Feiyi’s son’s formal na was Gao Zhiyin, but everyone called him Duoduo. Duoduo had a hearty appetite, and Li Manzi’s milk was simply not enough to satisfy him, so he often needed additional milk to be full.

Li Manzi was quite frustrated, too; this was her second child, yet her milk supply was even less than before, not enough for the baby’s needs.

Adding to Li Manzi’s distress was that despite all the nourishing she was doing in her confinent period, she had put on a lot of weight. When she saw her own figure, Li Manzi couldn’t help but wail in dismay.

Once the baby had reached his one-month milestone, everyone, except for Feiyue and Shitou who were abroad, returned.

Duoduo, blessed with a good appetite, grew strong and chubby, with plump arms and legs and a round, cuddly face that was utterly adorable.

Feiyue, Ye Jia, and Shitou took turns video calling to see Duoduo. Unable to return, they resorted to keeping up with Duoduo through videos and photos.

Nevertheless, to help Li Manzi recover, Feiyi insisted she complete a two-month confinent, which really wore her down.

Two months later, Li Manzi resud work. Since she didn’t produce much milk, Li Manzi could only feed Duoduo once in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Gao Jiaxing and Xia Xiao cared for him the rest of the ti, which ant Duoduo mostly consud formula.

This ti, Xia Xiao and Gao Jiaxing skipped their travels; they had nearly covered the whole of China dostically. Besides, with a new grandson to dote on, they spent every day revolving around the little one.

With all the other grandchildren studying away from ho—Beibei and Xiaoshu were in university, and Shitou was pursuing a PhD—Duoduo brought great joy to Xia Xiao and Gao Jiaxing.

Feiling’s children, Yangyang, Liangliang, and Xinxin, lived nearby and often ca to play. They preferred their maternal grandparents’ ho over their paternal grandmother’s.

However, Jing Chengyuan, the daughter of Jing Hao and Wen Shufei, felt a particular fondness for her older cousins. If Yangyang, Liangliang, and Xinxin didn’t visit her, she would often go to play with them and sotis stayed at the Gao family’s ho.

Wen Shufei was currently very career-driven and didn’t have much ti for her daughter. However, if Jing Chengyuan’s grades slipped, she was sure to get lectured. Beyond school, Wen Shufei had also enrolled Jing Chengyuan in various hobby classes.

Calligraphy, painting, piano, guzheng, dance, music...

Jing Chengyuan was pushed to learn all these things every day and would rush to play with her cousins whenever she got the chance.

Although Yangyang, Liangliang, and Xinxin had never had their IQ tested, the siblings all had good grades and learned with ease, which even left them ti to play.

They would visit Tianyu International or go on set to observe filming, act in television shows, or write scripts for novels. Despite being young, they showed a keen interest in these activities.

Especially Yangyang, who at fourteen, had started writing online novels, delving into the mystery and detective genre. While his work still showed room for improvent—the first one was sowhat immature—the second showed clear progress and had even attracted interest for its rights.

Yangyang didn’t tell his family until a publishing company approached them, hoping to purchase the rights to his second mystery novel; that’s when Jing Yao and Feiling found out.

Since he was a minor, his guardians had to sign off on the contract. At the ti, Feiling didn’t think much of it; she thought it was good for her child to have fun and didn’t pay much attention, not expecting the child to produce anything significant.

But to their surprise, Yangyang’s writing was quite good, making his parents incredibly proud.

Liangliang, stimulated by his brother, thought daily about how to make money, and naturally, his thoughts turned to gaming. Although aware that Yangyang wrote novels, whether they were good or not was one thing; Yangyang was already making money, while Liangliang was not.

Liangliang’s favorite pasti, however, was playing video gas. Gaming was a shared passion among Yangyang, Liangliang, and Xinxin, and the siblings often played together in the gaming world.

Once Jing Chengyuan caught a glimpse of the fun, she insisted on joining in. Yangyang, Liangliang, and Xinxin then included Jing Chengyuan in their gas. As one might guess, given Jing Chengyuan was only twelve, she beca sowhat addicted to gaming. When Wen Shufei found out, she beca dissatisfied and even spoke directly to Feiling, hoping that Yangyang, Liangliang, and Xinxin wouldn’t lead Jing Chengyuan astray and affect her studies.

In Wen Shufei’s eyes, Yangyang, Liangliang, and Xinxin were smart but they were not focusing on the right things, and Jing Yao and Feiling weren’t supervising them. Such children, if left unchecked, what could they beco?

As a result, Yangyang, Liangliang, and Xinxin stopped taking Jing Chengyuan along to play gas. Jing Chengyuan felt lost for a while, but soon, under the impetus of Wen Shufei’s strong encouragent, she imrsed herself in her studies.

Wen Shufei intended to raise her daughter to be a lady of high society, to marry well in the future, so naturally, she didn’t want her daughter to waste her talents by being frivolous.

After sticking with Shitou, Xiao Shu benefited a great deal. His progress in his studies skyrocketed. Although he didn’t match Shitou’s achievents, his performance in school was outstanding enough to turn heads.

Therefore, Li Manzi hired assistants for her two daughters. Initially, she wanted to share a manager with them, but Huanhuan and Lele both refused.

Although the two sisters had been athletes for a few years and had won nurous awards in various competitions, when it ca to music, they were still newcors.

Moreover, they didn’t want to reveal their relationship with their famous mother just yet, as they were still new to the music industry and didn’t want to lean on her fa.
