The Curse of the Light Blade is unique to the Oasis.
Other battleships likely do not specifically devote substantial resources and space to construct a light-refract Prismatic Tower.
Yet, the Oasis has this necessity, because the giant convex lens at the stern was specially constructed for the Moonlit Ceremony.
To this end, the Oasis even utilized the energy wear from the high-speed rotation of the electric turbine at the bottom to construct a high-temperature furnace for producing glass.
The glass industry also cooperates with Rock-Horned Horse breeding, evolving a complete industry chain of photovoltaic panels and electric cars.
