Without this clone, it would an that Mu Huang would have one less body to rule the Sakura Upper Realm with, which would an a lot more work for his subordinates.

So Mu Huang’s clone had no choice but to stay in this lower realm.

Since he was staying in this lower realm, he chose to stay with us since Mu Bao Bao was here.
