Was what my eyes inform of that this eye is, basically from this information alone, I could instantly tell one of two scenarios that played out.

And like that the giant bright sphere of beautiful lights, shrinks down into a small marble size sphere, as it flew and sinks into my right arm, and instantly devoured it whole like a black hole.
Not even leaving behind my blood, but amazingly my arm instantly heal back, despite not using magic, my guess is Lilith did sothing out of the ordinary again.
However, the small light sphere quickly turns black as it began to regrow at a rapid rate, to the point it grew to the size of a beach ball in a matter of seconds.
It then began to float in the air, till eventually, several giant pink eyes appear all over its sphere-like body, although when I look at those eyes, they remind of mine.
But in no ti all of those eyes began to cry blood and began to tremble as if the sphere was in pain, and then the most disturbing part happen.
The upper eyes on top of the sphere, suddenly grow a vagina as it Iris, and it opens up right away as the head began to crown from it, and when I look It, it was an identical body to Necroma, the only difference was that her skin was now black, with weird red circuits all over her body, while on her head was two red horns that look like red crystals, curving sideways.
It would appear that Lilith made a womb, from energy, and my flesh to make a vessel to recreate her as she speed up the birthing process using energy or magic.
But after the weird Sphere pushes her out like a pregnant mother in labor, Necroma erges a little different, how different well, she had a child-like body with big boobs, although her face remained the sa, in short, she shrank down into a boob loli, although her hair was now neon pink, and straight.
And when she was born, the womb creature suddenly turn to dust and disappear from this world.
