Both Wheatley and her father were shocked when they heard Zhao Yao’s words.
The black cat stared at Zhao Yao and asked, "Are you sure you want to borrow my ability? You are not my cat slave. Even if I lend it to you, it will only be for a short while. The black cat nodded. It was as if it was not his first ti seeing a human who worshipped the power of Awareness. He just said, "I can gift you with my power for a short while. As for your first request..."
The black cat asked curiously, "What skill do you want to learn?"
Zhao Yao thought about it for a while. The Awareness country skill was definitely out of the question for him. It would obviously reveal his ambition and invite suspicion from the cats.
"According to Tom, the Awareness country skill is also one of the highest level grey skills in the Short Fur Tribe. In that case..."
Zhao Yao looked at the black cat and said, "I want to learn a grey skill."

The black cat’s eyes were half-closed from being rubbed continuously. His words staggered as he said, "Wheatley, it’s not that I don’t want to let him learn. There are rules up there. Grey level skills are not ant to be learnt by just anyone in the first place. Every grey level skill is developed and created from the hard work and effort of each generation of great supercats. Grey level skills are so magnificent they have the power to control hundreds of millions of living souls, change entire civilizations and their histories. How can it be passed to a re cat slave?"
The black cat stared at Zhao Yao and said, "Guang Yu, I cannot teach you a grey skill. If you really want to learn, I can try to think of a way to teach you a black skill instead."
Zhao Yao knew he could not force the cat, so he nodded and agreed. "A black skill is fine too. But can I learn the Dinsion Seal skill?"
Zhao Yao had been coveting that skill ever since he saw Black Cloud use it. If he could learn this skill, it would greatly improve the quality of his battle prowess.
The black cat smiled as he shook his head. "Dinsion Seal? That’s a battle skill."
Wheatley rubbed the black cat frantically as she shouted, "Dad!"
The black cat conceded. "Okay, okay. I’ll think of a way to do that. Wait for more information from ."
The black cat proceeded to let Zhao Yao co forward to receive his ability.
"It will only be for a short while, alright? I will retract my powers once you’ve experienced it."
As the black cat said that, he pressed his cat paw on Zhao Yao’s chest. Within monts, a strong surge of Awareness was transferred from the black cat’s body to that of Zhao Yao’s. In fact, it was actually transferred to the Cat Prince Costu.
Zhao Yao removed Wheatley’s ability from the costu so that it could accept the black cat’s abilities.
He smiled excitedly when he saw that a new Level 49 Awareness Distortion ability had appeared in the Cat Prince Costu.
"In this way, I can directly use a Level 49 power of Awareness. Combined with other superpowers, my battle prowess will reach a whole new level of greatness."
"However, this Level 49 ability cos from Wheatley’s father. I can’t upgrade it or use its associated skills. I still have to rely on my own cats to beco stronger."
Although he managed to borrow a Level 49 superpower, Zhao Yao understood that it was more for bullying those below Level 49. He might not actually be able to defeat the supercats that had mastered various skills on top of the power of Awareness, even if they were a few levels below Level 49.
On the other hand, the black cat that was lending Zhao Yao his powers stared at Zhao Yao in astonishnt as he remarked, "You could actually absorb so much power? You could absorb a lot of Wheatley’s power previously too right? Does this an that you have an especially strong compatibility with our family of cats?"
When she saw the black cat’s expression change, Wheatley imdiately rubbed the black cat’s face hard and said, "Dad, don’t you dare think of taking Guang Yu. He is my cat slave! I am going to sleep with him!"
The mont the black cat heard that, he whipped his head around and glared at Zhao Yao murderously.
This was Wheatley’s first reincarnation and her first ti being a human girl. She did not know the boundaries between man and woman, but her father was very clear about them.
Stroking a cat was fine, but cuddling with a human as cat in a human girl form? Or be cuddled? The thought of that was perverted enough.
He glared at Zhao Yao viciously as he said to Wheatley, "Wheatley, you’re not allowed to sleep with humans from now on. Do you understand?"
"Huh? Why is that?"
"There’s no why! It’s just not allowed." After his command, the black cat gave Zhao Yao a stern look of warning before his body faded into the air. A voice rang out in the air that said, "I lent you my ability. You can try it out for a while, after which I will take it back. The Dinsion Seal is also not a skill that any cat slave can learn. I will think of a way for you. I’ll get back to you again."
As he watched the black cat disappear in the air, Zhao Yao had no choice but to direct his next question to Wheatley. He asked, "Wheatley, what are we going to do about Ya Xing?"
The apostles that ambushed the palace and held Wheatley captive had the help of Ya Xing’s apostles as well. Zhao Yao had already suspected that Ya Xing was also being controlled by the Cat Hunters. Now that Wheatley’s father left, he could only ask Wheatley about it.
Wheatley shook her head. "Dad went to check out Ya Xing already. Ya Xing and his cat slaves and have disappeared." As she said that, Wheatley’s face beca worried. "They may have been taken away by the Cat Hunters. Dad is worried that the Cat Hunters will co for again. He said he will send a cat slave over to protect ."
Zhao Yao nodded. He only asked about Ya Xing casually, but the biggest problem for him was still learning new skills. He did not expect the Short Fur Tribe to be so strictly guarded around the learning of new skills. Grey skills were totally banned from being passed on to humans. Learning a black skill would be subject to Wheatley’s father’s approval. This ant that there were many obstacles ahead for him if he wanted to learn new skills.

For the next few days, Zhao Yao showed up in the Frosted Teeth City every day to tell Wheatley so stories and wait for news from Wheatley’s father. Most of his remaining ti was spent on Earth, where he connected to Closers World to upgrade the evolution progress of his own supercats.
After all, to increase the evolution progress through Closers World, Zhao Yao has to physically enter the ga. Hence, he spent most of his ti everyday staying in Closers World.
Since he could not upgrade Closers World itself, the other fastest way for Zhao Yao to beco stronger was to upgrade his remaining supercats to Level 25.
After a week, Zhao Yao was able to upgrade his evolution progress imnsely due to the presence of 30 million players being online in the ga. At last, he was able to upgrade Matcha to Level 25.
Level 25 Matcha had his cooling down period for Ti Distortion revival reduced to 165 minutes.
The speeding effect of Boiling Point also increased by 25 tis.
Zhao Yao’s capability in the physical world had reached another peak.
"The next cat..." After Matcha reached Level 25, it was ti to upgrade a different cat. Zhao Yao glanced around before he set his sight on Elizabeth.
