After all, this gathering that we were heading to was a gathering of the different disciples from the different sects who had gathered here for the alchemy tournant.
This was a gathering that was held by the Central Sect Alliance for those that were participating in the tournant, giving them a place to get to know each other before the tournant.
Of course, most people already knew each other since there were only so many sects in the first place.
The real purpose of this gathering was to introduce new talent and to scope out the competition.
They wanted to stir up rivalries between the different sects to make things more exciting.
Naturally, that ant that this was also a place for everyone to get to know each other and form friendships if they desired.
This was my first ti eting everyone, so I did want to see if there was anyone that was worth befriending. At the sa ti, I wanted to see if I could spread my fa even more using this gathering.
The more fa that I obtained, the more progress I would make with my main quest.
It was just that...I had beco infamous during this ti.
It didn’t seem like there was anyone that was willing to co over and talk to as everyone seed to be avoiding .
It was almost as if they were wary of with the way that they avoided .
Still, it seed like there were people that wanted to know more about because of those rumours.
It was just that no one was able to approach because of the rumours.
In the end, the senior brothers and senior sister were brought away because of the acquaintances that they had with the other sects. They couldn’t just ignore them since they were allies of our Star Peak Sect in the first place.
I didn’t mind that they had to go and talk to them, but it left standing there alone.

But they just stood there in silence behind when they saw that I wasn’t saying anything.
It seed that the reputation that I had developed was even more infamous than I thought.
It was to the point where I couldn’t help feeling a bit worried.
Though the reason that I was worried was for a different reason from how one might normally feel in this situation.
I was worried that no one would co and talk to , which ant that I wouldn’t be able to increase my fa.
But that worry wasn’t necessary as there was still a moth that was drawn to the fla.
It seed that this person wasn’t able to forget the humiliation that he suffered yesterday, so he ca back to stand in front of as if he wanted to take revenge.
