters. Conversely, there would also be so aliens who do not like little pets and would abuse them like how cats and dogs are being abused in society now, dismbering them, drowning them, grilling them and even being thrown out into the vast universe..."
"The position of humans and cats would be completely reversed."
The young man closed the "Three Forms" book and looked up at Zhao Yao, "Think about such a scenario. Would you feel scared?"
