Xia Xiao pinched Shitou’s hand again, signaling that she was there. Shitou finally let out a sigh of relief, but Small knife was the one he had signaled for Xiao Shan Yue to pull out, and now he couldn’t put it back.

Xia Xiao knew Shitou best and knew exactly where he hid his Small knife, so she helped him conceal the Small knife close to his body.

anwhile, the kidnappers couldn’t contact the other three people and burst in all at once, dragging Shitou and Xiao Shan Yue out. Xia Xiao hurriedly followed them.

She saw them board the stretched vehicle, and Xia Xiao went straight through the space, the car instantly rushing out of the villa and quickly leaving.

They were heading to the docks to gather, and Xia Xiao heard them making calls, saying they couldn’t get in touch with Houzi and the others, who might have been caught, and told the others to hurry and change the departure ti.

So, they were racing over to et up, speeding along the road, which was tense and frightening for Xia Xiao.

Xia Xiao kept sending text ssages to Gao Jiaxing without stopping.

She tried to notice the roadside signs, but the car was going too fast, and she couldn’t see clearly. The Bald kidnapper was speeding on the highway, leaving Xia Xiao anxious, afraid of an accident happening, which was why she stayed close to Shitou all the ti, thinking if the Bald kidnapper had a death wish, she would take Shitou and Xiao Shan Yue into the space at the first sign of trouble.

Hmm, she would have to cover Xiao Shan Yue’s eyes to avoid exposing the space.

An hour, two hours, three hours passed, and the Bald driver was very skilled. He was definitely a racing enthusiast, if not a professional racer.

Finally, Xia Xiao saw a sign clearly and quickly texted Gao Jiaxing. Suddenly, the car turned and entered a secluded path, heading towards a very concealed coastline.

This wasn’t a dock but was a hidden spot. Xia Xiao and the others got off the car and saw, from a distance, a dium-sized boat with three decks that could hold a few hundred people with no problem.

These damn human traffickers, these despicable kidnappers had taken so many kids; how heartbroken their parents and families must be.

Gao Jiaxing’s people hadn’t appeared yet, and the ship was about to leave. Xia Xiao was extrely anxious, wondering if she would have to stand by helplessly as these children were taken out to sea.

It would be easier if they were still in the country, but once transported abroad, the rescue would not be as easy as it is now.

The children’s mouths were all sealed. So were passed out, while others displayed terrified gazes, their eyes swollen from crying.

The ship started to depart, and Xia Xiao felt a heavy heart. How was she to save these people without exposing the space?

At this point, Xia Xiao was in a dilemma. She regretted not helping out earlier, when Shitou cut the ropes, they should’ve dealt with the two kidnappers together, escaped, and then let Gao Jiaxing save everyone on the ship.

Xia Xiao sighed deeply, holding Shitou’s hand while contemplating covering the children’s eyes, transporting them all into the space, and then blowing up the ship.

She could stay out of the picture from start to finish as to how these children were saved—it would be a mystery, and no one would suspect her.

Plus, the room was dark, lit only by a dim and dull light, making it hard to see clearly; the children wouldn’t notice her. With that thought, Xia Xiao felt a bit more at ease and went back into the space to prepare so cloth strips for covering the children’s eyes.

Inside the space, Xia Xiao cut a bedsheet into hundreds of strips until her hands ached and then exited the space.

But by then, the ship was already in chaos.

She heard frantic footsteps from the deck above and was instantly overjoyed; help had arrived.

At that mont, Gao Jiaxing and Feiyang, leading the Special Forces, had boarded the ship for the rescue. Initially, they had taken out quite a few with silenced weapons, and now the kidnappers had discovered them, and a gunfight had broken out.

Shitou quickly untied his ropes and freed Xiao Shan Yue with his Small knife.

Shitou hesitated for a mont and didn’t untie the other children. There were too many, and it would be chaos if they were all freed.

Shitou took out his handgun from his backpack, asked Xia Xiao for so bullets for his pocket, and when the door suddenly opened, a kidnapper charged in and was swiftly shot dead by Shitou.

Seeing several young children next to him, Shitou used Small knife to cut their ropes and said, "Take him and move him aside."

The youths, weak but trying hard, dragged the intruding kidnapper aside and closed the door.

Although the light was dim, and it was hard to see clearly, Shitou’s bravery was evident to all and gave hope to the children who were not passed out.

"Go, help them untie, and don’t make a sound, or you’ll attract the kidnappers, and I won’t deal with you," Shitou handed the Small knife to one of the youngsters.

Then, several more kidnappers charged in, intending to use the children as hostages, but as they entered, they were all shot dead by Shitou. His shooting was precise, a bullet to the head each ti, leaving no chance for the kidnappers to retaliate.

After all, with so many children on board, any alive kidnappers posed a danger to everyone.

Xia Xiao didn’t react but kept her eyes on Shitou, with Xiao Shan Yue staying close behind him.

Soon, two more thugs approached, and Shitou dealt with them in the sa way. Xia Xiao stayed inside, unaware of the situation outside.

Shitou was now standing at the doorway, alertly clinging to the doorfra when he heard soone coming again.

As soon as the door opened, Shitou aid with his gun. "Don’t move."

It was the Bald kidnapper, wounded with bullet holes and looking in bad shape. But he ignored Shitou’s command, and with a slight movent, Shitou shot him, breaking the Bald kidnapper’s spine.

The Bald kidnapper turned around, staring widely at Shitou, and received another bullet from Shitou to his heart, collapsing with disbelief on his face.

"It should be here."

A voice called out, and another person reached the door. Shitou pointed his gun, "Don’t move." But he, too, saw a gun aid at him. As Shitou recognized him, he laughed heh, "Dad, it’s you."

"You little rascal, you’ve got guts," Feiyang sighed in relief. Then glanced at the children in the compartnt and ordered his n, "Rescue these people."

With that, Feiyang embraced Shitou and kissed him fiercely on the face. "That’s my son."

Seeing this, Xia Xiao smiled softly. How wonderful.
