This morning Ellena looks very cheerful. Luckily, the Jakarta-Bandung trip was taken using a private jet, so she wasn't too tired and was able to wake up full of enthusiasm. The reason is today she will start being active in the cake shop, after being left all day yesterday when it was just inaugurated.

Ellena stepped into the dining room after she finished changing. Her appearance is very simple, unlike office employees who mostly wear work suits. She only wore navy long pants and a long blue shirt. Don't forget the brown sling bag and white sneakers that complete the look.

"Good morning, Honey," said Lucas, who had been sitting in the dining chair with Martin.

"Good morning." Ellena replied as she stood beside Lucas, then looked back. "Good morning, Ma'am!" She greeted her mother who was helping Joana in the kitchen.

"Good morning, My daughter." Briana returned her daughter's greeting without stopping the cleaning of the table.

"Ma'am, stop, please! Don't keep working. Let Joana do the work!" asked Ellena who was always worried about her mother if it drained too much energy. She knew very well what condition Briana was in now, who was easily exhausted.

"Just a little more, Elle." Briana answered unconcerned with her daughter's request.

"Ma'am just like you!" Lucas said that suddenly made Ellena divert her attention.

"What do you an?" Ellena slightly widened her gaze at Lucas.

"Equally hard to commorate!" Lucas responded emphatically.

Ellena just pursed her lips and didn't intend to respond, then returned her focus to her mother who seed to have walked over to them.

"Co on, let's have breakfast, Ma'am!" take Elena.

"Okay." Briana smiled crookedly, then sat down next to Martin. Even with Ellena who also sat opposite them.

"I'll get you breakfast," said Ellena, "What do you want for breakfast?" She asked, casting glances at the three of them in turn, just to be sure.

Ellena also prepared breakfast as requested by the three of them. Both mother, younger brother and husband, she prepared breakfast for them and it was always like that.

"Sis, may I co with you to the cake shop?" asked Martin in the middle of their breakfast.

Ellena, who had just taken a bite of her bread, suddenly looked up at Martin. "Yes." She replied.

"No!" However, at the sa ti, Lucas refused Martin's request, diverting the three of them.

"Why?" asked Ellena and Martin in unison.

"Soon you will be taking the selection exam. Take your ti to study. Don't be lazy and do nothing important!" Lucas firmly warned his brother-in-law.

It suddenly managed to make Martin a little annoyed. Yes, how not? He felt Lucas was too controlling his life. He who was previously free to do whatever he wanted, why now it was the opposite after he got to know the figure of a brother-in-law who was like a dictator to him.

"I told you, I'm not going there!" Martin insisted again refusing to study abroad, according to Lucas' plan. The bread he was holding in his hand imdiately fell onto the plate.

Their breakfast activities stopped, including Ellena and her mother. The two of them seed to turn their attention to Martin who was already wearing an angry expression while looking at Lucas.

"Martin, speak politely to your brother!" Briana said advising her son.

Martin imdiately glanced at his mother. "But he always pisses off and doesn't understand what I want, Ma'am." Martin whined in annoyance.

Lucas snorted. He was really confused to face Martin who never agreed with this one plan. "I just do what's best for you." He said later.

"But you don't have to force like that, do you?" Martin protested. Of course he feels uncomfortable if his life is too much regulated by other people, even if it's his own brother-in-law.

"I'm going to college, but in Indonesia so that I can still take care of Ma'am," added Martin as he grabbed and took another bite of the half remaining bread.

"You don't believe ?" Lucas looked at Martin questioningly. "I will look after your mother and sister here until you return to Indonesia." He said trying to give Martin so understanding.

"Isn't your marriage just ...." Martin didn't continue, as he rembered that his mother was there who didn't know anything about the marriage agreent.

"You don't have to worry. Trust with everything!" Lucas imdiately tried to interrupt Martin's words, deliberately trying to distract his mother. Of course he knew what Martin was going to say about their marriage. Luckily Martin did not forget to maintain the confidentiality.

"Never mind, Son. You just obey your brother-in-law's request!" Briana said again trying to advise her son.

"But, Na'am—"

"Besides, didn't you always want to go to high school?" Ellena reminded him.

"That used to be, Sis. My hope was when I was still in elentary school. Now it's different again. I only want one thing, which is to work for money, to make you and Ma'am happy." Martin explained.

"Yes, I have. Now that the opportunity is there, why should you waste it, Martin?" Ellena protested, "You don't have to worry. Ma'am and I will be fine here."

