The non-human form of the Desert Hunter, that Andrew had encountered before, was Ivan’s "Little Ha".
Having left the Wildfire Territory for so long, Andrew occasionally thought of that giant husky-like dog and missed it quite a bit.
However, even Little Ha vastly differed in essence compared to the Black Whale in front of him.
The Desert Hunter, once the "Earth Fire Curse" within is lifted, becos a truly complete "Deep Blue Guard". A Deep Blue Guard is a genuinely complete Water Elent Warrior, corresponding to the Warm Fire Elent’s Crimson Knight, Earth-Fire Elent’s Fla Warrior, and the Ice Elent’s Frost Guard of the Royal Court.
Little Ha’s aura was almost indistinguishable from an ordinary Desert Hunter’s. But there was still quite a way to go before truly becoming a "Deep Blue Guard". It might never beco a Deep Blue Guard like its master, Ivan.
After lifting the "Earth Fire Curse", Ivan beca a Deep Blue Guard, but if you feel carefully, you can still sense the damage caused by the Earth Fire Curse in his body.
The Black Whale in front of him had an aura that far exceeded Little Ha’s and was purer than Ivan’s.
It seed as if it had never been cursed and didn’t even carry the slightest hint of once being tainted by the Earth Fire Curse.
"How does a being like this co into existence?" Andrew couldn’t help but wonder.
At the sa ti, he naturally felt a sense of closeness.
Just as he was thinking about how to convey a ssage to the other party, identifying himself and explaining the purpose of coming to this Outer Battlefield, he heard a voice coming from within the Black Whale’s body: "Don’t co over!" The voice contained urgency and faint pain.
"Hmm?" Andrew tensed, "Sothing seems off?"
He saw the Black Whale tumbling between the clouds, its aura extrely powerful, at least War God level, definitely not weaker than Catherine. Within the Black Whale, there were several powerful Water Mages’ auras.
However, it was precisely this powerful Black Whale Headquarters; its movents rolling among the clouds increasingly seed like it was rolling in pain.
It was being attacked by sothing!
Andrew quickly saw what was attacking the Black Whale.
He saw a huge dark red entity erging from a thick mass of clouds.
Though the Black Whale was already enormous, the body of that dark red giant was several tis larger than the Black Whale.
It was a giant creature resembling a crab, and the foam it spewed was clouds, producing a terrifying sensation that made Andrew’s scalp tingle and his hair stand on end just by watching through the "Whale’s Eye" from afar!
If the Black Whale felt like an enhanced non-human version of a Deep Blue Guard, hiding a large number of Water Mages inside.
Then this giant red crab felt like a colossal Desolate Beast!
Back in the Inner Sea Desert, Andrew comprehended "Enchanting Finger", performing Magic Dance to exorcise countless Desolate Beasts, turning them back into Fla Warriors, allowing them to live their remaining ti in this world as normal humans.
Yet regarding the terrifyingly majestic red crab standing before him, Andrew only felt fear. That purest and strongest fear, making his limbs go weak involuntarily.
"What on earth is this thing?!" Andrew was shocked at heart, "A Desolate Beast? How could there be such a form of Desolate Beast?! And didn’t the Magic Guild’s new Dragon Transformation Combat Technique already solve the problem of Fla Warriors losing control and turning into Desolate Beasts?"
Countless questions flashed through his mind.
One certainty: This giant crab was stronger than the Black Whale, surpassing the War God level, existing at the sa tier as the three Earth Fire Scholars— the Realm of Magic!
"Aside from the three Earth Fire Scholars, the Magic Guild actually has such a formidable presence of the Realm of Magic hidden in this Outer Battlefield?!"
—Had it not been disconnected from the Fla Realm temporarily upon arriving at this Outer Battlefield, Andrew would’ve wanted to contact Chairman Beiru imdiately to convey this important intelligence!
"Do you still want to resist?" At this mont, a soft female voice sounded from within the giant crab, "There’s no need, no point, this battle that has endured for endless ages has already ended, you’ve lost!"
Desolate Beasts were synonymous with chaos and frenzy, yet the voice emanating from the giant crab was entirely at odds with the colossal beast’s image.
"You vile woman, do you still have the face to speak to ?" The voice from the Black Whale was evidently furious, "If you hadn’t given the location of our sub-tribes to those bastards of the Magic Guild, how could we be so passive... Ah!!"
The monstrous crab clamped down on the giant whale’s body and tail with its two mountain-sized pincers.
Dark waves surrounded the Black Whale, concealed within were countless powerful Water Magic auras, but no matter how it struggled and counterattacked, it seed unable to break free from those massive, vicious crab pincers.
Amid the painful whale cries, whale blood sprayed everywhere in the sky!
"Stop!" Andrew could no longer hold back and was about to step forward to help.
But then rembered that what was projected through the Whale’s Eye was rely a "sight", not "power".
In fact, even if he could really project power or even co in person, he wouldn’t be able to impact a battle of this magnitude.
In such a confrontation, not to ntion Tier Seven, even Tier Nine would struggle to make a difference. Back in the Shield of Flowing Fire, the image of Catherine disguised as a Female Assassin easily suppressing Falk and other Tier Nine experts with an axe spear was still vivid in mory.
"What to do? What to do, what to do?" Watching helplessly as the Black Whale was battered by the monster crab, Andrew felt helpless in wanting to help.
Suddenly, it occurred to him: "Right, the headquarters— which ans the Black Whale— asked Pasha to bring the Whale’s Eye to it because it couldn’t defeat this monster crab and urgently needed support. Perhaps the Whale’s Eye is the key to its victory?"
Andrew had only "seen" the Black Whale through the "Whale’s Eye".
And trying to send the actual Whale’s Eye to the Black Whale via this channel was like trying to leverage oneself up with a pole just to uproot the pole— impossible, as there was no leverage point.
"However, if using the ’Bloodline Series’..." Andrew thought to himself.
Water Magic is a tree-structured magic; the higher the tier, the more classifications there are.
At Tier Seven, there’s a magic series called "Bloodline", specializing in studying magic related to "blood".
Since blood is also water, the "Bloodline Reversal" Andrew used earlier to confirm Pasha’s sister’s life status and location was one form within the "Bloodline Series".
"If I’m not mistaken, the Black Whale and the Whale’s Eye share the sa bloodline!" Andrew realized, "If so, maybe I can use the ’Bloodline Series’ to at least send a strand of the Whale’s Eye’s aura to the Black Whale?"
Andrew, thinking of this, imdiately set to work.
As proved, hanging on a pole cannot uproot it from thin air, but one could still manage to scrape off so debris and throw it into the sky.
Andrew successfully sent a wisp of the Whale’s Eye’s aura over to the Black Whale!
The mont they touched—
The Black Whale’s power aura surged abruptly, heading straight toward the true Realm of Magic. At the sa ti, an exceedingly ancient soul aura within the Black Whale slowly began to awaken.
Like a key, the Whale’s Eye’s aura sent by Andrew seed to have unlocked an ancient soul hidden within the Black Whale.
