Elental Solidification.
This is not the na of an elental life form.
Instead, it's a Water Magic thod used to enhance the various elental life forms in the "Water Elent Series."
Its effect is quite simple: turning an elental life form that could only exist for a limited ti into an "Elental Puppet" whose existence can be significantly prolonged.
"Although the magic effect is quite straightforward, this 'Elental Solidification' is actually among the most difficult Tier Four magic. You can see this just by looking at the Fire Extinguishing Value required to unlock it."
Andrew's heart surged with excitent, "Summoning an 'Elental Puppet' through 'Elental Solidification' and then pairing it with so crafting techniques of 'Physical cha,' maybe I can really create a true 'Magic Production Line' like I've imagined a few tis before?"
Yes, a Magic Production Line.
This idea, in fact, sprouted a long ti ago.
Simply put, it's about freeing myself from at least six hours of product manufacturing work every day.
Instead, letting special puppet cha take over the production of Snickers, Magic Facial Masks, and other products.
Not only would the production efficiency be higher, but there could also be a massive increase in product output!
In the technological world before I crossed over, scientific technology was the primary productive force.
So, in the current Magic Realm, Magic Technology is naturally the primary productive force here.
The combat power enhancent after breaking through to Tier Four was sothing Andrew couldn't care about at the mont.
Andrew's mind was filled with visions of puppet cha mass-producing magic products efficiently and automatically!
No sooner said than done, Andrew quickly called Ivan in to help.
Using physical puppet cha as the shell.
Using various "Water Elental Life" enhanced with "Elental Solidification" as the core power source.
Using the Enchanting Finger to infuse the many water magic spells he used for making Snickers and other products into the puppet cha.
Finally, with the "Enchanting Finger," attach it to the fingers of the puppet cha, enabling it to autonomously enchant products just like he does.
——Just like that, a rough but complete "prototype" was initially ford.
"Damn, this... this can't be what I think it is, right?"
Ivan's expression changed.
Initially unsure of what Andrew was up to, seeing the prototype gradually taking shape under their hands, Ivan couldn't help but guess sothing.
Andrew answered with actions: starting the prototype, then stepping back, watching the prototype get busy with the pile of magic materials used to make Snickers in front of it.
About fifteen minutes later, a not-so-perfect Snickers was made.
Andrew split it in half, giving one part to Ivan and eating the other himself.
After both tasted it for a mont, they exchanged glances and saw the excitent in each other's eyes.
"The Snickers made by this machine, although not as good as mine, is still a Snickers! It shows that my idea is feasible!" Andrew was overjoyed internally, "As long as the prototype is perfected, it will eventually reach the quality of my handmade ones!"
And once the production line is truly established, by how many tis will the output multiply? How large of a market can it supply, how many people's needs can it et?
And how much more Fire Extinguishing Value could it harvest than now?!"
At this mont, Andrew felt as if he was about to launch a magical industrial revolution in this Fla Realm!
"What makes you so happy?" Barbara ca over.
By this ti, it was already the second day of Andrew taking leave from the high-level etings.
Breaking through to Tier Four didn't take long, but crafting the prototype actually took half a day and an entire night.
At this ti, the sky was just beginning to lighten.
Andrew composed himself and smiled, "There's likely a new breakthrough in our business collaboration. It's great news!"
He handed a list to Ivan, which contained so advanced magic materials needed to craft a truly high-quality Magic Puppet Armor based on the prototype.
Ivan, without wasting ti, took the list and went straight out for procurent.
In Warm Fire City, there are several large trading markets where you can buy whatever you need directly, and there's no need to make requests to the Comrce Association's resource departnt unless there are really rare materials you can't buy on the market.
After Ivan left, Andrew, out of good habit, temporarily adjusted his Magic Power from "normal" to "double mode."
Feeling the significantly more surging Magic Power compared to Tier Three, the key was the sense of being able to summon more Magic Power at any ti, with higher Magic Power output efficiency and noticeably greater explosive power, Andrew was filled with another wave of excitent.
"You seem... different sohow?"
Barbara looked Andrew over from head to toe.
Andrew chuckled, not giving anything away, and asked, "Do you need sothing?"
"Do I have to need sothing to look for you?" Barbara pouted, then pointed outside, "Shall we walk and talk?"
