A burning piece of floating rock drifted by from space. Then ca the second one.
Looking at the Fla Realm from the vast starry sky, it was a dark red planet throughout, the color unsettling, like a piece of dried, coagulated blood floating in the cosmos.
On the surface of the dark red planet, however, there were three distinct bright blue spots, representing the concentrated water sources.
One was in Warm Fire City.
Another was deep within the Volcanic Range west of the Magic Guild. This bright blue spot was even brighter than the one in Warm Fire City.
The third was at the very center of the Inner Sea Desert, Andrew’s Wildfire Territory.
Andrew didn’t have ti to return to Wildfire Territory before being teleported to the Outer Battlefield.
What he didn’t know was: under An Ya’s managent, Wildfire Territory was no longer the sa as when he left. The water level of the "Lake of the Ocean," originally hidden underground, was continuously rising, turning the once life-forbidden desert into an oasis...
In short, these were the only three blue spots on the vast Fla Realm. The rest were almost entirely a homogeneous lava-like dark red.
However, on one side of the dark red planet, there seed to be a satellite-like existence.
Its size might be only one percent of the Fla Realm, yet it was a completely water-blue planet!
Unlike the dry, scorching Fla Realm, this was a world full of water.
On the vast blue water surface, countless islands of various sizes, filled with strange green vegetation, were scattered.
Whoosh! A figure dashed out from the dense forest beside a body of water, startling flocks of white-haired, black-clawed seagulls nesting in the woods.
The figure leaped a few tis and was out of the island’s range, landing on the undulating water surface, then sprinting forward on the waves.
She was a tall young woman, dressed like a primitive person, simply covering her chest and hips with so kind of animal skin, exposing her strong waist, toned thighs, and long calves.
Her hair was black and slightly curly, but her skin was dazzlingly white in the sunlight-reflecting waves she stirred up herself!
"Haha, little girl, you think you can escape?"
A man’s voice ca from the island behind the woman.
As soon as he finished speaking, the entire island suddenly went up in flas, and besides a few seagulls, all the other animals and vegetation on the island were burned to ashes in an instant, turning the island into a smoking scorched earth on the water’s surface.
A burly man’s figure erged, and with one stomp, he shattered the already scorched island, then rebounded high into the air, landing heavily, blocking the young woman’s path!
The woman had to step back two steps, panting heavily and visibly exhausted.
The man, clearly a Fla Warrior, took a step forward, his eyes unscrupulously scanning the woman’s ample chest, impossibly proportioned waist and hips, and strong thighs, grinning, "Had enough running? A mage, with a ’Magic Turbine’ shattered, how could you outrun us warriors?"
The woman’s eyes sparkled with hatred, but she showed no fear, gritting her teeth, "Where’s my sister? Have you caught her already?"
"Not yet."
The man shook his head with so regret, "She probably ran separately on purpose to buy you ti. But she’s more injured than you, and seeing she couldn’t escape, she actually crashed into a reef and committed suicide. What a pity, such a pity, if we had captured her alive, we could have had so fun before killing her, right?"
"Shut up!" The woman couldn’t bear it anymore, as water-blue light wings appeared around her ankles, accelerating her forward with a sudden dash toward the man.
The man originally intended to provoke her, showing a proud smile on his face, he continued, "As a mage, coming at , a Fla Warrior in close combat, I wonder if there’s sothing wrong with your little brain."
He casually extended a hand, twisted the woman’s arm, and pressed her into the water.
Even as a Water Mage, as long as she remained human, she couldn’t breathe underwater.
The woman struggled desperately, but soon couldn’t hold on.
"So, is this the end for ? Am I... going to die like this?" Her consciousness was already blurring.
"But... but I haven’t completed the ’task’ yet!" she thought hazily, "My sister sacrificed herself to buy ti to send ’that thing’ back, am I just going to be killed here?"
What the woman didn’t know was that, although the Fla Warrior holding her under the water was still exerting force with one hand to hold her firmly underwater, at a certain mont, his gaze turned to the sky, "What’s that?"
A Light Gate appeared out of nowhere without any warning.
Imdiately, a figure seed to be dumped out like trash from the Light Gate.
"What the hell! Are you kidding ?!"
Andrew had considered the possibility of being teleported in mid-air, but never expected the process to be so dizzying!
The Teleportation Gate must have been in disrepair for years; the whole process felt like being tossed around on a roller coaster for hours!
Nearly vomited dumb, you know!!
Suddenly, everything lit up before him; dizzy, Andrew barely had ti to look around, knowing only that he was mid-air, instinctively mobilizing a large amount of Water Magic to form a defensive shield around him, letting gravity take the plunge.
Soon, he heard a "bang," as if he had hit soone.
Andrew firmly believed it was definitely a person because just before the collision, that person shouted, "What the hell! Reinforcent?! Get down here!!"
The mont they collided, a miserable and exceedingly painful scream echoed from the person.
What Andrew didn’t know was that wrapped in blue light, he fell slantingly like a cot, hitting the Fla Warrior who was committing the atrocity.
The Fla Warrior had been fully confident, clenching one fist, intending to shatter Andrew’s blue shield with one blow.
But his own fist, upon collision, shattered inch by inch like porcelain!
The man watched in horror as his fist, wrist, arm, shoulder, chest... shattered and collapsed.
The scream abruptly ceased.
This Fla Warrior, whose strength was not inconsiderable, was smashed to pieces by Andrew’s head-on collision!
With a splash, Andrew then fell into the water.
"Phew, lucky..." Andrew thought to himself, "Though the fall wasn’t too high, if I hadn’t landed in water but on hard ground, I’d probably be injured, if not dead... huh, wait!"
Suddenly, Andrew thought, "This Outer Battlefield actually has water?! I... I originally thought this place, though not as extre as the Fla Realm, was still probably water-scarce!"
His spirits lifted, Andrew used both hands and feet, quickly surfacing from the water.
Before him was a shimring blue, a warm breeze brushing against his face.
A seagull glided past on the wind, and following the bird with his gaze, not far away was an island covered in lush green vegetation! And further away, there seed to be more islands.
"So this is the Outer Battlefield? It doesn’t quite match what I imagined," Andrew murmured in a daze, "Is this really... a battlefield?"
Suddenly, there was a splash!
Not far from him, a figure broke through the water.
Then ca a fit of violent coughing.
The young female mage, who had been pressed underwater by the Fla Warrior that Andrew collided with, finally erged.
"Cough... cough, cough!!" She had been nearly choked to death, and after recovering, she saw that the Fla Warrior was gone, replaced by a strange boy’s face, looking even younger than hers.
The woman, ready to fight for her life after her ordeal, was montarily stunned. Mainly because when she looked at Andrew, she didn’t sense any uncomfortable aura from him, but rather felt vaguely like he was approachable.
"Uh, hello there." Andrew extended a hand from the water in greeting.
The woman looked around in confusion, unable to spot the Fla Warrior who almost killed her. Puzzled and curious, she turned back to Andrew, asking dumbfounded, "Who... who are you?"
