The mont that this aura appeared, I imdiately raised my hand to stop everyone following behind us.
This wasn’t a small group, this was a very large group made up not just of spirit beasts, but also a bunch of humans.
These were the humans that we had helped while we were taking down the spirit beasts. But of course, it wasn’t as if this was everyone that we helped.
Only a portion of them ca along with us, the rest of them all ran away because they were scared to co along.
They had seen the beast wave and the Four Kings, so they were too scared to fight.
As such, I sent them back with the mission to pass the news of what was happening in the center of this Myriad Beast Valley to the elders that were waiting outside. Perhaps there was the chance that they would co in and help us, but I wasn’t betting on it.
I wasn’t even betting on these people to actually tell the ones that were waiting outside about what was happening here.
After all, there was nothing for them to gain if they were to actually report on what was happening here.
They would actually gain more from not telling anyone.
Once they left this place, it wasn’t as if there was anything that was binding them to report this matter.
This matter would be solved with or without their intervention.
If they didn’t intervene, there was the chance that they might be able to co back here and loot the corpses of those that stayed behind when the ti ca.
So all the odds were in favour of them not reporting this matter to anyone.
I knew this, but I didn’t have ti to deal with these people right now since I was focused on sothing else.
At the sa ti, there was now this pressure that suddenly appeared.
This was the pressure of a king, it was the pressure of one of the Four Kings.
This was the kind of pressure that I had felt before.
It was the pressure that I had felt from Mu Bao Bao before, though comparing the two...it seed like this mber of the Four Kings was a bit weaker than Mu Bao Bao.
Mu Bao Bao’s pressure had been greater than this mber of the Four Kings.
Though that didn’t an that we could let our guard down when facing this mber of the Four Kings.
This was still a powerful spirit beast in the Rebirth Realm.
Everyone else could feel this pressure as well, so not only did they stop, they turned to look at as if they were asking what I should do. Everyone seed to have already taken as their leader since they had seen the way that I commanded the spirit beasts.
I didn’t do anything at first since I wanted to see how the mber of the Four Kings would act.
At the sa ti, I wanted to see which one of the Four Kings it was.
A chill soon filled the air as the pressure beca a bit stronger.
In no ti at all, there was ice that ford on the grass all around us.
It was clear that whichever mber of the Four Kings it was, it seed like they were trying to put pressure on us.
This might have worked for the others, but it just felt like it was trying to put on a show to scare people to .
It seed that it was the sa way for Mu Bao Bao as she had an excited look on her face.
It was as if she had found an enemy that she deed worthy of fighting.
In the end, it didn’t seem like Mu Bao Bao could hold it in anymore as she suddenly charged forward at the lynx that had popped out of the brush.
The lynx was surprised since it hadn’t expected Mu Bao Bao to suddenly attack it like this.
The only reason that it had released its aura was because it had sensed all of the spirit beasts ahead. It had wanted to pressure them before finding out why they had abandoned their posts.
But then there was this powerful aura that ca out of nowhere that shocked the lynx.
Though it was shocked, it was still able to react and fight back.
There was a wall of ice that gathered in front of Mu Bao Bao as she charged at the lynx.
"HA!" Mu Bao Bao shouted as she punched out with fist covered in pink flas that shattered the ice wall in one blow.
However, Mu Bao Bao found that the lynx was no longer where it had been standing before.
The lynx wasn’t a fool.
It had only put up that wall so that it could move into a more favourable position.
It had moved back several ters and had gathered many icicles in the air around it that were all pointing at Mu Bao Bao.
"Roar!" With this roar, the icicles shot out at Mu Bao Bao.
"Not bad." Mu Bao Bao said with a faint smile on her lips, as if she wasn’t scared of these icicles at all.
There was a reason why she wasn’t scared.
The pink flas surrounded her and wrapped around her lip a cloak, lting the icicles that flew at her the mont that they ca close.
There wasn’t a single icicle that was able to reach her. There wasn’t even a single drop of water that was able to reach her as the flas burnt away all the water that ford the icicles.
The lynx was shocked seeing this, but it didn’t give up as it condensed even more ice around it.
But no matter how it tried, it seed like it was being suppressed by Mu Bao Bao.
It seed like there was no need for us to get involved.
There was a clear difference even though they were both in the sa realm of cultivation.
"Host, you should take down the Arctic Lynx yourself and not rely on the Nine Tailed Fox to do it."