Andrew thought to himself that breaking through to Tier Four was just the beginning. The magic production line would be set up once Ivan bought the necessary materials, and it probably wouldn't take too long.
Once the production line was sorted out, he would be liberated.
Thereafter, regular maintenance and upgrades following his tier advancents would suffice.
As for the combat power boost that Tier Four brought, there was no rush, it could develop gradually.
So he nodded and said, "Hmm, okay."
The sun rose in the east.
The morning sunlight spread across the surface of the lake.
Andrew and Barbara walked side by side along the sandy beach by the lake.
After staying in Warm Fire City for so long, Andrew sotis felt a bit dazed, thinking this was the nature of the Fla Realm. But actually, Warm Fire City was more about what the Fla Realm "should have been," rather than the prevailing state.
"...You ntioned earlier that you were going out with your mom, how did it go? Was there sothing you needed to do?" Andrew asked.
"Oh, it was actually my mom accompanying ." Barbara smiled slightly, "The ashes of the knights who were killed by Humboldt to protect were returned to their families long ago. But I never dared to et the knights' families. My mom accompanied to et them, house by house."
Andrew was taken aback and, after a mont of silence, gently asked, "Are you okay?"
Barbara gave a bitter smile, "I'm still alive, so of course, I'm okay. They, however, are gone, and many of their families... aren't doing well."
Andrew sighed, "I hope the war can end soon, and the Magic Guild's cancer defeated quickly."
Barbara nodded.
The two walked quietly for a while longer.
Andrew spoke again, "So, how are things with your mom now?"
That day when he and Barbara united water and fire, using the "Lullaby on Blue Waves" paired with "Lavender in the Sunlight," made Barbara's mom cry and release her suppressed grief. Barbara then left the hall with her mother, while he quickly went to et with the Comrce Association leaders.
Although they'd been dating off and on during that ti, each encounter wasn't particularly long.
Barbara spent most of her ti accompanying her mother.
Days like today, where she ca to find him early in the morning, hadn't happened in the past ten weeks.
Barbara allowed a faint smile, "Our relationship is much better now, thanks to you. Mom still gets mad at when we talk about my older sister. But... this is already a lot better, isn't it? Compared to being scolded, enduring that cold indifference was harder."
"I see..." Andrew nodded, hesitant to speak further.
Barbara asked, "Do you want to know what happened with that accident back then?"
"May I? You ntioned it was an accident, but never went into details," Andrew said softly, "Of course, if it's not convenient, it's okay."
In the morning light, Barbara lowered her head slightly.
After a mont of silence, she raised her head and began to quietly recount the events from back then—
The Comrce Association lady was a gentle person, much like Lady Yi Lian in the past.
She was also significantly older than Barbara.
To the young Barbara, she often saw her elder sister as half a mother.
She really, really liked her elder sister.
Always liked to cling to her, acting spoiled.
And her sister liked Barbara a lot. Whatever Barbara requested, she would help fulfill.
In fact, Barbara never asked for anything unreasonable, most requests were just childish little wishes.
"But one of those small wishes led to disaster."
Barbara said softly, "That year, my sister and brother-in-law returned from handling affairs in Warm Fire City, and I said I wanted a kind of cake from Qi Lan City, which is a local specialty. My sister said she'd take a slight detour to get it for .
The result was an accident on the way back from Qi Lan City.
My brother-in-law was an expert in making magic scrolls, although not as strong as my sister, he was quite skilled.
That day, one of the magic scrolls he made exploded.
The scroll was entirely made by my brother-in-law, and he never allowed anyone else to handle them when he crafted scrolls. The explosion was powerful, and being so close, and so sudden, my sister, the whole convoy, including my brother-in-law himself, were all killed.
Afterwards, my mom always blad , for making my sister detour to buy that cake for , while also blaming herself for raising my sister to be so gentle and indulging so much. So she distanced herself from and tornted herself as well. Andrew, you wouldn't know, but my mom used to be so gentle and kind, completely unlike how you saw her before."
Andrew listened intently, and hearing this, couldn't help but sigh, gently patting Barbara on the shoulder.
He had thought there might be so hidden secrets behind that accident back then.
But now it seed it really was just an unfortunate accident after all.
The magic scroll that caused the tragedy also killed its creator, it really...
Andrew found himself at a loss for words.