"Martin chuckles annoyed. "You're just like him! Why did you turn annoying after marrying him, huh?"

"Hsh!" Briana interrupted Martin's words.

"Ma'am ... you don't want to stay away from , do you?" Again Martin whined asking for defense from his mother.

"Yes." Instantly Martin grinned happily, as his mother answered. "But if it's for your good, Mother will definitely support your brother-in-law." She added, which suddenly retracted the happy grin on Martin's face.

Martin looked down languidly. Of course there wasn't much he could do, if his mother had agreed to Lucas' plan. It was useless to refuse, he would never succeed against that man. Irritating!

"After you graduate from college, you're free to do whatever you want." Lucas said, to which Martin didn't respond at all.

They then resud their breakfast activities. Only a few minutes later, they were done. Ellena and her mother imdiately cleaned up the dirty plates and glasses, taking them to the kitchen. It's their habit. They even forgot that Joana was there, to do such a small thing.

"You don't have to worry about them. Your mother and sister will be fine with . Forget about the agreent!" Lucas whispered emphatically, after his wife and mother-in-law left before him.

"What do you an?" Martin looked questioningly. Did that an there was no longer an agreent between Lucas and his sister?

"You don't want to hurt your sister, do you?" Lucas seed to confirm first before continuing his speech. "I'll do it. Not for you, but for and your sister." He added confidently.

"What for?" Martin put on a curious expression and leaned slightly.

"According to you?" Lucas asked back, suddenly making Martin chuckle again.

"Are you sure?" Martin asked making sure as if he knew the aning behind Lucas' words.

"Yes of course."

"Thank you, Lucas." Ellena said as she opened the car door, after Lucas parked the car in front of the cake shop.

"Work properly. If you're tired, don't push yourself too hard!" Lucas reminded her.

Ellena turned to the side, smiling at Lucas who was also looking at her. "Don't worry, Lucas. I'm not a kid anymore. You go and be careful on the road!" She said before she decided to get out of the car.

"Wait!"

Ellena was forced to refuse to go down, when her husband managed to restrain her.

"Don't you want to kiss your husband's hand before you leave?" Lucas' question managed to make Ellena slightly dumbfounded.

Kissing Lucas' hand? Should Ellena do that before work? Lucas was indeed her husband, but wasn't he just a temporary husband? Did she really have to do that, be respectful to her contract husband?

Ellena was confused. She doesn't know how to respond to Lucas' question this ti. Clumsy? Of course. Ah, even Lucas is not like her husband. However, that was the reality and she had to respect the man like a real husband.

Not wanting to argue, Ellena decided to comply with Lucas' request. Lucky it was just a hand kiss, nothing else Lucas asked for.

Ellena held out her right hand with a bit of hesitation and it was imdiately grabbed by Lucas. After that she imdiately lowered her head and kissed Lucas' hand.

This suddenly made Lucas smile. 'Finally I can raise Ellena as a good wife." He thought while holding back a laugh.

"Excus, Lucas. You go, you'll be late." Ellena whispered as she straightened her head and looked at Lucas.

"Do that every ti you go without !" Lucas warned.

"Yes." Ellena answered curtly, then got out of the car after her husband gave her permission.

As soon as she arrived at the cake shop, Ellena imdiately busied herself with preparing so cake ingredients to be executed today.

Considering that the stock of cakes is very limited, today she plans to increase the production of cakes using her own hands, assisted by so of her employees.

Ellena doesn't have a Pastry Chef, so she has to do the baking herself because she's the one who specializes in that field.

If she intends, maybe she can just open a job vacancy that focuses on that field. However, for the ti being she had no intention of doing that. I don't know if later the shop is really full of visitors and she can no longer handle it herself. Maybe she will soon find the needed Pastry Chef.

Ellena spent more than five hours making various kinds of cakes. I don't know if her employees don't help her, maybe she will spend even more ti.

This ti Ellena made so tarts and cup cakes with different types and flavors. Ellena arranged for her employees to store and arrange the cakes in the display case so that visitors could see them in person.

The cake shop had only been open for three days, but it was already very busy with visitors. Even Ellena and her employees were quite overwheld with the custors.

"Miss, I want the cake. Can you prepare it for ?"

Soone's voice managed to make Ellena who was busy helping to arrange the cake, suddenly looked up.

"Yes, of course ....."
